Guest Reviews
- Natalia (9/5): - excellent stay-easy in & out. attentive staff. much appreciated old world conscientiousness. wish my room had a view ! (not a big deal)
room was clean enough, not prefect. one thing I suggest immediately-clean the windows.
- Jeff (8/5): -
- fnamvd (10/5): Winter Break from the East Coast - Best experience..the customer service is exceptional, the accommodations was well furnished clean and supplied well. Local to a general store, 4m from powder mountain, and local eateries. The rec center has a well-appointed gym, sauna, racket ball courts...the hot tub was great. Very helpful was the staff Zach and Devyn
..always pleasant and very helpful with recommendations both over and beyond...made us feel valued...as did the entire staff we encountered...the mountain views are spectacular.
- Ashley (10/5): Best location near powder mountain - Giant clean room with a very comfortable bed. Nothing
- Norris (9/5): Is Been always great - Great, really clean inside Last time we went they didn’t have the room cleaned and ready for check in time
- NORMA (10/5): - N/A
- Christian (9/5): -
- Ken19502018 (6/5): Nice place - We stayed here for a week. We enjoyed the mountain scenery and changing colors of the foliage. Nice place to stay. Beware their WIFI does not work all the time. At check in they said it is spotty. We found it to be down more than it was working. Very frustrating in this day and age of modern expected amenities. The TV reception was also very frustrating. Because of these factors that are very important to us I down graded their rating.
- Scott (10/5): Fall in paradise. - Tranquility with a fall experience great weather. A perfect place for a gateway.
- ljshepbj (4/5): WiFi poor and power outages - The resort was beautiful. This trip was for Business and to visit family/friends. The WiFi was very very poor (on and off) which affected the internet and TV. We Had to drive to Ogden (25 minutes) and find coffee shops with WiFi to work. The resort had No flashlights in the rooms for power outages. The resort had No generators for power outages.
- Brenda (8/5): - It was very clean. If you are in a multiple room unit there are a lot of stairs. Cell service is sketchy in the area. The complex has wifi but it was definitely not steady. So if you need to work while you are there just be aware.
The WiFi and lack of cell service (which is not the properties fault) is the only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars across the board.
- Jim (10/5): - It was great but could use another hot tub
- Verified traveler (10/5): Awesome - Great place and very clean.
- brianag660 (6/5): Yucky - Disappointed the employees at the recreation facility that closed early on one day due to cloudy skies and claimed they saw there was lightning. Locked the door to the pool 15 minutes early from the 9pm closing time. Seems like the employees want to get out right at the end of their shift. Why have times of operation if you want to just determine what's best for the employees schedule.
- Haven (10/5): Return….i think yes - Great staff! Great environment. Wonderful experience. We will be coming back for sure!
- Herm (10/5): - Grand kids had great time, in swimming pool and the staff hospitality was great and friendly.
- Jennie (10/5): - The room was clean and beautiful with a full kitchen, fireplace, patio, and large dining table for food, puzzles and games. The pool was clean and the perfect color/warm temperature for swimming laps, going down the water slide, or staying in the wading pool. The hot tub is large, clean, and the perfect temperature to melt away the stress. The parking lots and tennis courts are being updated. There are restaurants in town as well as a grocery store, and Pineview Reservoir is nearby for boating or fishing.
- danieljurgens (10/5): Wolf Creek - Very nice accommodations with a great view. Close to Salt Lake City. It was very nice drive from Salt Lake City Airport. Take a drive up to the top of the mountain, the views are incredible?
- Marian (7/5): Great value! - The location was superb. The facilities need a remodel.
- Jonathan (1/5): Bait and switch - The advertised space online looked the same as we had booked before. The place we were given was not what we booked. Disgusting and from 1972 is the best description I can think of.
- Jon (10/5): - It was great!
- Lorrie (10/5): Lorrie Rebeck - We loved it. Will be back🤗
- Verified traveler (8/5): Lots of space - Stayed in a 2 bedroom condo (1 king, 1 queen) split over 2 floors. There was also a pull out couch that we didn't use in the separate living/tv area. Beds were a bit soft, but it was good to have lots of space! The kitchen had a full size fridge and full size stove. They had free self serve laundry with detergent provided too. The wifi was free when we were there. The furniture is a bit dated, but overall a great place to be if you want space away from snoring folks. There is upper and lower units so ask for the upper one for a quieter stay!
