Guest Reviews

- stephanev782 (2/5): Don’t bother. - No way to contact anyone since it is a self service hotel. I liked the concept but the execution falls way short of expectations.
You need to register online before getting your room assignment and access code. Do it before you arrive because there is little to no cell or wifi signal in the parking lot. Rooms a beat up. You can hear everything happening around you. There seems to be no attention to details whatsoever. The coffee service with a great Nespresso machine comes only with 2 pods… double room, 2 nights, no service provided before one spends a 3rd night… I guess we shall have a coffee elsewhere. Want to watch TV- hope you know everything about Roku.
Way too much expensive for what it is. Stay elsewhere
- VALERIE (10/5): Overall, safe and cozy place to sleep. - Best location and accessible to thruway and main roads.
- Lena (6/5): It was good - but I would not do it again. - It was clean and the check in was super simple I HATE hidden costs and was very shocked when they charged me an extra $10 for utilities!!!!

- De’Anna (9/5): I’ll see you again soon! - Barcelona Restaurant. We stayed overnight to enjoy dinner and wake up and enjoy brunch there as well! Also the hotel rooms are perfect size. Clean and orderly. Very pleased The outside can use a little more TLC as what you see is definitely not what you get. It gives motel vibes but the stay does provide you with a hotel vibe.
- Suneel (9/5): -
- Davis (10/5): - Convenient not too many hotels in Fairfield.
- Trevor (9/5): I enjoyed a quick overnight there. Right next to Merritt Parkway. It was easy and affordable - Convenient, fun restaurant on property
- Goetz (5/5): You get what you pay for - Very fair priced Some idiot was blasting rap music and loud bass that kept me up until 4 am. No staff at hand this is probably a regular occurrence
- Caitlin (1/5): We've stayed here frequently and this past time was horrendous. There was LOUD, heavy bass music playing that starte - Clean Lack of response to issues, lack of handling issues, lack of communication with staff.

- Louise (5/5): - Convenience Exterior of hotel looks run down. Too much outside noise. Dirty damp sock left in closet created such an odor we couldn’t hang our clothes inside.
- Thomsen (4/5): Clean location convenient but wouldn’t stay there again because of the noise - It was close to the highway and convenient to check in. Clean. There is a bar on the main floor and the music kept everyone awake until 2 am and loud people in the parking lot outside blowing their car horns and raising heck.
- Fernandez (6/5): -
- Camilo (7/5): - Yes
- Deborah (7/5): Nice room and convenient location, but housekeeping does not do a thorough job. - Bathroom was dirty. Toothpaste was splattered all over mirror. Something was spilled on the floor in the bathroom. Huge area of floor was sticky. I had to put towels down on floor to cover it since there was no housekeeping to call. There was also no hand soap supplied. Seems like bathroom was not cleaned after previous guest left.

- Edwin (1/5): awful - Noting at all left after one hour or do being there. dirty n it smell pretty bad Nothing at all. I check out after an hour because it didn’t smell good and the facility was very dirty
- Thomas (4/5): This is not a hotel and has significant road noise from the merit - It’s not a hotel it’s a motel The fire alarm went off for an hour between 1 and 2 am because a guest took a shower
- Frank (1/5): Very bad customer communication. Never to book here again! - Customer could not check in so had to stay in his truck with his daughter.
I have sent multiple emails for Management to contact me and there has been nothing but a robo email.
- Edwina (4/5): -
- Eliana (8/5): Convenient location. Clean. Easy access. -

- Chris (6/5): - Because his talk my husband card declined and I give my card, pay double and another day call for complain. This is no nice. And card my husband no declined
- Douglas (8/5): I would stay here again and recommend it as an easy to access, affordable, clean stay. - Clean, functional room with 2 comfortable queen beds. Easy location directly off Route 15. Good value for the money. Complementary water and personal espresso machine in room. Ice machine down the hall. Nice room decor. Friendly house keeping. Contactless room entry worked fine. Room 201 was above the Wine Bar so each night we needed to use a white noise machine to drown out the music, which went til midnight (request a room further away if you're a light sleeper). Heater/AC blew air right on me in bed so had to create a way to divert it.

- WOOLLEY (6/5): - price and close to the theater I wish I had gotten a text message about my credit card declining and that was why they didn't send me my passcode earlier. I had never done this contactless check in before and was almost late for dinner because of dealing with this at last minute.
- Andrea (7/5): - Great location. All night door banging, people talking loud on parking lot.
- Roman (10/5): - Clean, nest, comfortable No complaints.

- OnAir06372212036 (4/5): SPAM - If you’re a fan of spam, this is definitely the place to book!
I’ve never quite understood the logic of bombarding your own customers with spam — but they seem fully committed to it, even after you hit “unsubscribe.”
- barryrJ9039NV (4/5): VERY POOR Experience - WE arrived at 2am after a late flight. a party of young people pulled in behind us and we had to listen to their party for hours. the second night load music from one room and a women crying in another. No contact means no one a the desk to address these issues, no coffee in the lobby just the 2 small cups from the room coffee maker. NO service that I would get at another Hotel. then a surprise service fee for doing nothing on my credit card at the end.
- Michele (10/5): -
- Dr. Sarah-Kate (8/5): Not worth the stop. - The help received by phone on how to check in. The restaurant that is underneath of the motel was awesome. Contactless check in, no staff to help and over priced motel. Basic room with no refrigerator or microwave 😳
- Stephanie (6/5): -
- Solano (10/5): -
- Lail (1/5): - Charged my card 3 times for the deposit. Room cost me 600 for the night. Customer service asked me if it was my fault and if I submitted it 3 times. Did not. Also said as soon as I check out depositssss would be refunded. Has not happened yet. Maxed the card for the day and and longer can not use. Fire alarm went off at 5 am and building emptied fire trucks came and no one on site works there. Waste of money and time. Travel all over. Was wanting to try booking.com...will not use again. Will just use my Hilton honors. Thought I could save a little money but turns out spent 4 times the money and got no sleep.

