He was courteous, friendly, and informative. We valued his candidness and forthrightness. He took care of our vehicle and baggage with efficiency. Soon, we considered him a friend in a strange town. While checking out, we received exceptional service from another company employee. I highly recommend this company for its high-caliber personnel.

The staff at both restaurants and the coffee shop were very nice and helpful. The Valet’s Sam and David were so helpful. We took multiple Ubers in our 5 days and they were always there to assist. Everything's old and dirty the curtains are old and torn (the curtains were old flimsy pieces of fabric that let light in at night). The windows were so dirty, I tried not to look at them . My headboard has oil prints on them.The thermostat didn't work. My sheets didn't fit my bed. I always ended up finding myself on bare mattress in the middle of night - heavily stained mattress for that matter. The carpet was very disgusting and stained - thank God I brought some flip flops. The check in staff was pleasant, but the lady I met when I was checking out really acted like she had no interest in being there.

It was another hotel at that address. I contacted you all when I got there, got no response. Tried to get my money back. It was nothing but a lie, I paid in advance and that was a mistake. I want people to know you can’t be trusted. I lost $308 dollars because of Booking.Com. I was there way before time to check in. Very disappointed and disgusted. The property was closed down, even the parking lot. It was closed down even the parking lot. What you can do is issue my money back. I will be reaching out to the BBB about this matter.

The hotel is pet friendly, and the room had a very strong dog odor. There was hair left on the sheets from previous guests, where they had not been cleaned. The staff at check-in did not explain anything about amenity locations or the policy around breakfast tickets. The staff at breakfast were incredibly rude when the lack of explanation from the check-in staff caused confusion the next morning.

With so many other options in the downtown and midtown areas, I highly recommend staying someplace else. Here are a few lowlights of my recent stay: - there was no hot water during my stay - check-in took over an hour - the breakfast was staged in a conference room with a single staff member who was unable to keep up with basic demands of managing a breakfast - credit cards are not accepted at the bar or coffee bar This hotel is grossly understaffed and poorly managed.

The hotel was confusing, the room did not meet expectations and did not at all look like the room we booked. It was hot in the room. The balcony door was screwed shut and you were not able to open it. The shower nozzle where the water came out was broken. The bathtub kept getting stopped up. The sink nozzles leaked. There was roaches in the kitchen. When trying to call the front desk they would pick up the phone and hang up. Ran out of toilet paper and had to go to front desk and get more. Lastly the breakfast was not that great.

The other driver despite almost hitting my truck, jumps out swearing I hit his car with the door of my black truck leaving two white marks on his fender. There were no scratches nor red paint on my truck. I was fortunate that valet's Sam, David and Kelvin saw everything were willing to be witnesses for the police and provided the video footage to the police to show as close as it was there was no accident nor proof it was my truck that struck the other car. Each of these gentlemen deserve a raise and promotion for their assistance. I truly appreciate their help and definitely will be choosing Staybridge Suites on all my upcoming visits to Atlanta.

When checking in, we were given a key to a room that was already occupied. We walked in and saw others things spread out in the room so we immediately closed the door and alerted front desk of what happened. They apologized, put us in another room, and the same thing occurred. The room was occupied. This is embarrassing and this is unsafe. ANDREW, at the front desk, a supervisor in some sort of capacity, said they do not take this lightly and was leaving a documented report on our account, said the guy who had the mix up was going to be written up, and we were going to be given a refund. Booking through a 3rd party, Andrew asked that I contact that party, they would then request the refund, and per Andrew’s notes saved on the account, the hotel would refund right away. According to someone who was able to access the account, those notes no longer exist on the account. Did I stand down in the lobby while ANDREW typed fake notes into my account? What do you mean it’s not documented that you gave out two wrong hotel room keys potentially endangering guests? It’s been 10 days and the hotel finally responded to the booking company. ANDREW denied the refund request that ANDREW told me to request. I am still jumping through hoops with this hotel. Need to get in touch with front desk staff? Forget about it. I’ve been on the phone for hours. Got through at 6 AM one time and was told a supervisor wouldn’t be in until 7 AM. Called at 7 AM, had someone pick up at 830 to tell me their floor manager ANTONIO is on an elevator on the way down. I’m still on hold for 45 minutes but don’t want to hang up because it’s one of the only times I’ve gotten someone to pick up. Oh yeah, the lights didn’t work in the living room.

