Great place to stay with Kids and access to Brundage ski are - Game room was a great location and the pool for our seven-year-old grandsons that loved it! Property was convenient and the employees were very friendly! We love the hot tub and pool also! The windows that faced out to the street did not have proper coverings to block out the street lights at night. It was very hard to sleep in the bedroom was double beds and the living room with the Murphy bed. It was too bright!

• K2173ASdenised (10/5): Beautiful Location - Our lodging at Workdmark in McCall was excellent. Lovely unit that was spacious, clean and comfortable. We loved the surroundings - gentle mountains covered with Ponderosa pine, golden aspens and Tamaracks turning yellow as well, and the most serene mountain lakes one could ask for. The Ponderosa State Park has many trails from which to choose, Payette Lake wrapped around the peninsula, and a beautiful marsh through the middle.

• chardgrave (10/5): Great vacation - Food in the area was expensive. The drive around the lake was nice (still snowed in at the top). Check days the places are open before you plan you day. Check in with the visitors center for latest activities. The locals were nice and friendly.

• Marlayna (7/5): We had a nice stay. McCall is lovely and this is a great place for families to stay. - Very nice room and close to town. I wish we had known ahead of time the pool and spa were going to be closed. Also, I think that the hotel should put signs up for guests to NOT feed the deer. We saw a lot of guests feeding deer off the balconies which is not a good thing to do for wild animals.
• Michele (10/5): - This was just so perfect with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, W/D and kitchen. It was affordable and clean. Staff was so nice. I needef to have a place to work on the day of check out while boys skiing and I was able to pay for another day and continue working. We will for sure be back!!
• Roberta (10/5): - My 3 friends and I loved the quiet, relaxing homey feeling of the place and the availability of our own comfortable beds.The staff was friendly and had a great sense of humor. We also enjoyed watching the wild life from our balcony. Although we did find a dirty bowl in the cupboard the place was very clean and well kept. We were very disappointed that the pool, hot tub and gym were not available to us at the time but we will all definitely make a return girls trip.

• Rhonda (6/5): Mediocre - Stay was okay. We had hoped for a cozy living room/kitchen to relax in. Living room furniture was very strange and uncomfortable. No relaxing on the couch. TV reception was very bad as was the internet that we had to pay for. Never really used the internet because it was so bad (kept losing connection), we ended using our phones as hotspots. Kitchen appliances were super cheap and poorly installed and did not go with the decor. Very cold atmosphere in the living room/kitchen. Not at all what the photos portrayed. Bedrooms were much better and bed was comfortable.
• lorimB6591MC (10/5): Beautiful Resort - We really enjoyed our stay. We had a two-bedroom, and it was beautiful and well stocked. The resort was close to town but in a quiet and secluded area. There are lots of outdoor activities in the area such as biking, 4-Wheeling, Skiing, Fishing, etc. We will be back again!

• GoPlaces37643505606 (10/5): McCall is Heaven on earth - We enjoyed our 2 weeks in McCall so much, that we didn't want to leave. The staff there is amazing and goes above and beyond to make sure your unit is stocked up for your stay. In the lobby, they have popcorn, snow cones, hot dogs and tons of board games for kids. Everyone was super helpful and very nice. Planning our next trip already!
• Julianne (4/5): Our short vacation was not restful because the mattresses were so bad (lumpy and too soft) that we could not sleep. - Exceptionally clean and great location. We did not sleep because the mattresses were cheap and/or so worn out that it was impossible to get comfortable or sleep.
• Lymon (7/5): I would like to see some sort of compensation based on the fact that I stayed at a place that was supposed to have a poo - I liked everything about the property except for the problem is that the picture shows this nice beautiful pool and hot tub in which currently is under construction and I didn’t know about that and then a lot of the reason why we stayed there is for the pool in the hot tub And so I felt a little duped because the pool and hot tub was not available because it was under reconstruction. Other than that, the place was great, but I think that it has to be disclosed that a major part of the resort is under construction when the first photo that is selling the property to the consumer is the beautiful pool and hot tub. Also, it takes a long time to get your deposit back . I didn’t like the pool and the hot tub was under construction, and that was not disclosed me when making my reservation, which was nonrefundable.

Our biggest disappointment, was that there was no wifi, and because of construction, the pool and hot tub were closed. If we had known that, we would stayed somewhere else. Also, the tv didn't have good reception, probably because of no wifi. Otherwise a beautiful place and stay.

BUT you are charged for wifi and they can't help when you don't have what you paid for!Have to have WIFI to CAST TO THE TV, so no internet, you are S.O.L. Including front office " we can't turn off/reboot the router cuz it'll affect SOMEONE ELSE'S WIFI!!!!

• eckh2020 (8/5): Wonderful Location and Great Units..... Unless you need wi-fi. - If you don't need wi-fi, then this might be a 5-star resort for you. Our 2-bedroom unit was clean, spacious and comfortable. The only negative was the wi-fi. Not only was it weak but you have to pay extra for it! While only about $15 for the week, the strongest signal anywhere in the unit was two bars, and that was after finding the 'sweet spot' in the room (many areas had no signal at all). If WorldMark is going to charge extra for wi-fi, they should at least provide acceptable and stable signal strength throughout the resort.

