• Benoit (10/5): Best place for 8 in the Medina? - This property is probably one of the very best picks to stay at and visit Marrakech. Despite being cheaper than most other Riads for 8 people, it is very central (a few meters away from the Souk) and still is very quiet at night. It has a rooftop jacuzzi that easily accomodates 4 adults, which makes it definitely stand out compared to the other Riads in the Median, as they typically have a pool (not a jacuzzi) on their ground floor. It also has a glass roof so that the Riad is comfortably quiet and warm also in the cooler months of the year (we stayed there last week). We had dinner on our first evening (Morrocon salads, three different tagines and Morrocon pastries, all for 18 euros p.p.) and breakfast every morning (Freshly squeezed orange juice, tea, coffee, eggs, Morrocon bread, pancakes and other local delicacies served with jam, honey, yogurt and fruits). The food was amazing and beyond plentiful. Cherry on the cake: it is the tallest RIad in the neighbourhood. It thus offers a full, 360 degrees view on all of the city and the Atlas. The pic below was taken from the rooftop. Frank and Fatima were beyond friendly, helpful and arranged everything for us, including transportation to and from the airport, local luggage transportation and local guides, bookings and suggestions. All simply fully top! We would have loved to stay there for longer :D

• Ignacio (8/5): Riad, amplio y con muy buena terraza en la parte superior. - Tiene una terraza en la parte superior fantástica, Con jacuzzi incluido. Es amplio y espacioso. Las habitaciones tienen un buen tamaño y cada una de ellas cuenta con su propio baño, aunque son un poco pequeños. Se puede cenar y desayunar en el propio Riad. Nos ha atendido Fátima y lo ha hecho perfectamente. Las instalaciones están un poco antiguas.

• Α (10/5): Great place to stay in Marrakeh - We had a wonderful time! The riad is located very conveniently in Medina to either take a taxi or walk to all places of interest. The owner was really attentive and responded to our requests immediately. Fatima was great in preparing and serving us breakfast every morning. Highly recommended. Everything was perfect

El dueño fue muy atento y simpático en todo momento. Además, las personas que trabajaban allí fueron muy majas con nosotros y siempre dispuestas a ayudar. En general, todo estuvo muy bien y la experiencia fue muy agradable. No tenemos nada negativo que destacar. Todo funcionó muy bien y cumplió con nuestras expectativas.

• Nicola (9/5): Quiet, comfortable, traditional Riad. - Beautiful private Riad, Franck and Fatima couldn't do enough for us and were available to answer any questions. Beds were very comfy and plenty of hot water. It was far enough away from the hassle and bustle to be nice and quiet but only a 10 minute walk to the main souks. The hot tub took a day and a half to warm up sufficiently but was lovely once hot. Some of the shower heads didn't stay up and kept falling off. These are minor details and didn't spoil our stay.

• Montse (6/5): Estancia amigos - El Riad está bien situado, a unos 15 minutos de la plaza central. Estancia correcta sin mas, aunque cabe resaltar que le haria falta mejorar la iluminacion y algo de mantenimiento. Nos sorprendió negativamente no poder dejar equipaje en el Riad hasta nuestra marcha, sin ayuda. La limpieza es justa y no hacen cambio de toallas en 4 dias, muy poca presión de agua.En general no repetiriamos.

• Joykasev (10/5): - El Riad es espectacular además estuvimos solas un grupo de 8 amigas y nos sentimos como en casa además de que parece un palacio. Luego Frank super majo nos oriento en todo lo que necesitamos y además nos deleitaron con sus maravillosos menús. Fátima una cocinera y anfitriona espectacular y desayunamos y cenamos como verdaderas reinas. Todo exquisito. No puede ser más recomendable y además está cerca del centro. Un diez para todo ya que fue un sueño. Nos facilitaron un transporte para poder recogernos y llevarnos al Riad. Cualquier duda que teníamos nos fue resulta. Helped us locate a shorted walk to and from villa. There’s a little walk to and from villa but it ended up being a 3 min walk so it was great. All was good

Avrei preferito che venissero sistemate le camere giornalmente.

Pequeñas cosas: mantenimiento fontanería de algunos cuartos de baño. El depósito de cal y arena ambiental en el jacuzzi.
• Kate (10/5): The perfect riad in the Marrakesh medina - Absolutely perfect riad in the heart of the Marrakesh medina! Franck was an excellent host, who arranged pick-up from the train station and met us to give us keys and walk us directly to the property. The riad exceeded our expectations -- such a cool place in a perfect location. All 5 bedrooms were comfortable (each with their own aircon unit) and were en suite. We opted for the additional breakfast from Fatima and loved it. Highly recommend this place for groups of friends or a family.

• Catherine (10/5): Everything was fantastic from Riad, location, food, safety, communication. - Frank arranged our taxi at the airport which was great knowing they would take us straight there, without hassle. Frank is really helpful on arrival and is contactable throughout the stay which is also great. We requested breakfast on our first morning which was lovely and Fatima arranged everything. Overall, a very smooth and chilled out Riad to be in. Loved it. The hot tub is an added bonus. Can't think of anything we didn't like.

• Gabi (10/5): 10+ - If you want Marrakech- the traditional way you should reserve a riad. And Riad Art de Vivre is one of the best choice you have and I tell you why. First of all the communication went perfect; they offered us a transfer from the airport near the riad and there we meet the owner a very friendly and helpful person. The riad was on a narrow alley but they said that there will not be any problem with the security(and there weren't even at midnight). The rooms look bigger on the photos but we didn't complain about that because all the riad was ours for 4 days. The main attraction is the terrace with a nice view to the Koutoubia and also the jacuzzi who was perfect after the long days. I also recommend M Bacha Restaurant closest restaurant to the riad. Thank you for everything and can't wait to meet you again!

Nice rooftop terrace to view sunrise and sunset. Most importantly, Franck was a super generous host who kept his unit well furnished with everything, including large bottles of mineral water and hairdryers in each bedroom. Wifi was strong in all rooms in the 4th storey villa. Possibly the best homestay we ever had. Nothing.

The rooms were big and clean. The rooftop was amazing with a jacuzzi and nice view of the city. I would definitely recommend this riad if you’re traveling to Marrakech with friends and want some space and comfort. The host Frank was also really friendly and helpful. Communication was perfect. 10/10 recommend