No hot water, check ins that took over 5 hours, blind confrence with over a hundred people with assability issues. But all the staff were extremely nice. Shout out to: Marcellus, Chris, Kelvin, Mick, David etc..

I will never book with this hotel ever again and definitely would not recommen - The only good thing was the breakfast served the next morning and we weren’t even offered our breakfast voucher by the front desk staff, but the attendant was polite and still let us have breakfast. Location was close to the MARTA which helped us make it on time to the concert. Booked this hotel for the Beyoncé concert in July. Wasn’t able to check in until around 5-5:30 PM which meant we had to rush and get ready within 1 hour in order to make it on time to the concert! The room was not clean and worst of all the A/C unit didn’t work so it was hot and uncomfortable once we finally make it back afterwards. Staff did not offer us anything to make up for the horrible check in experience.

Soon as I walked in the line was EXTREMELY LONG. I waited 30+mins to check in. Not to mention nobody was outside conducting traffic, so the cars were wrapped around the building blocking the entrance where no one could get in. They were physically riding down room numbers and Wi-Fi password because they were “ out of the material “ The hallways were filthy. The elevator had water on the floor multiple times due to customers coming in with drinks, so the floor was sticky, and sometimes wet. The room was filthy. The bathroom walls had pubic hair all over them. The shower curtain had mildew on it. The sheets were not changed, and when I advised the front desk person all they did was offer me a discount on the room, nobody offered me fresh linens or someone to come and clean the shower. There was a grease stained napkin on the floor next to the elevator for two days. There is absolutely no one that cares about the cleanliness of this location and it’s sad

The carpeting in the room was dirty and the carpeting outside the room, and in the hallway was visibly dirty. The door did not close properly so you had to shove ti to close it and shove it to open it. The door looked like someone at onetime was trying to break in with visible gouges. Just awful! We did not decide to stay the 4th night. We went to another hotel. We just could not take it anymore.

- Lindsey (5/5): The place was clean; staff were nice, the pillows are awful, don’t use the stairs. - The property is in a good location but you do have to either pay $50 per day to be parked valet or $36 per day in the connecting parking deck. The breakfast was pretty good. It is walking distance from many good food options. You have to use your key card to get to your floor, the pool, and the gym. We got off on the wrong floor trying to go to the gym. We had the bright idea to use the stairs. We got trapped in the stairwell because our key card wouldn’t work on the doors to get back in. We tried doors until one was left cracked and we were able to get out. And we were staying on the 20th floor and had gotten off on the 5th. It’s a safety issue and there are no cameras or ways to call for help if you didn’t have a phone.

As negatives, half of the light switches didn’t work. My key card didn’t work in the elevator twice. Housekeeping took my used towels and didn’t replace them. The TV remote didn’t work.

- Brandon (2/5): Unprofessional - The lobby was closed so we had to walk half a block to the Crown Plaze lobby that was hosting both sides of the hotel. We booked two queen beds with a couch bed but when we got there they doubled booked to many rooms and we had to all share a king. They wouldn’t make any different arrangements. We had to ask for extra pillows and blankets multiple times before we went to the lobby and they handed them too us. Only had two towels even though we booked for 4 people.

- Emmaline (2/5): - Whelp, there was a hotel wide towel shortage so housekeeping proceeded to come into our room, not clean anything, take one of our two towels and not replace it. It took two days for us to receive new towels, only after us checking with the front desk multiple times. We did arrange for housekeeping to bring us towels, and when they arrived at 8 am they posessed no towels of any kind. Additionally, our bed was not cleaned before our arrival, as indicated by the blood specks on our pillowcase. The bathroom sink was so backed up we basically had a built in pond. Brushing our teeth felt like doing potions. We almost missed breakfast because we were told four different times breakfast ended during our stay, anywhere between 9am and 10:30am. Our experience was not singular. After conferring with fellow patrons in the lobby, nobody had towels and multiple people had blood on their pillowcases. And the cherry on top, the pool closed at 8pm. Booooooo! :(

- K5526BDmalcolmp (10/5): Kendall, the great - This was my first day at this hotel and I chose it because of the close proximity to the restaurant.I would be going to for my birthday. I did not know that the hotel would be so full and I would not be able to check in until 4 p.m. Kendall ensured me that though this was the policy I would not have to worry given people will be checking out soon. He made sure that I was able to get into my room in a timely fashion and also was very accommodating to any needs that I had. Kendall did an amazing job of making me feel valued as a customer on my birthday weekend. If anything could be done, he made sure that he stepped up to provide assistance.