• ashleeno2024 (4/5): Poor/cheap management left onc nice place in disrepair. - Normally we have always had great experiences with this location it this year it really shows that they have been cutting corners and costs like crazy. For starters our AC was out the entire time we were there and it was like pulling teeth to get anyone to look at it the first couple of days. We went to with a group and have 5 different condos and ALL of them had issues; no hot water, no AC, dishwasher broken, etc. I feel so bad for the front desk staff there because poor, cheap management and higher ups has left the once great place to stay, a huge headache.

• Travis (8/5): - We like how nice the rooms are and the layout. We have stayed there quite a bit, so now I'm being picky. You could put a scrubbing sponge in the kitchen sink instead of a pad. Also better dish soap. The biggest thing was that there was a lot of black mold in the pool area. On the ceiling, walls, and beams. That was pretty gross. Should get that looked at.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Hot Tub? what Hot Tub - Staff was very knowledgeable about the area, things to do, places to eat etc...only drawback was that hot tub was not working and front desk didnt know it and said it would be available by Wednesday evening, IT WAS NOT nor was it when we checked out on Thursday. They did let us go to a nearby property and let us hottub there, but very inconvenient and when we checked in, we were told hottub was working and would be throughout our stay. Before i made my online reservations, i was also told hottub was working and would be during our stay. (I ALWAYS CHECK THIS WHEN WE TRAVEL, I MAKE SURE LODGING HAS A HOT TUB AND ITS IN WORKING ORDER, AND MAKE MY RESERVATIONS ACCORDINGLY) I realize things happen, but was told after they spoke with maintenance that it was SCHEDULED to be down (VERY INTERESTING THAT FRONT DIDNT KNOW AT THE TIME, BEFORE RESERVATION, nor WHEN WE CHECKED OUT...VERY POOR COMMUNICATION) I know its sounds petty, and knitpicky, but its my money and preference.

• Kodi (8/5): - Overall it went well besides the night desk clerk reprimanding my children while we were checking out a movie. They were playing with a ball that was for sale in the gift shop. What really frustrated me is she cut my husband off right as he was telling them to not play with anything to reprimand them herself. From the moment we walked in she seemed to not want to help us and we weren't welcome.

• Powaydave (8/5): Winter wonderland - We arrived in a snowfall-the first of the year. The next morning all the pine tree were covered in snow-just beautiful. Just right for having the fireplace on, playing card games, and watching some movies with our family. And seeing 4 deer outside our window was a plus!.

It appears that the maintenance on the property hasn’t taken place for sometime. However the room was clean and nice for the period of our time there.

• Anonymous (1/5): The location I great, but I would not stay at this property again based on my experience with customer service. - The location was great. The customer service is horrible. I wasted 2 hours plus trying to extend my stay for 1 additional night. I was bounced around from one person to another. The staff at the counter had no empathy about the situation and could do nothing to help me. I couldn’t even get a simple receipt from them when I checked out.

• 427lo (2/5): Cancelled hours before check-in over holiday - They cancelled our reservation a few hours before check-in, even though it was booked several weeks before, pre-paid and we had called to confirm earlier the same day and they told us the reservation was fine. This was over the 4th of July and no other condos were available. Highly recommend you do not rely on plans here.

• Dara (3/5): Beware if You're Chemically Sensitive - I love the WorldMark McCall and the staff is among the friendliest and most helpful hotel staff I have ever experienced. My beef is that the hotel was recently updated but there was no information about this on the website. We are highly sensitive to chemicals and were put in a room that only a week ago had new paint, new furniture, new carpet and new mattresses. I know that sounds like a good thing, and it could have been if they had selected low chemical/less toxic products which are readily available these days. Even running an air filter and with all of the windows open I barely slept, my son is covered in eczema and we all had sore throats and headaches. The staff was very gracious and tried to help but there was nowhere to move us to. If we didn't live 9 hours away, we would have turned around and gone home. It was that bad. See above.
• Pyper (10/5): You won’t be disappointed Gorgeous area. Ask for a newly remodeled unit - we stayed in a newly remodeled condo. It was large and spacious. Second floor, saw deer daily and trees surround you. Large big windows, bright, gas fireplace, open concept with two bedrooms. Close to Main Street yet far enough away to have some quiet surroundings. Beautiful area. Comfy bedding and large bathrooms. Gorgeous area. Really wonderful.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Fantastic for families - So comfortable and a perfect place to stay with your family. Loved the kitchen/living room set up, plus the two bathrooms and two bedrooms were a bonus. If needed the murphy bed can sleep more, but it is right in the middle of the living room, so not a lot of privacy. Worldmark always knocks it out of the ball park and this one did not disappoint.

• Kristin (10/5): - The staff - Meri in particular - was so kind and helpful! It is a gorgeous, quiet, peaceful setting. The rooms were really nice - spacious and comfortable. There were beautiful layers of snow on the roof tops and deer resting under the trees on the snow banks! They were really good about keeping the roads clear, and it was fun to see the snow piled over 5 feet high on the sides of the road.

• Erika (10/5): - We rented a 2 bedroom condo. We were 4 adults with all our ski gear. The condo Was fairly spacious. Kitchen, dining and living rooms were all comfortable. My only complaint, and it is not really one, is the bedroom shades didn’t completely block out exterior lighting.
