The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, the food is good, the hotel is centrally located and walkable to many shops. Above all, what stood out is the incredible hospitality of the hotel staff, particularly Abenezer at the front desk who was kind, hospitality, and completely went out of his way to ensure I had everything I needed during my stay. I've easily stayed in 300+ hotels and the hospitality here is world-class. As a woman, this was so welcome. They ensured I was getting into the right ubers and even checked in on me when they didn't see me one day. I genuinely felt so cared for by the amazing team here -- two thumbs up. I'll definitely be back on my next visit to Addis.

I couldn’t connect via vpn to my office server, likely a national filter for such connections. Research payment methods and restrictions on local currency and exchanges to USD. I won’t look further for my next business meeting in Addis Ababa

The service was friendly, and the environment was comfortable and clean. Everything was well organized, which made the experience pleasant. However, I didn’t find many options that matched my preference for fast food.
