• Laurie (5/5): - Location was great. The beds or some cheap bed that when you lay on in the springs creep underneath. For a hotel newly renovated this was a bad choice to install. Also the floors need cleaning as your feet turned black on them.

• Odile (8/5): Chambre de qualité mais défaut d’isolation phonique côté route - Chambre propre et bien équipée Motel bien entretenu, à proximité de la highway Accueil sérieux et souriant Les fenêtres ne sont pas assez isolées et la proximité de la route fait que le bruit est très présent jour et nuit. Dormir peut être difficile côté rue.

• Lyvondra (5/5): Unsatisfied - Upon entering the room, I pulled out the sofa bed and discovered it was filthy. Cereal and dirty sheets were tucked away in the sofa bed.

• Laura (3/5): Would not stay again if I had another option. - I was glad to find an available room on a busy weekend. The cabinet was missing a door & the side of the refrigerator was covered in rust. The bed looked like it came from IKEA and was so wobbly, I was concerned it would break with both of us in it.

• Sidney (4/5): - Extremely run down, bare bones kind of place. Housekeeping actually does a pretty good job .. it’s hard for a place like this to look clean. Rooms smell terrible. Room 317 should be permanently condemned. We moved to another and it was a bit better.

A bit too off the path. No one at the desk. We had to call the hotel to get an attendant to come give us our keys and check us in.

The refrigerator was dirty and rusted completely outside I guess if it wasn’t white it wouldn’t show as much. It was comically poor, I thought they are kidding but no it wasn’t. Too much to list. Lol

• Sean (1/5): Pretty nasty and gross. I'm glad I was only there for 9 hours. - It was the lowest price however it was pretty bad. Worst hotel my girlfriend ever stayed in. There was a smeared booger on the wall, the sink handle broke off and the toilet didn't work and you had to reach inside to lift the catch to flush it. There was no one to call in the middle of the night to fix it so we just had to live with it and get out of there as fast as we could in the morning.

• Verified traveler (4/5): Please manage the hotel with the basic comfort - Floor was sticky, cannot walk bare foot. No hair dryer. Basic logistic was missing. It’s too cold , not enough blanket. This is the first time I ever stay in a hotel, that doesn’t have basic comfort—just to stay in a hotel. No need to luxury comfort or luxury item, basic item has to be there just to stay at the facility .Management mange the hotel very poorly.
• maria (1/5): Very disappointed - Had to cancel my reservation as the room they gave was not what I requested and could not accommodate 2 (Me and my son), when I did the booking I requested 2 double bed room - non smoking and when I got there they gave one single bed room smoking (it smell like it) therefore I submit the cancel request which by the way I am still waiting for my refund as I pay it in advance thru booking.com Had to cancel my reservation as the room they gave was not what I requested and could not accommodate 2 (Me and my son), when I did the booking I requested 2 double bed room - non smoking and when I got there they gave one single bed room smoking (it smell like it) therefore I submit the cancel request which by the way I am still waiting for my refund as I pay it in advance thru booking.com

• Luis (2/5): - For the first time in my life, I checked into a hotel room and I was disgusted by the garbage on the hallways, I even saw a condom in top of the next room door garbage just laying there. It was grotesque, I was really upset and told my the front desk they told they couldn’t do anything…so I just walked out.

• Mahnaz (2/5): Beware: dirty, poor service, sticky floors! - Rusty and moldy fridge exterior; sticky floors, broken door latch; toilet seat was scraped and brown from dirt/feces/mold? front desk attendant ,Kyle, stated life was unfair when i asked for extra towels. We r 3 guests in the room and were given 2 towels. We had to to use them and then hand them to front desk Kyle to get 2 more towels!! This was policy stated with a fake smiling face by front desk Kyle who also mentioned 'Life is unfair!'

• Ashleigh (2/5): - The property didn’t offer any amenities besides having unusable kitchens in the rooms. The microwaves were dirty, the door latch was broken, there were roaches crawling in the room like they double booked us and them at the same time, the housekeeping came way before check out and kept harassing us out of the room as we were trying to shower. The tub had limestone build up around the drain. The refrigerator was rusted and unappealing on the outside part. The best parts about this hotel is the friendly lady that was upfront that checked us in super fast and leaving without roaches getting in our stuff.