- Natalie (8/5): - Great value and updated
- bartbret (8/5): Very friendly and helpful staff - The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was nice and clean. The location was great if you are a skier. We stuck to the hiking and general family time.
- Norris (10/5): It was great! Very clean, great value - It was a great value and it was very nice. We enjoyed our stay. The bed on the couches could’ve been a little more comfortable
- Chiralle (9/5): Great position and ideal accommodation. - It was spacious and clean.
- Zachary (8/5): - Good stay and everything we needed was in the unit. The hot tubs were not working and the parking lot was full of huge potholes but other than that good value for the location.
- William (10/5): - It was a very convenient location to stay while skiing at Powder Mountain. Maybe you could link tickets to the stay and get a reduction in pass expense in the future?
- Jennifer (8/5): A wonderful place surrounded by mountains - The location is very convenient to two downhill ski areas (Snowbasin and Powder Mountain) and one cross country ski area (North Fork Park). The hot tubs are a plus after long days of skiing. The unit was spacious for our family of six and the kitchen facilities were adequate for cooking dinner. We accidentally left a computer in the unit and the staff was very helpful in getting the computer back while respecting the rights of the new occupants of the unit. I was unable to connect to the internet one morning.
- Tor (6/5): - Great location for skiing powder mountain. Very clean. Property is very dated inside and out. Furniture and carpets are hideous.
- Sarah (10/5): - Fun recreational area with ping pong and racquetball.
- Natalie (7/5): Close to Powder Mountain - Location, location close to Powder Mountain. Shuttle stopped at property. Dark studio room.
- cleanairguy (8/5): Beautiful setting for winter get-a-way - The property was fantastic, especially on the inside. We were very comfortable here. Great linens and towels, kitchen, equipment, etc. Everything was very clean on the inside.
- Jonathan (9/5): Ample space, good value - Ample space, good value
- Michael (8/5): - Al arts good, except upstairs people noise. We received a note about that issue. What we don’t understand is…If only 2 places were rented out, why do they place renters top/bottom units when they could stagger the rental units? There was only one car plus us. Also, weed smell does filter down from upstairs to downstairs units - morning and evening. If you need consistent wi-fi , it isn’t consistent. It goes out often. But overall, this place works well for skiing! We’ve stayed many times.
- Brimberry (10/5): It was like always wonderful - I liked everything Needs the numbers on building lite up
- Jesse (10/5): - Nice layout for our family to rest up and eat after long days of skiing
- Verified traveler (10/5): - At least the wi fi was free this year. But it took us 12 hrs to get it hooked up. The internet company was no help. The office help told us where the router was and to unplug it, which worked. Maybe that could be part of the check in instructions? Lots of noise with upstairs family and 5 kids tromping every morning and night until 10 pm or later. We wore earplugs to help. But the condo works well. These are just suggestions. Maybe don’t put families with kids above the lower units?
- jackir2025 (10/5): Don't miss this one! - Amazing location and accommodations! The staff is extremely friendly and attentive! All you have to do is text your request. The amenities are wonderful as well. The condo is completely updated and spacious. There are 2 queen murphy beds, one in the primary bedroom in the loft and one in the living area, in addition to the 2 twin beds and king!! Sleeps many comfortably. Eden has one market and it only has beer if alcohol is part of your plans. Buy what you need in the city before you head up the mountain. Eden is beautiful! So worth the trip! Hope we can come back over and over!
- Kerri (10/5): Lovely and spacious - The room was even better than the photos! The space was spacious and looked like it had been recently updated. It could use some extra blankets. The staff was really good about bringing us an extra one when we asked.
There was plenty of room for two people to spread out with all of our ski gear.
If you’re planning to ski at Powder Mountain be sure to check that it’s not a “pass holder only” time. We got the unpleasant surprise when we were on the mountain the month of February is pass holders only every Saturday & Sunday.
- William (10/5): - Very nice people, nice property and wonderful price. The hot tubs were great. Great! They've got two racquetball courts, what more can you ask?
- Camille (10/5): Exceptional -
- tom (10/5): - very clean...great place. Will go again
- Derrick (10/5): - Family of 4 and got the two bedroom. We absolute loved it and will be back again. Perfect for a family of 4. Well stocked kitchen and lots of amenities such as racquetball and hot tubs at the recreation center. We can’t wait to come back!
