I love that the rooms come with a fridge and microwave. The beds feel a little old, house keeping is not daily but the staff was able to accommodate me.

• shellyp850 (6/5): It is what it is - Tiffany at the front desk is very pleasant and good at her job. We checked in and were happy with the room/ammenities. We did notice the hotel stated it was a smoke free hotel, however, there were a good amount of smokers standing at the doors and ashtrays right outside the doors. Not a big deal, just noticed. Also when you enter the hallway it is pretty strong with weed smoke smell. We also brought our dog and cleaned up all of her #2’s with the bags provided. Sadly there was a lot of poo in the grassy areas that never got picked up. It was tricky at night. I checked out around 6:30am and dialed “0” at the desk (after saying hello a few times) to reach someone. It rang the whole front area loudly four times. Dialed a second time and the employee popped up from behind the wall from a nap. No hello, no how was your stay just “you’re good to go”. Over all we were happy to find a hotel close to home during a power outage and at a good price. Thank you

Full size fridge, real sink, even an actual cook too with 2 burners. It was very clean too! Tiffany was the front desk clerk who checked us in, and she was beyond polite, patient,565120590# and compassionate. We lost power in the big storm for more then 24 hours and needed a warm place to stay with the dogs and shower, and had lost all our food. She made it so easy, and even checked in on us multiple times to see if we were ok and needed anything. Thank you so much Tiffany for your kindness in our time of need, you made the difference! ❤️❤️She was so amazing I ended up referring multiple neighbors who came to stay as well.

I remeber I loved it here....I cant say enough good things about Tiffany at the front desk she has helped me and answered any questions I have had.......our power went out after the wind yesterday and with 3 kids and my mom who is ill this was perfect! Clean has a fridge stove microwave refrigerator! And we love a bathtub!.....I cant say enough how nice it is here and the beds are so comfy! They have snacks and other things like drinks and razors deodorant anything you need! I def wont be going anywhere else!

• Jacquelyn (8/5): - We arrived around 9:30 p.m. from Detroit, MI on Tuesday, September 16th for the funeral of a family member. We were born at in Aliquippa and spent MANY holidays and Summers there. I think a sign on Broadhead Road would been beneficial for finding the hotel or the sign of the hotel taller. The associate at the check -in desk was friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, the accessible room that we were assigned (212) had not been cleaned. We went back down to the front desk and was given room 313, which was not a accessible room. The shower and hopefully, the toilet would have been easier to navigate with our medical restraints, if we had an accessible room. HOWEVER we were very grateful that we didn't have to find another hotel at that late hour because the parking lot was full. The front desk associate apologized for room 212 not being cleaned.

Staff didn't go out of way to be real personable. Beds were ok in comfort. Did find a flashlight under bed at the end so don't know how well staff looks cleaning lol. Liked the kitchen etc but no dishes or pots and pans to do anything with it.

• Monica (6/5): Place is great staff isn’t - It was close to the surgical center and the shopping and food across the street also I was pleasantly surprised to find a full-size refrigerator a little range microwave, icemaker, and sink in the room. That was nice, but you have to bring your own cooking utensils and such so I think that the stove was kind of a waste of space. It had nothing to do with the property itself it was the staff. First of all, upon arrival, there was nobody at the desk because the desk clerk was out in her car trying to install new seat covers that she just received she came in. I showed her my reservation and I was sent to a room that did not have two beds. I went back down. She said they were completely booked and they had no room with two beds in it and I said I booked a room with two beds and here is my reservation again and showed it to her. She gave me a key and said that there was another room we had all of our stuff and we brought it down from the third floor and they gave us a key and said it was another room on the second floor and when we went to the second floor, the key did not work it was for the third floor. We took the all of our stuff upstairs to the third floor and went to that room in that room was occupied. It had peoples belongings in it so we went back down to the desk and there was no one at the desk again they were out of the car trying to install the seat covers. I had to go out to the car and say that the room was occupied. They gave me the wrong key and she said oh I’m sorry don’t be mad at me. don’t hate me. I gave you the wrong room key. They finally gave me the right room key and then we carried all our stuff back up to the second floor when we came down to go to get something to eat. There was four people standing at the service desk, and there was no one there because both of the staff members were out in the car, still looking at and installing the seat covers this was very inappropriate and they were doing seat covers when they should’ve been working their job

My first room had one or two issues; the solution was quick (a different room) and was completed with the same friendly energy. All of the staff we encountered were friendly. Because My Place is set up for extended stays, the rooms do show some wear and tear, but our rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen works. The location was close to shopping and food.

• Lori (8/5): - The staff was extremely helpful and our food was comfortable. The hall had a funk smell though and there was a questionable stain on the wall in our room. We would have liked more amenities like a continental breakfast.

• John (4/5): - People loitering all around the property. Had to approach the front door from an angle as a women was laying on the sidewalk. Walked through a cloud of smoke entering the building. People leave lawn chairs out infront and on the sides of the property. Doors slamming dogs barking. Was booked for two night's. Only stayed one.Do not recommend.

• Kenneth (10/5): - It didn’t look much as I approached it, but definitely one of the cleanest places of this type, that was much appreciated! The staff was nice too.
• Holly (4/5): Not the greatest - Bed was horrible squeaked every time you moved. Was put right above check in area and was kept up by the noise most of the night with door opening and closing.
• Kayla (2/5): - Extremely dirty! All the counters and table surfaces had thick grime. Floor wasn’t swept. Old food (French fries) on the floor. Bed was sloppily made with stained sheets. Gross!!!
• twgavin (2/5): Spend more $. Stay somewhere else. - Carpet was damp. No room cleaning was done. Best part was the woman screaming in the hallway for 15 minutes at 3am. Smokers always at the front door.

• Leroy (6/5): - Poor maintenance. Light above bathroom sink didn't work. Though it was advertised as a suite with kitchen facilities, there was no mention that there were no utensils available. The bathroom shower didn't work well - the faucet was very loose as was the shower adapter. There was no soap in the room when we got there, nor a shower curtain. The staff were courteous and responsive, but we will not stay here again.
• Jane (5/5): Passable - Friendly front desk staff & was very quiet when we stayed. Was not very clean and just felt very used.
• Mandi (7/5): A great stay for the price, loved the location - We were in town for a triathlon and loved the proximity to the airport and Brady’s Run park. Loved the staff being friendly and flexible! A few too many people having out smoking near the entrance, and no extra blankets available.
• Elihu (6/5): - This is an extended stay place. There are people cooking and the smell is, um, interesting. I booked for the wrong night (I thought I was asked by Expedia after I booked the car, but there's an outside chance I was wrong). When I tried to change it, the hotel manager told Expedia I couldn't because they were booked. I tried to get a refund or credit and it was denied. I decided to stay another day and get some work done from the room. Turns out they were full that night too, something the manger was probably aware was going to happen. I'm unhappy with the manager. The staff was OK and the room was reasonably clean.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Rained sewage water on my head - The ladies at the front desk were very nice but the experience I had with the room itself was horrible. Every time the room upstairs flush their toilet it would rain down on my head in the bathroom. It was absolutely disgusting. Never again... EVER.
