Great facilities and very clean and well looked after. Very helpful management. No actual living area just seating at the dining room, no view of the sea from inside.

• Paige (10/5): Beautiful trip to Oia - Stunning view of the sea with a large bedroom and private pool to relax The staff did not help us with our bags on departure after we asked for helped. We did not have small bills to tip and staff seemwd reluctant to help due to this which was highly disappointing considering the price you pay for the stay. Lastly our breakfast order was missing items daily (food and coffee cups.) These were the only negative aspects of our trip. The rest was perfect and we would gladly stay again.

• Lyudmila (10/5): The best experience you could have in Oia! - This was the best possible choice of a hotel! The location is outstanding - close to everything you want to see in Oia but with its own privacy and quietness. The rest of the hotels with a more central location do not have privacy due to tourist crowds. Also, the hotel is only 37 steps down from the main street, which is very important for Oia. The cave suite was impeccably clean, bed was extremely comfortable and the views are mind-blowing. The breakfast is served on the pool balcony every morning based on your preferences and selection from a breakfast list. It was delicious! The pool was heated, which was crucial for us, as we visited the island at the end of October. The suite is very cozy and everything is well thought of, up to the last detail! Vasilis is the best host one can ever dream of! He was so polite, supportive and smiley! He gave us valuable recommendations for restaurants and what to see/do on the island, he had arranged someone to assist us with our luggage and he let us stay more in the room (beyond check-out time) as we had a late flight. The whole experience in this hotel is a life-long memory! We will definitely come back! The only thing you may not like is that, eventually, you have to leave :)

Great bathrooms, comfortable beds and lovely pool overlooking the coldera. Quintessential Santorini stay. Tiles around the pool can be very slippery when wet.

Plenty of room for our family of 6. Pool with view was great way to start and finish the day away from the heat of the Sun. Close to the taxi stand to access the rest of the island. Stairs up and down to the property gave a solid workout to the calves but nothing unmanageable and standard for Santorini.

• Tonya (10/5): Fantastic luxurious end to our Greece vacation! - The team met us at our drop-off point and carried our luggage down to our villa. He walked us through the villa pointing out everything we needed to know for a wonderful stay. The villa was beautiful and very comfortable. We had a family of 4 with 2 teen boys and we had plenty of room to spread out. Breakfast had plenty of variety and was delicious and plentiful. The host and his team were friendly and very helpful with recommendations that made our stay in Oia fantastic. The location in Oia is perfect because it is on the main road but still quiet and private. Its location also makes it very easy to access transportation.

However, due to the seismic squarms the pool had been emptied. We understood this was beyond their control, but it would have been appropriate to discount the accommodation.

Plus, there is a very pleasant helping hand to help with luggage so dijt worry about that! Breakfast was delicious and multiple options available to choose from. Vasilis and Fegan made our stay that much more memorable. Do yourself a favor and book this amazing incredible and unique horel!! Wont be disappointed i promise you that!

The Location is soooo convenient!! 5 Minute walking Distance from the main shopping area in Oia yet it is tucked away from the chaos of tourists. Just walking To the hotel is scenic, gorgeous and breathtaking taking!! This was a girls trip, we got a 3 bedroom suite and the 4 of us were very comfortable. we had an incredible and relaxing stay here.

At first we couldn’t find it, but we gave them a call and they met us at the local cafe beside the hotel and showed us the way. It was very close to the cafe which is very convenient for transportation, since that is the drop off location for anyone staying in Oia. We even had our bags carried to and from our rooms, which is extremely kind. Our suite was jaw dropping - such an incredible view of caldera, clean, spacious, and very unique! Property workers were super kind and helpful. We loved our stay and would highly recommend!

The suite was breathtaking - modern yet historical. The private plunge pool and sitting areas were relaxing and unbelievably gorgeous. The staff were so helpful with local recommendations. We would definitely stay here again, and recommend it to anyone coming to Oia. You will not find a more perfect place! Perfect. The stairs could be hard for someone not able to do steps.

We loved the outdoor space with amazing views and pool. The breakfast is great with lots of choice. The staff were really friendly and helped with both transfers and excursions, nothing was too much trouble! Not a big problem for our group however there are quite a few steep steps up to the Main Street.

The two bedroom suite we stayed in was a very spacious unit overlooking the caldera. Views were amazing from sunrise to sunset. This hotel is on the slightly quieter side of Oia, which we highly recommend to anyone. Manager Vasili and his helper Dyonisis were outstanding. Vasili arranged us airport transfers, a car rental, and provided information about valuable island attractions. Breakfasts served were very delicious. We will definitely be back to this hotel in the future. Everything was perfect 😊

• Anant (10/5): - The three bedroom house was perched on a cliff in Santorini. These houses are dug out in hard rock and have all the modern amenities. The architecture is unique, the views of the ocean are marvelous. This is where many Hollywood and Bollywood movie scenes are shot.

• varun (6/5): - We stayed here for 5 nights. The accommodation and our host was very nice and helpful. But our expensive jewelry got stolen by housekeeping. We know this for a fact because we knew exactly where we kept the jewelry. We kept it in a bag and we knew exactly where we put it. When we got to Santorini the jewelry was there. When we got home and unpacked it was gone. But that book bag was on us the whole time so the airport people couldn’t have stole it which means it was stolen by housekeeping. The stay was nice, the place was nice and our host was very nice but housekeeping was slick and took their chance of stealing with us.

As is typical for Oia, there are a few steps to get to the hotel. Staff greeted us at our taxi when we arrived & delivered our luggage to our room so the steps weren't an issue. The villa had a fully equipped kitchen & the rooms had everything we needed. Will definitely stay here again if we venture back to Santorini.

• Alexander (9/5): Privacy and seclusion with incredible views and friendly service. - Fabulous location at the quieter end of Oia’s main street and very private, unlike many of the caldera hotels further along the main street, which are often overlooked. Private terrace was very well-equipped with large dining table, loungers and a shady cabana - plus a lovely plunge pool and those incredible views. Vassili was a very welcoming and helpful host. It’s a small hotel with no communal areas like a pool or dining room so breakfast is served on your private terrace. We really enjoyed the privacy and seclusion. Nothing really other than there not being enough towel rails/places to dry towels, which is an issue common to most hotels.

He also helped us get reservations into busy restaurants and nice seating at the restaurant! He helped get a private boat cruise with professionals in the business! Top class service! The remainder of the team were extremely helpful too - for greeting us at the top and carrying our luggage for us in the steps! They kept our living quarters and pool/patio in pristine condition!