- Nancy (10/5): -
- Anthony (10/5): My stay was good - Clean and very close to the event I was attending
- Cory (4/5): - The lightbulbs in the room were all dead (figured that out late at night), except the bathroom. There was no wifi to check in and the cell service was terrible. Had to drive to another location to check-in. The person working didn’t offer any help with check in except to drive until there was service. Tried the tv but it’s Roku and with no wifi, no tv. Got a rude wake up call when people banged on the door hours before check out (multiple times) to test the smoke detectors. Extremely disappointing stay to say the least.
- Nissim Sam (10/5): - Unit ventilatorscare very noisy but place is clean and easy
- jillian (10/5): - Clean and friendly staff
- karenjQ5738NJ (10/5): Had a great family break here early in the renovation - must be fabulous by now! - Emergency change of plans - four of us in two rooms. It was lovely (clean and smelled good). Plus the vintage feel is priceless
- Paulette (2/5): - GROSS!!! Booked 2 queen beds and one of the beds had a used contact lens under the sheet, fitted sheet had stains and one of the pillow cases had what appeared to be mascara stains. There was also dental floss lying on the bathroom floor. Called to complain and was told there were no other rooms and would not confirm a refund. Was not going to another hotel given it was already 9pm and I was leaving the next morning at 4am. Owner apologized and only refunded me the $5 facility fee. Clearly, the room was not cleaned. If you stay here, you may want to bring your own sheets and pillows given there is no one on the property to address your needs.
- David P. (2/5): - During my weekend stay for my 50th high school reunion, there were 4 times that fire alarms sounded and we had to leave the building and no compensation was offered.
- Akeem (10/5): - Very Nice!
- Taylor (10/5): -
- Carolyn (6/5): - Style was updated, but not necessarily the condition of the property. Looks better online. Fine for a short, inexpensive stay.
- Michael (8/5): - Property is decent and convenient.
- Tosia (9/5): -
- Theresa (8/5): - No issues Coffee maker complicated
- Rebecca (8/5): Honest traveler - Very basic, im not a fan of the cow throw pillows on the bed because clearly you cannot change the covers on them after each stay. The bed pillows were very flat as well. Overall the room was clean, there were 2 bottles of water and a cute little coffee maker. Parking was impossible because of the restaurant but we found a spot in about 10 minutes. At 7:30pm when i virtually checked in,i received an email saying my room wasnt ready. I called though and the woman pushed it through and sent me a code to a room, she was very nice. For a 1 night stay it really isnt bad but i wouldnt stay longer.
- Ryan (10/5): - It was very clean and quiet, overall a lovely experience!
- Michelle (9/5): -
- Susan (10/5): - Easy checkin. Convenient location
- Brian (6/5): - It was way too expensive not to have a refrigerator in the room. Ice machine was not good. Would not book again.
- MAUREEN (10/5): - .
- Leonardo Gabriel (6/5): Good hotel! - Good bed and clean room Hotel dont have desk and is Little complicated to check in link dont work and very stressful to get in. But girl Zoey is the best person help me a Lot.
- Bates (10/5): We will be back and have already recommended family to stay there while visiting family there. - Shaded parking lot, very quiet surroundings. Clean room, clean bathroom, nice furniture and comfy beds. The ice machine was hard to find.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Clean but very basic. - I knew when I booked that it would be pretty basic but it was very convenient to the highway we would be arriving on. However, while clean, the room was small & sparse. 2 bottles of water, no refrig, & the smallest “coffee maker” I’ve seen. There were 2 Nespresso decaf inserts that yielded 1/2 cup of weak brew. There was no place to sit except the bed.
I hardly ever write a review but I thought it was important for travelers to know the convenience of this place comes with trade-offs. I recommend the management leaves a short description of the area & how to find coffee shops, dining, etc. It’s in a lovely green area but the closest restaurant or shop is 2 miles away. It would have been nice, since there are no people available to help us, to have had a welcoming note with tips about the area.
- James (6/5): - The hotel shares parking with a very popular restaurant. There were no parking spaces available to some hotel guests on Saturday night.
The hotel touts itself as contact less; no staff on site. An alarm went off while I was there. What are you supposed to do?
The hot water was dangerously hot and shot out of the faucet like a geyser. Yikes!
But the place is clean and convenient.
- Tommy (9/5): -
- Jennifer (6/5): -
- Maureen (10/5): The hotel always suits our needs for visiting family - We have stayed here before and it’s always clean and comfortable. We do like the easy check-in, which is done online. The only issue we had was that although the hotel was not fully booked, we were given a room over the restaurant/lounge that had live entertainment. It seems we could have been placed in a room that would not be disturbed by the live music, but we were given a room literally right above the restaurant
- Elizabeth (8/5): Beautiful hidden gem for a nice price. - Nice new decorated rooms. Safe property Fire Alarm going off late at night.
- Dominic (9/5): -
- Carlin (2/5): Not great! No staff to help! Firemen said it happened all the time - Smoke alarm went off twice at 2 and 3 am
- Shylo (6/5): Don't ask for early check in - This contactless hotel aren't early check in friendly, so if trying for that, expect to pay top dollar, even if you have stayed at their properties multiple times like we have. Zero customer service, just money driven.
- Priya (7/5): -
- john (2/5): - Total disaster
- Lorraine (2/5): - Bathroom smells like sewage. Check in was not easy
