The Villa itself was great and the bed very comfortable, the service at the front desk and at the cafe was second to none, rooms cleaned everyday and fresh towels also. All staff were amazing. The private pool was a highlight again—big, tranquil, and perfect for relaxing. It feels like your own little oasis. The breakfast each morning was fresh and delicious, with plenty of variety and always served with a smile. We looked forward to it every day! The location is another big plus—quiet and peaceful, yet just a short stroll to restaurants, shops, and the beach. It’s the perfect base for exploring Legian. The hotel staff were apologetic. My birthday was made special with a cake and song from the whole staff. It was wonderful to be so close to lots of shops and restaurants. It only took 10-15 min to walk to the beach. Loved it! Highly recommended.

- Verified traveler (10/5): The perfect private getaway - Talk about privacy! Abia Villa is the ultimate private getaway. The villas are beautiful and clean. The beds are comfy and the pool is lovely! The AC in the bedroom was perfectly cool and easily controlled. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We opted to get a driver for the day to see the sights. He was great and very reasonably priced. The cafe had great breakfast options that you could enjoy in the cafe or villa. We would highly recommend Abia Villa to anyone staying in the Legian area. (Also highly recommend Legian area, if you are trying to pick betwee Kuta, Seminyak, etc.)

Any issues that we raised with them about the room or otherwise they immediately attended to the problem. The on site spa provided very clean and professional services. The pool at our villa was kept very clean and there was an endless supply of bottled water to keep hydrated. Every night staff would light mosquito coils in the outdoor area and in the open air bathrooms to ensure there were no unwelcome visitors although I did not see any mossies around our villa during our stay. Also the staff would deliver a plate of snacks each evening to the villa. I would happily stay there again.

The hotel looks the same as the photos, rooms are clean, beautiful pool, lots of privacy, very friendly and helpful staff, delicious food, great vibe and relaxing spa. I love how the hotel is small but it has everything in it and it's so convenient. It's like a family more than a hotel. I especially love the chalk board in the common area where guests can leave comments. The staff is especially a pleasure- on our checkout the driver we hired was late, the staff helped to call and offered to arrange the hotel's own driver for our day. In the end our driver arrived and all the staff is very helpful and cheerful the whole time. The only area for improvement would be the water cleanliness - there's some green algae coming out from the sink tap (and sometimes from the bathtub tap), so we had to use the shower water or kitchen sink.
- BH (6/5): Nice Decorations & Staff Services is Good. - The maintenance and cleanness of the clothes cupboard and sofa need improvement. I could see stains on the sofa and the doors of the cupboard has creaking sound whenever you open and it is dusty too. The mosquitos coil container does not help to keep it burning thus mosquitos issue is bad in the bathroom area as it is in an open air area.

Being so private and not having hundreds of people everywhere and not battling for a position around the pool, as you have your own, was the fantastic.

Great villas with beautiful pool and rooms. Very new and clean. Great staff who will do anything for you and help with their local knowledge.
- Ching yi (8/5): Great Value! - It was quite difficult to find the exact location of the hotel as its is hidden behind a very narrow lane...but inside of the hotel is modern and relaxing, sort of a boutique hotel...we have booked a 2 bedrooms villa with private pool, room size is good, garden and dining area near the pool is huge, bathroom is very unique with open ceiling above the shower area. But the beds are not exactly comfortable...overall, it was a very pleasant stay, 1/3 of the price compare to other 5 stars hotels, excellent service, all the staffs there were very helpful and nice. Thank you.

Presentation first class, comfortable bed, spotless clean bathroom, excellent air con, beautiful lap pool, we could not fault this villa. Very quiet location. Staff are helpful and friendly, they also go above and beyond to cater for your needs and nothing is a problem. The hotel is central to Legian but not far away from Seminyak or Kuta. The Villa is amazing and clean, value for money would stay here again!

The temperature of the pool was great to swim anytime of the day/night. The staff were fantastic very friendly & helpful. It was only a short cab ride to Kuta & Seminyak which made it a good location. I would definately stay here again.
