The quality of amenity was very poor and room was not really comfortable to stay.

Large area, alot of trees, fresh air, big swimming pool, room is clean and comfortable. Not crowded, peacefull. Cannot open the window in the room. The food is a little high price.

- laurensiusm2016 (8/5): Pretty lovely place,.the only 5 star hotel around Purwakarta. All facilities are operating normally except for few things need i - I booked 2 rooms for 2 nights for my family through traveloka apps, 1 deluxe and other one is superior. I have to pay additional 200 thousand plus to upgrade my children room and get connecting room with my children, otherwise different room class will makes me and my children at different floor. The rate is cheaper for 5 star hotel, however it is covid pandemic so they may give big discounts. Reception was nice, service was also great. The swimming pool was lovely and I could order drink while accompanying my family while they were swimming. Prices are acceptable. You may be charged extra if you want extra shower soap, it would not be much but never see this on any other 5 star hotel. So this would be a great choice when you are travelling for business purpose alone. But if you are travelling with your family you better reserve same class room to get connecting room, otherwise additional charge may be higher at the hotel than through travel apps.

Strong smell in sleeping room, poor cleanliness, broken bathtub, and feel like tiny room. few assortment food in restaurant, no local food endorsement (.e.g. sate maranggi as an Purwakarta food iconic). However, outdoor facilities in hotel area for outbound, archery, paint ball, futsal, tennis court, table tennis, mini soccer field, are one of the advantage. If the hotel can do total renovation, it will be one of group destination trip choices, considering very accessible from tol/ near high way gate.

The service is very friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. I slept very well. The internet connection was good and the bathroom facilities all worked fine. No complaints. The restaurant menu is really more for local tastes than for westerners. However, I was able to eat well for not much. If you’re going to the area on business, this place is a good option.

- nesiana (6/5): Great hotels but well... - the staff offered me bbq dinner, buy 2 get 3, children half price. I bought 2 and 1 kids and planned that the 1 free for the other adult. But when we already sitting on the table, they told us my room was not eligible for the promo. When I said a guy clearly said to me there's this promo, the cashier guy said, oh maybe it's his colleagues who informed me wrong. I told them I paid the room through the travel agent and its higher than their anniversary rate (which has a lot promo-that I don't know about this). I was just disappointed with the way they just blaming the mistake to other person. Not wise though. You should really train your staff how to offer a program. Should first check whether your guest eligible with the promo or not then offer them. And take accountability collectively for any mistake done by a colleague. Your hotel and all facilities are already great. I have no problem staying 2 nights here but well, this experience left me bad impression. Thats all.
- RomyA44 (10/5): Best Weekend Away! - This is one of the best hotels in Indonesia. Excellent service and hospitality. Perfect getaway for the family. So many things for children to do. My son loves the outbound facilities, especially the flying fox and archery, and the swimming pool is large and clean with a separate area with slides for the children. We also had the opportunity to experience the Saturday night bbq by the pool, it was very enjoyable and quite romantic sitting next to the pool by candlelight enjoying some delicious food and listening to the live band. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Breakfasts are amazing with lots of choices available. I will not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone. It's definitely worth the visit. We will be going back for many years to come. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so enjoyable. We loved every bit of our stay. Oh and lest I not forget my wife loves the well-equipped gym center. She went every morning to do her daily exercise. Many Thanks from the Cragg Family!

- nicholasc761 (6/5): Extensive Facilities at an old hotel - Stayed 3 nights here for a conference. We were literally stuck as there was nowhere nearby we could walk to. Food was reasonable, though not great. Service staff were very good though, polite and attentive. I did not try to pool but the gym was surprisingly well equipped with well maintained machines. The room is old but reasonably clean and I had a whole water dispenser in the room in addition to 2 bottles of water. Bathroom a little dim for my liking and exhaust fan rather noisy. Hotel looks like it is more catered to local customers who use them for getaways or corporate events.

So, my family decided to stay in there for 2 days and 1 night, from 18 to 19 of february 2017. At the first glance, this hotel seems old.. but luckily, it has a lot of facilities, especially for kids. The room (deluxe room) was clean and quiet comfortable. One thing that I don't really like was the bathroom, quiet stingy. But overall, I enjoyed my night there.

- winston_arethe (6/5): Seminar - Hotel location is inside industrial area near Cikampek tol gate. Our company held a seminar here. Room is well equipped. Snack can be better, with more variety. Taste ok. Lunch buffet is good with enough food selections. Taste is ok.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Old Hotel, Need Some Improvement - No welcoming and greetings from the staffs, the bell boy just do nothing even he saw my son facing problem and difficulties with some luggages. the bath tube in my room is broken, the water drain can not opened. The wifi speed is very slow, bad and weak signal.
- Polar773 (8/5): Old but well maintained hotel - Came here few times. Located in industrial park, this hotel not only well maintained, but they also served very good food (room service). I love the fact that they served different kinds of local Purwakarta food. Friendly staff, good location (very close to the toll road), and nice weekend escape. My only complains, the management should start thinking to replace the mattress (too soft for my liking) or at least offered some rooms with firmer mattress. My other complains is the food prices that quite 'expensive' for a hotel that charged $50.00 per room but a plate of Nasi Goreng is almost $10.00. Other than that I love this hotel.
- Neil (10/5): Great hotel, would recommend - great, helpful staff. guest wi-fi was a little unstable, but i was given the hotel's login which was a lot better only stayed a couple of nights, and i was out on business during the rest of the time, so i didn't have much chance to sample all the facilities. But of the facilities i did use, they were all good. If i come back here again on business, i'll be stopping here again.
- Wedding (8/5): Indonesian Wedding hotel stay. - This was my second wonderful visit to the Indonesian town of West Java purwakarta this time for my son's wedding and after party celebration. My wife and I stayed at the Kota Bukit Indah Plaza Hotel. The hotel staff where very helpful and friendly, Wonderful swimming pool, including tennis courts, paintball & Archery. Recommended hotel but could use more choices of western food on the menu.
- novrita (8/5): Up grade kamar gratis - Sudah beberapa kali menginap di hotel ini, setiap kali pulang kampung ke purwakarta. Menurut saya ini hotel paling bagus di purwakarta. Menginap dengan memesan 2 kamar, salah satu kamar pesanan saya di up grade menjadi kamar deluxe. Fasilitas hotel ini lengkap, makanan di restaurant nya pun enak.