- N54YFrhondab (2/5): Chaotic, dirty, dumpy , no service - We arrived, had to wait to ck in forever, got into room finally,, it was good,, like 78° , dirty, peeling wallpaper, phone did not work, receptacle didn’t work , 2 flat pillows for a king size bed, black stains on wall, stained ceiling, chipped furniture, no coffee but a keurig, had to go down to lobby to request more pillows because phone didn’t work , had to wait forever again, they said they’d tell housekeeping,, 3 hours later still no pillows, room is musty and damp,, just not a good experience at all,, we were quiet shocked at the condition of room, service, being in midtown Atlanta,, - yall should be ashamed’ !

The other hotel’s bf stops at 11am and when we called Ft desk to ask they told us 11. The server was upset we came after 930. He let us eat but you could tell he was ill! It’s not the cleanest place either. It’s a convenient Area for the ballgames but the stadium is so close you can hear the crowd steaming during the game! Also there are groups of cars that meet in parking lot across street and burns tires! No sleep hotel!

- 840ralphp (2/5): Second stay was unacceptable compared to my first - I’ve been an IHG member for over a decade and this was by far my worst hotel experience. Housekeeping was almost nonexistent — only two towels for five people, no follow-up on requests, and we even ran out of toilet paper on the last day. The room phone didn’t connect to the front desk (just a dead line, same as last year), so every request meant walking to the lobby. The suite was in poor shape: dirty kitchenette with black liquid in the cutlery tray, missing dishes, ripped fold-out couch, and mold in the bathroom sealant. Breakfast was poorly managed — no coffee lids, hard to find silverware, and one morning only flimsy plastic utensils were offered. Checkout was chaotic: they claimed their payment system was down, wrongly charged my room for a roommate’s parking, declined another card due to their system, and even told me my Amex was invalid (Amex confirmed it was fine). After 30 minutes of delays, I left in frustration. Other guests I spoke with reported the same problems. Until major changes are made, I cannot recommend this property.

- Eric (6/5): - It’s being renovated I’m told. It’s well situated for access to the Fox Theater and other walkable spots. The noise on the 22nd floor kept me awake. That floor hasn’t been upgraded yet. Others in the elevator from different floors noted similar feelings. The interstate is a constant distraction, making the noise from surrounding rooms second tier. The a/c fan wouldn’t stay on to help block the noise, so I slept with the tv on. Overall the room was very clean, orderly, and comfortable. Getting into the front checkin/valet area can take some time, but the valet did a great job. The front desk folks were friendly and helpful. I give the employees an A, the room a B, the hotel overall with amenities a B, and the noise an F. Try to get a room on the side furthest from the interstate.

- noa964 (10/5): Great breakfast - The hotel seemed to be unprepared for such a large event. Dragoncon, but the staff stepped up to take care of everyone. The front desk were apologetic and kind and ensured everyone felt heard. Breakfast was a buffet with waffles eggs sausage bacon fruit oatmeal cereal and assorted bakery. The glue for the restaurant was Yordanos. She was the lone person seating people collecting tickets or creating bills, getting drink orders and silverware, clearing tables, getting things that run out, and refilling drinks. This was a 3 person operation and she was alone. A few days there was a bus boy but I didn’t get his name. He was clearing tables quickly but besides that it was just her. The management did not understand how many people would be coming through and they did not give their staff enough resources. The entire staff deserves an extra paid day off or a raise.

- Aultisha (6/5): - I have photos of the room. It wasn’t cleaned properly. The drawer was very dusty. The floor especially at the windows had a lot of dirt. We had 1 toilet paper, no Shampoo, no body wash no conditioner, the dispenser in the shower were completely empty. The window needs a good cleaning also, you can’t see outside too well because it’s dirty. When asking g for items you have to call front desk and the place you on hold so they can call a different department or they just hang up on you. The gentleman that checked us on was very nice to us. The guy in the restaurant in the morning during breakfast so nice.

Even then my room had to be downgraded with no option to adjust price since I booked thru hotels.com. Also, the furniture in the room was dirty and/or not in proper working order. Staff at the counter was less than helpful with any concerns. My wife called to request blankets and pillows for the pull out couch as there were none provided in the room. The staff advised that housekeeping would be by shortly to provide them, after two hours of waiting at nearly midnight we went down to the counter in person at which point the staff rudely laughed and said “we ain’t got none of any of that”. Definitely going to be reaching out to their corporate contact center to file an official complaint with them.