- Anthony (10/5): - Close to Powder mountain, but older facility. Little out dated
- Anna (8/5): Great for families, but need a car - Great appartment with everything you need in the kitchen, even a dishwasher and washer&dryer Booking customer service is a pain to deal with as non-refundable reservation, even just if you want to extend one night
- Josse (10/5): Hidden Gem - Great clean room. Spacious and great view
- Patricia (10/5): Exceptional - Rooms were Beautiful. Staff are super Friendly. Excellent customer Service. We will be back.
- pat (8/5): - Stayed on first floor and you hear everything above. Had a couple with 5 kids running around on top floor until 1130 each night, staff called but it it did no good, never stay on bottom floor
- Extraordinary698194 (10/5): Family ski trip - We were greeted by the kindest & friendliest front desk staff (Susie & Zach) when we checked in for our family ski trip to Eden, Utah. Our accommodations were clean, spacious, & comfortable. We had a very small maintenance issue, and the maintenance men (Jeff & Tyler) responded promptly, and fixed the issue quickly. I cannot say enough about the staff! We would return again. Nothing negative to say. But we could have done with a bit more snowfall.
- BlueDawn83 (10/5): Thanksgiving Vacay - Family vacation during Thanksgiving. We stayed in a 2 bedroom. It was plenty of space . The 2 twin beds in the front room get colder than the rest so we just had the kids dress in warm jammies. The pull out in the livingroom was for the teenager and our room upstairs master spacious and nice. There is another pullout bed in the masters great for our grandbabies next time.
The staff were excellent and attentive. The kids had fun with the planned activities rented movies, snow sleds and games from the resort. The spas were nice followed up with the sauna. The kids learned to play racketball. The gym is basic so be prepared to do outdoor activities to make up for that. Honestly enjoy the outdoors, the Crystal mineral hotsprings and odgen Dinosaur park were a highlight for our Family.
Worldmark Wolf creek!Everyone was so nice and if we needed something it was at our door within min. Big thank you for staff on Thanksgiving Day, especially housekeeping girls.
We had such a magical Thanksgiving ✨️.
- Pigpen (10/5): Exceptional -
- Pigpen (10/5): Exceptional -
- Pigpen (10/5): Exceptional -
- Pigpen (10/5): I worked a lot but was able to stay 4 days longer to just relax after work days. - The front desk guy was amazing so nice and very well spoken and new his job well.
Awesome staff I liked everything
- 1538cls (8/5): Nice unit - 2 br unit well maintained. Nice outdoor patio w grill. Nighttime lighting was nominal and a little spooky.
Zero communication from resort after check in. Also was replacing pavement of entrance not well lighted and construction equip dangerous in dark.
Views from back patio beautiful.
- tgreenlee2024 (10/5): Fun fall trip to Eden - Spent a week at Wolf Creek. Our unit was beautiful. We loved sitting on the deck watching the wildlife and enjoying the beautiful blue sky.
- Shauna (8/5): - Property was very dated. Only needed reservations for one night but was forced to book two nights and wasn't able to stay for both nights. Understand parking lot is getting repaved, but was still asked about the surrounding property. Could hear the loud shut off of the air conditioner all throughout the night and could hear everything from the tenants above.
- Matthew (10/5): - Great
- Verified traveler (2/5): - WIFI in room was not working, and front desk staff required me to call the technical service provider myself, after four calls the issue remain unresolved. In my many years of travel I have never had a hospitality property require the guest to conduct technical service for the property. The staff later admitted they had numerous issues with the service and were fed up so they ask guests to call the service hoping they will get better support. Absurd.
- Robert (10/5): - Nice resort
- 896martm (6/5): Hard on older folks. - We had to haul our heavy coolers and suitcases up 2 1/2 staircases. No elevators. I am 82 years old and it was hard. Other than that, the units where comfortable and spacious.
