- Anita (8/5): - My room was very clean. The front desk staff are very nice. I didn't give 5 stars for everything because the fire alarm went off at 3:30 am and it was a false alarm. My room was exceptionally clean, however there was a teeny tiny roach in my bathtub. I don't believe it's because of the hotel. I learned during my time outside (because of the fire drill), that many of the guests are long-term residents and of course everyone does not have the same cleaning habits. Lastly, my bed was small (maybe a double size). It was fine for 1 person, but it could be uncomfortable for two adults if they are not on the thinner side.

Staff great but we wont be back

I love Grove City and did not want to leave it. The services that are available are top notch, the washers and dryers are very convenient and inexpensive
- melissacW1983IM (10/5): The best hotel ever - This hotel is amazing been staying here for a while absolutely love the staff Ray and his team is amazing. I would highly recommend staying here. It has a full kitchen and stove so it's like your at home. Rays staff is amazing they take amazing care of their guest and anything you need they go out their way to get it.
- Lauren (2/5): Sleep in your car, it’s more comfortable - I was lucky and got in before they closed down the front desk at 3pm. What kind of hotel shuts down the front desk at 3? Worst bed I ever slept in. Too much noise from barking dogs and overgrown children reving their cars and blasting music in the parking lot at 3am Worst stay EVER! Will NOT be back. Rather sleep in my car next time.

The location is horrible and the way the place is locked up just to get to the lobby was enough for me to be glad they over booked me. We had people with kids above us who were very loud, when we called the front desk they were going to ask them to quiet down, which they did not for about another hour. That ended up being 1am..there was nobody at check out to make aware of these situations either.. convenient if you have a pet.
- Parathetta (2/5): Roaches & Raid Nasty Attitudes - The front desk clerk was very rude to my family and I. It took forever to check in and when inasked for extra towels i was snapped at and told no. Upon entering my room it smelled of freshly sprayed raid and there were roaches crawling around. I went back downstairs and the desk clerk yelled at me about the towels. I told him my room had roaches and smelled like raid. Inasked for another room since inbooked using hotels.com i knew there wouldnt be a refund. The second room was just as bad. We did not stay the night at the hotel. They have a sign up in the lobby saying if you give us a 5 star review you could win 60$. This was an absolutely horrible hotel and my worst ever hotel.com experience.

- billhQ3015VK (2/5): To much bugs and noise for us that is a roach in the picture that was in our room - FOUND A ROACH IN OUR ROOM not enough handicapped accessible rooms alot of noise doors slamming all night screaming kids fire alarms going off for no reason traffic from the freeway if you want peace and quite and want to sleep at night DONT stay there not a place for people who are sensitive to loud noises bring earplugs or noise canceling headphones and bring bug spray I would stay away from that place I will never stay there again I am homeless and would rather sleep in my car than deal with bugs and noise
- mark (4/5): Not up to standards - I was disappointed. I arrived a 10pm and was first told that I had cancelled my reservation. (I had not) Then that they couldn't find my reservation and then they had been overbooked. Eventually I was given a room and billed correctly. I made it to the room and found a greasy/dirt table, bugs in the sink and bathtub and a threadbare blanket/comforter on each of the beds. I made the best of it by using a washcloth to clean the chairs and table, ran hot water in the sink and tub and went to bed wearing and sweatpants and sweatshirt.

- kelly a (8/5): Honest review - First, I was grateful to Dave for allowing me to check in early. I was able to frwhwn yo before having to go to work. Easy access off/on highway. Although it is suitable for long stays, there was nothing in the room but the fridge, microwave, and stove top. There was free coffee in the lobby but no coffee pot in the room. Everything else needed to operate a kitchen; untensils, pots, bowl, was extra. You had to ask for it and possibly there was a fee. I manage without. Fortunately, the hotel was next door to Sheetz which I visited every day for their 99 cent coffee special. I grabbed snacks and even ordered food to go. The hotel was clean, and I must say, very secure. Your hotel key was needed all the time. I personally booked for the laundry service on premise. Traveling weekly, I need to keep up. Overall staff was friendly, area was safe, and the room was comfortable. My biggest disappointment was that there was no blow dryer.

- Verified traveler (2/5): Bad Stay - This hotel has cockroaches. I left after two days and was supposed to stay a month. Bugs were coming out of the walls. On the floor, counters, and tables. Even in the bathroom. Told the hotel they had a cockroach infestation and they lied and said they don’t have bugs but they do. I even changed rooms twice, stayed in one room a night then another room and still found more cockroaches in the room. Pictures are attached of the cockroaches I killed in the room.

The rooms are well put together, full size fridge, microwave, a little two burner stove, work station and TV. Very clean in and out (every morning there was someone cleaning the trash/butts out of the parking lot/driveway. Dislike's: the free wifi is slow (you can purchase better if you would like), the walls are kind of thin (can hear your neighbor if the TV is off), the elevator always smelled like cigarette smoke.

