- Ben (8/5): My city to Asaba - Asaba is a nice city that I very much look forward to visiting many more time again.The is a a nice party of town, very clean, the room was spacious, the toilet is big. The only negative thing about the hotel was that there were too many fraudulent looking young boys that stays at the hotel. This give the hotel a cheap image in my opinion.

This hotel has become tired and wornout with scratched and damaged furniture, burn out bulbs, faulty remote controls for the TV and bedroom AC, very short shower curtain that barely did the job. I could go on and on but what would be the point as I have no intention of staying in that hotel ever again.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Pleasant stay - Visited the Best Western during the period when measures to curtail the spread of the Coronavirus was in place. Occupancy was low and service time was fast. Generally very friendly staff providing services with a warm smile. The breakfast buffet was excellent.
- Chisom (8/5): - Considering the current situation with the global pandemic, my stay was good. Though I had small concern with my room - it was at the entrance to the hall way, and each time the hall way door was opened I get a knock in my room
- NJ (4/5): - the first night, the airconditioner leaked and flooded the room and ruined my clothes and suitcase and they still charged me for the night Hot water ran for all of two minutes had to bathe with cold water and this could not be fixed staff lied about menu items in resturant overall the quality has declined

- Emmanuel (6/5): - I booked a suites ,and then it began to rain at night only to wake up in the mourning and found water all over the floor from one of the windows and then I called one of the room keepers to see and he told me that he has been complaining to the management but they don"t want to take it seriously and that he is fade up of their lack of action and i was surprised . That was a terrible experience.

El baño sucio con moho y anticuado. El setvvicio de Habitaciones muy malo, nos cambiaron de habitación y ns asignaron otra que no estaba preparada, tardaron mas de una hora en venir a arreglarla. El Personal en general no está preparado para recibir clientes extranjeros. El bufet malisimo, comida local y muy poca cantidad. El En cargafo del bufet prtenia cobrar el desayuno y estaba incluido. El ambiente de la terraza nada recomendable.

- Verified traveler (10/5): - The first room I was allocated, the safe didnt work, the door didnt lock and the toilet did not flush properly, I reported this and was moved to another room the next day where everything worked. Staff where polite and security was taken seriously. I will definently stay here again.
- ADA (8/5): Comfortable Hotel - It’s a nice, clean and spacious hotel. There was some construction work going on & the elevator on the 2nd floor (going down button) was not working, so had to resort to the stairways or go up before coming down to the ground floor. Other than this, the staff were courteous & very helpful & the standard room was very spacious. I will stay here again.

It was not a pleasant experience after returning from a taxing day long funeral program. The amenities in the bathroom was just to basic for my liking.One worn out bath towel,yes just one. The catering service gets high marks, the food was well prepared and tasteful.The front desk services was wellnoted,above all I felt safe and secured with the hotel has been the most security measures

This is my third stay there and the front desk staffs are rude, unprofessional and act as if they really don’t want to be there. The cleaning staffs were excellent. Security staffs were all expecting tips with every greetings. Needs major improvements on ethics.
- Babatunde (4/5): Very Fair. - Very clean environment but housecleaning was rather delayed. The internet has to be refreshed many times over. As a chain I was disappointed that the housecleaning do not put enough towels in the room for guests. It is rather absurd to provide breakfast just for one guest in a double room and up. The lobby is crowded by visitors not really guests sometimes. Security is however top notch. Would suggest the manager should do more to impress faithful and loyal guests.
