CLinda (10/5): Excellent Experience - I recently had major surgery and cannot climb stairs. Somehow my request for a ground floor got lost in the shuffle. But upon check in we were switched to ground floor with no problems. Room was spacious, clean, and handicap accessible.
Daniel (2/5): - Lack of customer service, very unprofessional. The room smelled like cigarette smell. I don’t smoke, so this was a terrible experience for me. The reservation was clearly for a non-smoking room. I will never ever stay there again in my life.

Randy (6/5): - I was in a room without a heater and hot for 2 days and 2 nights. I addressed the issues the the very 5 mins upon arrival and was told we'll get our maintenance to fix. I'd ask to change rooms but the front was rude and refuse to change rooms. Finally on day two maintenance said they would finally change me rooms. Only reason i stay because we were sharing a company vehicle. Never again.

The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the essentials I needed. The staff was friendly and helpful, making the check-in and check-out process seamless. The location was convenient, with easy access to EVERYTHING in Woodward. While it’s not a luxury hotel, it’s perfect for travelers looking for an affordable and pleasant place to stay. I’d definitely stay here again! (And, do… often!) I have never had an issue and enjoy having Sands Inn as a place where I can consistently stay as it is comfortable and convenient!! Thanks team. Highlights: Jessica and Misty are always friendly and smile, it’s family friendly and very clean for the price!! X

Chris (7/5): Got to take the bad with the good sometimes - The best shower, both heat and force I have ever had in a motel. A knock on my door at 9:00 AM I answered yes? No reply The lock unlocks, the door swings open into the latch, and voice shreiks housekeeping! I holler what do you want? She says checkout is at 11:00. I say what time is it? She yells i don't know. So I yell well I do. It's 9:00 shut the door!!! I have traveled for business for a great part of my life and have never been treated so rudely.

Guest (6/5): Short trip - It was a nice clean place but my sister and I will not be staying again at this spot for many reasons: 1. No hit water in tub/shower (plenty in sink) we even had maintenance guy come up. 2.Sister fell on stairs. 3. Keys in 1st room didn't work had to go to office twice.4. Thin walls. 5.No breakfast that was advertised. 6.Wet spot on the carpet.6. Had to ask for and I had to put in my own light bulbs and still one of the lights by the bed did not work.
Joy (6/5): - Well, I hate this but the key didn't work in my first room. Then they only gave one key to the second room. The sink had hot water but not the bath, no light bulbs, and no breakfast. The sheets were marvelous, but there was a mysterious wet spot on the carpet.

Inspire53818213772 (2/5): Horrible Experience - Unsafe and Unprofessional Management - I recently stayed at this hotel and had an absolutely terrible experience. We booked a room for a week and were assigned to room 230. On the second night, around 9 PM, the hotel manager, Misty, banged on our door and barged in while we were sleeping. Her behavior was extremely unprofessional and made us feel unsafe. We called the police because we felt threatened. When we went to the front desk to address the issue, Misty canceled our room access and locked our service dog inside. The police informed us that they frequently receive calls about this hotel, and it’s a common problem spot. Despite having paid for a week, we were forced to leave the premises because the manager has the authority to kick guests out without reason. We are now fighting for a refund and will never return. This place is a complete mess, and word will definitely get around about how poorly it is managed. Misty’s erratic behavior is a danger to guests and her own children. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

We love our car being right outside our door! They are always super friendly and make sure we are taken care of!

She came by a couple of times to make sure we had everything. There are a lot of places to eat around the area and we never felt unsafe. We’d recommend!

Will stay here again! Coffee pot made coffee but it was cold.. The first night we were there it was super loud with people playing music and hollering.. This went on for an hour and a half.. Finally had to call the front desk to complain..

joyce (6/5): Not ver good - The beds where very hard and uncomfortable. We had a pillow that had a aweful smell to it. Also if you leave anythi g in the room dont expect to get it back. They will not get back with me on something that was left. Also they came and half cleaned our room the firts night the second they didnt even come in to replace towels or anything but the other groups we was with they cleaned their room. They just picked which room they felt like cleaning that day.
Arturo (4/5): Nasty Bed Bugs - The service at front desk was awesome, the carpet in the room was all stained. The second night when I pull off the sheet to get ready to sleep I found a bed bug full of blood (probably I was it dinner) I had to get ret of it. I have a housekeeping every single day and I had clean towels daily. If it wasn’t for the stained carpet and the bed bug this Hotel could received a greater rating.
