- Shelly (3/5): Stay elsewhere and save a lot of money. - Close to airport, clean but also very new, staff was friendly Very expensive place for Houston and they did not include breakfast. You could buy the continental breakfast for $15.95 per person. Ate at their "restaurant " the night before and had a burger and fry for 20. It was fine but $20. No thank you. Never again. Also sign on the pool that just said closed until further notice.

Having a bar/restaurant on site is great, especially after a long flight when one doesn't want to drive anywhere or deal with ordering a food delivery. The hotel is also very clean. The beds are comfortable but difficult to get into, especially for shorter and/or older people, and for those with limited mobility, because they are so high. The water temperature and pressure in the showers can be slightly temperamental.

I booked the room on Booking.com for a family of three, including breakfast. The hotel said that breakfast is only valid for two people, and that I have to pay for one person’s breakfast, and they charged me for it.

Front desk staff not very friendly when we checked in. We interacted with him on two accounts that day. Not friendly and on his phone both times. The reception could perhaps be improved for a hotel of this standing.

Very thankful we were able to book the room last minute due to flight delays. Breakfast was OK, however, we did get there only about 45 minutes before they were closing.

Not needed, but very impressed with the lifts in and out of the swimming pool. I had a side salad that was remarkable in that the pieces of lettuce were bite sized, rather than the usual huge leaves; the temperature was tastefully cool but not cold, and the vegetables were extremely fresh. There was nothing to dislike.

Valoro mucho que tuvieran shuttle desde y hacia el aeropuerto. Las chicas en la recepción fueron muy amables y me dieron rápidamente una habitación, explicaron los servicios básicos y pude ir a comer y descansar. Hubiera querido tener más tiempo para disfrutar de la piscina y el gimnasio... pero debía volver en la mañana al aeropuerto. Tal vez la próxima vez.

Restaurant closes at 10 and we arrived just after, so we needed to uber eats for food. Would be nice if that could stay open even for quick bites or appetizers until 11 or 12.
