Our room had the convertible sofas. The mattress in them were super thin and the bedding that was in the plastic bags in both rooms were dirty.

We were able to enjoy breakfast this time and it had a nice variety and we could easily find something to start our day. Hotel is easy to find and back from the busy street.

• Wendy (10/5): Great place to stay! - We stayed over the weekend and the room was perfect. It was nice to have such a clean spacious room. The bathroom was spacious as well. It had a nice large walk in shower. They also supplied great quality shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The breakfast in the morning was great with options that we love and it was very convenient.

• Melissa (2/5): - They overbooked. Had to scramble to find somewhere to sleep after a long day. They seemed unapolagetic and wasted 30 mins looking for a room. Meanwhile, expedia still had the room available
• Stanley (4/5): - The property was fine except when we went to leave after our one night stay. The elevator was not working and my wife is disabled and we were on the third floor. When I went to ask for assistance to move our luggage and help with her UStep walker the two ladies at the front desk were taken back by such a request. After explaining again the situation they said they had a maintenance worker coming from Wichita but he wouldn’t be there for an hour. I said that just would not be acceptable. After shooting me a look that could kill she called another maintenance person that came and helped. He was very kind and understood the situation and apologized for the elevator being out of service. He should be the one training the front desk help who didn’t even offer an apology.

The first time the plug in the sink wouldn't release and drain, so they gave me a different room and the staff was very good about it. Great area close to food choices. Ran out of options at breakfast. The pancake maker ran out, not many places to eat breakfast at downstairs. The elevator was weird it stopped at floor 2 every time I used it, and it would stop at level 2 even it it wasn't selected. The room was cleaned what could be reached. The coat cabinet was dusty on top. Only knew that because I had to store my bag on top, and when we pilulled it down, I got dusted.
