• Dan (9/5): Clean, comfortable, and exactly what we were looking for. - The rooms were clean, elegant, and comfortable. Front desk and housekeeping were exceptional. Location was amazing. There was little noise insulation inside the room. Could hear everything that was happening outside. That was our only complaint, other than that it was perfect.
• Alyssa (10/5): Great location, comfortable stay. - The location is amazing. You can walk everywhere in Old San Juan. We had the corner terrace room on the third floor which was amazing. I loved how easy to navigate the stairs were right by our room. There is a basic but nice courtyard and lobby bathroom. The person at the front desk is always very helpful and there is someone there 24 hours so coming and going felt very safe. The parking situation is challenging. I had planned to park in a close lot that the hotel recommends but it was full. There is no designated paid parking spot for hotel guests so you have to find an open parking garage. We used one close but it was charged hourly and over two nights the cost was close to $70. Not bad for an inner city hotel parking I was just bummed my original plan didn’t work.
• Elsa (9/5): The staff was most accommodating and prone to serve & help. - The location is in the heart of OSJ, the rooms are very large and comfortable, air conditioning was perfect and you can adjust it in your room. It’s pricey, however for a special occasion it’s worth it.

• Tracy (8/5): Very good and comfortable stay, having a terrace is a must! - Location was central. I loved having the terrace with a table and chairs to sit on in the evenings. I don’t understand the whole idea of adding a resort fee. I would not consider this hotel a resort, but maybe this is an American/ Puerto Rican thing I don’t understand because I haven’t experienced this anywhere else.

• Nancy (9/5): A lovely hotel stay in Old San Juan - The location is excellent. Located in Old San Juan. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were lovely and clean. Good air conditioning. When I went to adjust the shower head before taking a shower, it came completely off. However, the hotel owner took care of it immediately. He replaced it with another one which worked well. In the middle of the night, a fire alarm went off which was very startling. The alarm may have been faulty. It only stayed on for a moment, but disturbed our sleep.

Keukentje, zitkamer, slaapkamer en badkamer. Leuke (dure) bar op dakterras. Fantastische locatie midden in San Juan, direct naaste kathedraal. Geen ontbijtmogelijkheid (maar ruim aanbod in directe omgeving). Kamer werd een dag niet geserviced, ook niet nadat ik er om 4 uur een opmerking over had gemaakt. Geen kritiek, maar wel iets om rekening mee te houden: het straatleven in Old San Juan is zéér levendig, dus neem oordoppen mee voor ‘s nachts.

• Aksel (9/5): Best little Spanish Hotel in PR. - We loved how clean and beautiful it was. Great staff and great location. While the roof top restaurant wasnt open, we were allowed to sit up there and take in the view. That there were no lights on when we sat at the roof top restaurant. We did know it was closed and no food or drinks were being offered which we didn't mind. I just would have liked to have a bit more light when sitting up there in the night time

Check in is at 3pm but since I arrived early the person at the front desk told me that if I like an early check in it would be one hundred dollars extra . instead of giving some extra service by let me check in early .I felt that was some kind of extortion

I would have provided 5 stars but we couldn’t visit the rooftop which was the only reason for selecting the hotel. There were a private event which I totally understand as they have a business to run but I would have appreciated if there was a warning during the booking process saying tue rooftop will not be available for the selecting night or nights.

• Edgardo (10/5): Great stay - It was my first time staying here. Very cute and quaint boutique hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The place is immaculate. The room was very comfortable. No loud noises. Very well located. I didn't get the chance to go to the bar but perhaps next time. Overall, it was a great experience.
• Theodore (9/5): Clean room, nice hotel in an excellent location. - The location is excellent. The staff was super helpful and informative. They gave me suggestions on where to eat. The only things that I didn’t really like were that the AC was pretty noisy (but nice and cold), and the floor of the shower, which was made of embedded stones. While that looked nice, it was rather uncomfortable to stand on, and I could see someone with sensitive feet or balance issues having a problem. There was no bar to grab on to, so not very handicapped friendly. The bed was a Murphy bed which goes up into the wall, but still comfortable.
