- Stephen (10/5): I will come here again and suggest to others - The staff make the Crowne Plaza where I would come again. The standard of rooms along with cleanliness of the rooms and whole hotel, show how perfection a worker enjoys their jobs. An omelette chef is always good. Bed and pillows were perfect and spotless (no staining). Thank for my stay memorable. If anything, Japanese toilets cause I am used to them and have them in my own home.

Nur eine Sorte Wurst (Pilz-Lyoner ), kein Natur Jogurt, Quark, an Marmelade gab es nur Aprikose und Orange. Dunkles Brot war auch Mangel Ware. Alles andere war ok.

- Vik (10/5): - Отель находится в тихом месте. Персонал очень внимательный к гостям. Завтраки просто шикарные! Спасибо поварам. Большие, удобные кровати, все новое, очень чисто. От отеля ходит шаттл до граничного перехода. Там стоянка бесплатных автобусов до всех казино-отелей. Все хорошо.

- Pei Yi (7/5): 我是住兩天，但不知道為何，前一天只有先刷了一天的住宿費，然後check in的時候，說要再刷一筆兩天的費用，說第一筆刷的錢是押金？很奇怪，因為我的同行友人也是在booking.com上預訂，但就是刷一 - 我們抵達大概13:30左右，有提前讓帶小孩的房間先check in，這點是很好的。 我是住兩天，但不知道為何，前一天只有先刷了一天的住宿費，然後check in的時候，說要再刷一筆兩天的費用，說第一筆刷的錢是押金？很奇怪，因為我的同行友人也是在booking.com上預訂，但就是刷一次總共兩天的費用，他們沒有被要求像我這樣的問題。然後我在第二天退房的時候，櫃檯人員沒有主動說要刷退地衣天的支付費用，而是在我詢問之後，她才拿出信用卡刷退的機器讓我刷退。想請問如果我沒有詢問的話，是不是就不會刷退了？那這樣不就是多說我錢嗎？然後他給我的單據居然還是錯誤的！為他人員給了我商店收執聯，上面是需要我簽名的，但是他也沒有叫我簽名就給了我那一張他自己應該要留存的收執聯。我是人已經少了計程車準備去機場了，才發現他給錯了收據，於是再叫計程車繞回頭，回去飯店找櫃檯人員，櫃檯人員才給我正確的收執聯。這整個過程讓我覺得很納悶，對於消費者根本沒有保障，很不像是洲際飯店的水準。假如我沒有拿到正確的刷退收執聯的話，那我回國之後，我恐怕還會因為沒有正確的收據導致無法向信用卡公司申請退款。光是這點就讓人感到很驚訝，怎麼會是這樣的對應方式呢？

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a great view and all the amenities I needed. The location is convenient and easy to reach, making it a good base for exploring Macau. The breakfast was fresh and well-prepared, but it leaned heavily toward Chinese-style options. It would be great to see a bit more international variety for travelers who prefer a broader selection. Still, the overall quality and service were excellent. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely consider returning.