- alybrow (2/5): For Wolf Creek Village NOT WorldMark Wolf Creek - Please be aware that Wolf Creek Village and WorldMark Wolf Creek are two separate property managers but on the same property. This review is for the Wolf Creek Village: This was, by far, the WORST RCI unit I have ever encountered in my 40 years of using the timeshare. I was absolutely appalled. We arrived 1.5 hours after check-in time and our unit wasn't ready. We waited 45 minutes while staff swapped the refrigerator from our unit with the one from next door and the cleaning woman "cleaned" with a half-smoked unlit cigarette butt hanging from her lips, only to find out once we got in that the stairs in the back were falling off the building and the door would not close without the deadbolt. The furniture was insanely out of date, the odor was musty, and the entire vibe was 1980s horror film. Needless to say, we did not stay at this unit because we did not feel safe and secure, and I filed a complaint with RCI (spoke with manager Nyla, who was exceptionally understanding, kind, and helpful-kudos to her). We have stayed at Wolf Creek at least 4 other times and were unaware there were 3 different property managers on the same property. We will be more cautious when booking next time, for any resort. This was an absolute fail, and I hope RCI considers removing Wolf Creek Village from its inventory. Do not stay at Wolf Creek Village.
- hpace29 (6/5): Little to No Amenitites - The lodging was great but there were no amenities on site. We had to travel up the mountain at a 16% grade to enjoy at a different resort. Amenities on website had not been available since Jan. 2023.
- Chen (10/5): Exceptional -
- Nancy (8/5): - Very clean, comfortable, and quiet. Only glitch was the front desk staff. They suggested a breakfast place that was closed on the two days I was there. Then, although I had reserved the room for two nights (and had an email from them that confirmed the dates), they deactivated the room card key after the first night and said they were unclear if I wanted my two days to be contiguous!?!?
- Christa (9/5): Beautiful place and comfortable condo with some nice recreation options - We liked the recreation center with racquetball and hot tub. Shoulder season was pretty empty which was nice for us. the condo was very nice. It was nice to have a few spices beyond salt and pepper. Would have liked a small bottle of cooking oil or something as we didn't remember something like that at the store. The hot tub was great the first day, but not very hot at all on the second day.
- nts54 (10/5): Utah Visit - Our overall experience at the resort was wonderful. The personnel at the front office was superb and the accommodations second to none.
- Calin (4/5): Unclean and charges extra for WiFi - Holes in the kitchen floor that made the bottoms of my socks sticky, clothes left under beds and in drawers from previous renter, fridge was not clean (at all), safety lock on door was busted, sliding glass doors didn't have a real lock. Extra charge for WiFi.
The area was beautiful but the cleanliness and overall condition of the condo was not great.
- Mark (8/5): Comfy, good value, and close to skiing. - Good location near Powder Mountain and Snowbasin. Close to dining in town. Adequate parking. Clean and comfortable. Not much. Very satisfied with our selection.
- Leigh (10/5): Convenient and Comfortable - Washer Dryer in unit Pay for internet
- Virginia (9/5): Superb -
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Average
- Lance (8/5): Clean, comfortable good value. - Location, rec center, most everything I needed, w/d, value Nothing
- Christopher (10/5): - Great team. Everyone was so nice and helpful. We’ll stay there again!
- Robert (9/5): Great location, spacious and clean, hot tub was nice. But charging for WiFi is silly. - Location was perfect for Powder Mountain. Very clean, spacious, well - equipped. Check-in with realtor office was easy and fast. Decor and dishes etc were pretty bland, but not a big deal. Wi-Fi was not free, which seems pretty cheap.
- Journey30876177747 (10/5): Slice of Eden - Great location for Powder Mtn or Snowbasin. Quiet area with small local shops and dining in the area. Grocery store down the road and Ogden only 20 mins away if you need more. Condos are large and well equipped.
- Jayne (9/5): Great!! Love outdoor hot tubs - Convince
Staff
Comfortable
- BSwedberg (6/5): Older development, dated but in a great location. - We have stayed in Wolf Creek village one 4 times over the years. This is the original building of about 14 units, half one bedroom and half two bedroom. Very dated, and the oldest we have stayed in. On the grounds of the Worldmark Resort where there are much nicer and newer units. We were not able to use the Worldmark recreation facility this year and had to travel 7 mile up the mountain to the summit of Powder Mountain for the Hot tub and pool. Definitely a negative, sine the other recreation center is only a 100 yards away. We stay here primarily for skiing at Snow Basin and Powder Mountain, so make the best of it. But it’s on the lower end of the scale of our timeshare experiences. (20 resorts in the past two years!). Great location however, and Eden Utah is growing fast!