- Rebecca (6/5): Bad stay at bad place for $25/$40 more got full se - Me and I had to say at the hotel we also got another week there which is this week same room number 223 and the date is 7/30/21-8/14/21. They didn’t put us in a handicap room you have to clean your own rooms do your own laundry and exchange in your towels and wash rags but you have to change your own bedding and washer and bedding there’s usually no one at the desk they’re out smoking and they’re not very friendly I need to add this day onto my prior weeks day so I can get all my points. My apartment won’t be ready and I’m gonna have to stay here another week I would just go find another hotel but it’s just too much with my age and being disabled I just won’t come back here to stay there’s a lot of drug attic’s and drugs going on in the building and outside the building lot of odd smells and that smells in the hallways just not clean and manage very well at all

When you walk in I felt like we walked into a prison with the security measures they had. It must be known for problems. It took 20 min to sign in I signed more papers it felt like than buying my house. It was almost like families lived there on a regular bases. I wouldn’t stay there again.

- Micah (2/5): Disappointing service & terrible room - We booked this hotel because of the proximity of our job site. We arrived at 5:00pm and the office was closed. We had to call to get someone to come check us in. There was an unusual amount of paperwork involved in the check in process, which raised red flags immediately. All areas of the hotel (including our room) smelled of either cigarettes or marijuana usage. The beds were very uncomfortable, and the bed frame did not feel sturdy. The bathroom door would not open all of the way because the floor was sloped. We went back downstairs within a few minutes to ask about changing rooms, but the staff member was gone and we were unable to locate anyone. The outside of the hotel looked fine, and Grove City was nice. However we ended up having to move hotels quickly because this property felt dirty and unsafe.

- Jamie (2/5): Read the fine print - They charged us $200 for our 2 golden retrievers and said it was non refundable "Mandatory fees: Pet deposit: USD 100 per stay Pets are allowed for an extra charge of USD 5 per pet, per night Service animals exempt from fees $10.00 I would agree with Not a non refundable $200 deposit. Our Floor reeked horribly bad of Marijuana and other substances. There were needles in the street.

- Respected_Grub (10/5): Great experience - I checked in August of 2019 with my daughter and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff and management were top notch and made it feel like a family, they were always extremely polite and always had a smile on their faces. Only issues I had were with 2 different guests of the hotel and Lysa and Ray were on top of it and took care of both situations. For future guests, if you are looking for a clean hospitable place to stay this is your place. I really wish I could give more than 5/5 because they definitely deserve it.
- Rebecca (10/5): Great place to stay for extended stays!! - Great place to stay. Very friendly staff always nice and helpful. The staff will make you follow the rules, which is totally understandable for both yours and their well being and safety. The price was great for being on a budget. It was great to have a regular size refrigerator, a sink and a couple burners to be able to cook a home cooked meal. I would definitely recommend paying the $7 to be able to get fresh towels and linens as many times as you want or need them. Otherwise the rooms only get cleaned every other week if you are staying longer term and that is a long time to wait for a fresh towel. - Wendy (4/5): - We stayed in a 1 bed "suite" room. There were no dishes, silverware,pits and pans, or dishsoap. The refrigerator and freezer worked well. There were oolice around for about half a day. No lobby, really. You let yourself in. One positive: the front desk woman did search for and found a few kitchen items for me.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Liked the location. Shopping, food, movies all near. Easy access to city center. Staff were fine, but desk has short hours, so it was usually necessary to call someone from the desk. Wifi connection has to be reconnected daily and can go out right when you are in the middle of something. Saw a couple of roaches over the course of a long stay.

- Michael (8/5): Down Home Atmosphere - I was on a tight budget as I had a few graduations to attend to and flew up from Florida and had to rent a car. Best rate I could find in the area and was pleasantly surprised to see how clean to hotel was kept and how friendly the front desk staff was during my stay. It didn't bother me they only change your linens once a week, but hey, that's more than I do at home! Lisa and Ray deserve honorable mention for their attentiveness and pleasant greetings.

- Verified traveler (8/5): meh - The room was clean, but loud. There were some people near our room who were yelling profanities at their children when we were getting settled in. The beds were uncomfortable.

- quietpoet (10/5): Guest safety is paramount to staff. - Located right off of freeway. Can't beat weekly rates.Very clean hotel. Management doesn't tolerate illegal activity or rowdiness on premises. Building is a secure building. If we ever return to this area we will return to this hotel to stay since the hotel is clean and safe location. The staff at Grove City's Wood Spring Suites goes above expectations as far as friendliness and being accommodating.General manager, Ray and Doogle made our stay very pleasant. They know the true meaning of customer service! .

- Departure765505 (10/5): Lovely visit, lovely home - Great location, close to shopping and the staff gives it a homey feel that makes you feel safe. Rooms are nice and tidy. Beds are comfortable as well. The hotel is really pretty and gives off a stylish and modern look. I'm glad I stayed here

- 819donalda (10/5): Great people Great place!! - I was out in the Columbus are for work and just so happened to stumble on this place.I must say for the price compared to others was great and this one had way more to offer for that long stay.The employees do a great job on cleanliness,due to that there is someone clean at every hour of the day!Even after office hours you can be assisted by Nichole for any of your needs as she makes you feel like a valued customer!she did an extra great job!The place is very professional with a great staff!I will most definitely without a question stay here if I find myself in the area on business or vacation!!
