• Dulce Carolina (10/5): Bellísima la casona antigua - Lo que más me gustó fue la casona antigua en la que se encuentra el hotel, su decoración, la comodidad de las habitaciones y la atención de su personal. Todo me gustó, si bien no está en las calles más cercanas a la plaza principal, el hotel está muy cerca de los principales atractivos de la ciudad.

• Brenda Elizabeth (9/5): - La ubicación es buena y se llega caminando a distintos lugares céntricos. si necesitas desplazarte a otros lugares de la cd el transporte publico esta super fácil de tomar. El Hotel no tienes estacionamiento propio y supuestamente se cobraba un extra por un lugar en un estacionamiento que trabaja con el hotel, el cual me cobro el el triple de lo que me dijeron en el hotel, si van en carro propio recomiendo otros hoteles de la ciudad.

• Kathryn (9/5): - Beautiful, quiet, great soft sheets! The staff was very friendly. The location was very central and easy to get around. The property was stunningly beautiful. Parking is difficult during the day, but there is a public parking lot across the street. Otherwise this is a great hotel!

Furniture could use a little cleaning and glass water bottle could be cleaner from cover, toilet had stains on the outside, possibly room was not used in a while.

• Clinton (10/5): - The staff were all friendly and very accommodating. I was allowed to check out a little late and the staff stored By luggage for free on my day of departure. I arrived back to the hotel to order my Uber for the airport and staff told me I am welcome to sit down and relax as I wait for Uber. The bed was so comfortable I slept in late everyday. Overall excellent experience. Maybe the customary sign to hang on the door stating do not disturb so guest can sleep in without worrying about the time etc. However staff were so friendly and accommodating it was not a big deal.
• Michelle (10/5): Exceptional - The location was excellent, and the facilities were interesting, well-appointed, comfortable, and clean. Sandra checked us in, and she was extremely helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our time in Morelia very much and enjoyed staying and the Casa de Eugenia as well. Sandra made us a lovely breakfast in the morning too. We did end up parking on the street, which was no problem. There was a parking spot right out front. However, I also believe there is a parking area across the street for a fee.

• Frances (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful architecture, a relatively small former residence. Eight rooms only, so we felt very special. It is very quiet, we had a wonderful sleep in the comfortable bed. The terrace has a lovely view of the city.

Breakfast was overpriced on the website it appears that breakfast and parking are included but it doesn't say anywhere that you pay for breakfast and it does say you pay for parking. They could be more clear that they are charging for breakfast. Seemed from the website that this was a boutique style hotel when actually it was probably a very good three-star hotel. The rooms had no heaters and we were here in the month of January..

• Paul (10/5): This small boutique hotel gives you the feeling of living in a casa antique with all the charming details of years gone - Very warm and personable staff. Was able to get room at the last minute so worked perfectly for me. Nothing negative to report or say.

Exelente lugar para disfrutar de la belleza del centro hsitorico de Morelia, todos los lugaresres de a pocos metros. Y un desayuno de primera al igual que el personal que entodo momento estuvieron super atentos. Me encanto!

El único aspecto a mejorar es con respecto al agua caliente, ya que a ciertas horas del día es insuficiente, creo que en los meses de frío debe ser algo terrible bañarte por las mañanas con agua fría.