- M8373FFtimh (10/5): Great location and clean-modern townhouse - Location was in Eden so close to food, gas, groceries. Close to Powder Mt and Snowbasin for skiing. The unit itself was clean, new to newish furnishings, appliances, cookware. We were in unit 611. Only improvement would have been some winter common areas were lacking. There was a large hot tub open but the pool and open areas were all closed.
- Brittney (9/5): Superb - Very close to powder mountain, good amenities - two outdoor hot tubs. Friendly staff. One minor thing, the bedroom was street side and the light for the stairs/entry outside shined into our room, even with the blinds closed it lit up the room at night. Blackout curtains would solve this problem.
- Jim (10/5): Exceptional -
- KarenC874 (2/5): ski vacation - location was great and that ends good experience. Directions on confirmation were wrong, I called office and left message, after driving around and finding office it was closed when we arrived at 3:30 PM, our key was in a mailbox. We skied on Sunday, after shoveling stairs, and went to office in PM and surprised it was still closed. We went to office on Monday, again after shoveling stairs, and were told that manager was off and would be in on Tuesday. On Tuesday we were informed manager was at different location and when a call was made we were informed she was not in and to call back later. The hot tub/sauna are not on site but 7 miles away at another resort, even though the other wolf creek resort has access to hot tub/fitness center on site.
other than location poor experience, unit is also dated at best
- pdamiano (10/5): Great place to ski Powder Mtn, Snowbasin - This was a nice location-clean and spacious for skiing at resorts north of SLC. Hot tub on site, grill, well equipped kitchen. Would stay here again when skiing these areas. 2 br 2bath so best for small groups of family/friends. Two bedrooms are self contained.
- W9760QDdavidf (10/5): Wonderful trip to snowbasin ski resort and stay at wolf creek world mark. - Stayed at wolfcreek world mark. Units have modern updates and are quite spacious and comfortable. All the amenities as home for meal prep and laundry. Workout facilities with sauna and showers. Number 1 and 2 rated ski resorts in the west are literally minutes from your door!
- John (9/5): Superb -
- John (10/5): - A well-stocked one-bedroom condo with excellent furnishings, a nice fireplace, and a great heating system. Located at the bottom of Powder Mountain Road, it is a great location for skiing. Snowbasin is also nearby. Dining options are somewhat limited, but Carlos and Harley's has great Mexican food and a large selection of craft beers.
- Donna (8/5): - Our stay was basically great. Hot tub could have been open later so we could enjoy it. And charging for wifi is ridiculous. Other than that it was great and we would come back.
- Richard (10/5): Exceptional - Nice property at a nice value.
- hcsomotor31 (10/5): Winter Getaway - It is a very nice place located close to restaurants, grocery stores and Winter activities. The surrounding roads were kept clear and easy to navigate under the snowy conditions. An AWD or 4WD vehicle is a must during this time of year.
- Meghan (10/5): Exceptional -
- james (8/5): - Seemed a fair price for the accommodations, although bedroom was small compared to living area. Most aggravating was no free WiFi and too much light in bedroom at night since venetian blinds only partially blocked outside lighting at night.
- Frankenberg (10/5): Exceptional -
- Cliffe (9/5): Powder mountain. Empty, but be ready to take care of yourself afterwards - No good nearby restaurants on a Monday and Tuesday Only bar on-site apres ski closed by 5?
- Francis (10/5): - Great apartment and well equipped. Convenient hot tub and also sauna and hot tub at gym close by. Only recommendation would be to offer free wifi.
- Kaye (9/5): Great value, clean, well appointed and good location for skiing. - The location to local ski areas and the affordable 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment The carpeting is worn and dated
- Scott (8/5): Very good -
- Randy (10/5): If one is skiing any of the ski areas up Ogden Canyon then this is a great affordable place - There was no breakfast. We did our own coffee and rolls in the very nice kitchen in our room. The room was spacious and the fireplace was an extra unexpected bonus. Location was excellent for getting to Powder Mountain Resort early each morning. Also close to the excellent market down the road. I can't think of think that would have worked better for our trip and plans to ski.
- Douglas (10/5): Exceptional -
