We travelled with kids. to use the sister hotel beach which is just on the other side the main road would cost money.

• Parker (10/5): Great place to stay - Awesome place to stay. Very friendly staff. Has a pickle ball court that we could use complementary twice. Pool was cleaned each day and the leaves swept. The complementary shuttle to and from the airport was great and the complementary mini bar inside the room was a great bonus. Breakfast had eggs cooked fresh and nice fruit. You had to pay 100,000VND to go to the beach. We did not bother with this, as the pool made up for it. We wondered over for cocktail hour at the beachfront resort which was beautiful, would recommend.

Территория отеля , хоть и небольшая, но очень зеленая и ухоженная 3. Завтраки, для Вьетнама, нормальные , на мой вкус, но не блещут разнообразием. За неделю надоедает. 4. Персонал приветливый, сносно говорит на английском, иногда даже немного на русском 5. Само бунгало чистое, довольно удобное, вопросов нет. Каждый день уборка, полотенца (в том числе пляжные), кола/спрайт и вода. 1. На пляж можно пойти на территорию соседнего отеля этой же компании ( Famiana), через дорогу. Там хорошая ухоженная территория , лежаки, бар и тд. Но, они берут дополнительную плату за доступ туда (100 к донгов с человека).На мой взгляд, это не совсем правильно, и информации об этом я заранее не нашёл. Мне кажется, лучше уж включить эту плату в стоимость проживания, если это так необходимо. 2. На мой , безусловно субъективный взгляд, цена несколько завышена (что неудивительно, учитывая что остров почти весь распродан). Около 600$ за неделю, чуть многовато для этой локации и уровня отеля. 3. Во время нашего пребывания мы были свидетелями пьяных разборок соседей. Но это касается больше не отеля, а наших соотечественников. Желаю отелю выселять таких пассажиров, им не место в приличном отеле🙄

Blisko night market, grabem za 8 zł Jedyna rzecz, która nas zaskoczyła to odpłatność za wstęp na hotelową plażę z leżakami. To opcja dla gości którzy mieszkają w willach, po drugiej stronie ulicy od plaży. Dla tych co mają pokoje na części przy plaży dostęp jest w cenie. To mogłoby ulec zmianie, choć i tak hotel polecam za spokój i komfort wypoczynku

• Roman (10/5): Тишина, чистота и сервис в центральной части острова. - Понравилось то, что в самом центре находится этот отель, в шаговой доступности ресторанчики и кафе на любой вкус, массаж,аренда байков и лотков с фруктами и смузи, и при этом в отеле очень тихо и спокойно. В номерах идеально чисто и уютно, шкафы и тумбы все чистые, в холодильника кола и спрайт и вода без оплаты, добавляют каждый день. Бассейн приходят чистить, хоть он итак идеальный, персонал реагирует моментально на любые просьбы. В общем полный комфорт и релакс. До этого отеля мы жили в двух других, но только в этом мы увидели настоящие пять звёзд . Хотелось бы придраться , но не смогла. Тут прочерк.

• John (10/5): - My wife and I stayed in a private villa for two nights and that wasn’t nearly long enough. We loved the atmosphere, the privacy, and the staff was accommodating when we needed a late check out due to flight delays. As well as changes to our shuttle time to the airport, which changed multiple times. The buffet breakfast was great, fresh fruit, good meats, and plenty of variety for sweet or savory pallets. The drinks from the bar (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) were also excellent. Their coffee was incredible. My wife and I debated on staying another couple of nights because the property is beautiful and well taken care of. All staff were friendly and helpful! Our room was spotless, we had control over the ac, and the bathroom was well kept. The only con was the phone in the room didn’t work, but they had a laminated notice explaining the phones weren’t working and provided alternative ways of contact for the front desk.

• Yuen Man (10/5): Wonderful stay with our own pool 😌 - We stayed in the two bedroom villa with our own pool. It was a wonderful 5 nights stay. The hotel was clean and nice although the pool area is a little worn out ans the safety vests were too dirty to wear, we spent a lot of time in the pool with the kids.

A lot quieter without all the works happening next door. We had fantastic access to the beach, bar, pool and restaurant. The room was very clean. It was close to local shops and eateries. So peaceful and a wonderful place to finish off our honeymoon holiday to Vietnam. The villa we booked was great. However there were jackhammering works happening in the villa next door which was very loud. We then discovered that the lock on the gate to our villa was broken. We asked if there was another villa available for us to move to. We moved to a beachfront villa across the road in the main resort area.

Personalet var meget hjælpsomt uanset hvad det handlede om og hele hotellet var pænt og hyggeligt. Ligger ca 5km fra natmarkedet, men derfor også stille og roligt om aftenen. Vi ville gerne være blevet længere.

Famiana Green Villas are a perfect getaway from the hustle an bustle of your city life. Famiana Green Villas also has a decent spread of breakfast included. We had an immensely fun time at their New Year Party as well, which was a big surprise to us!!! Special thanks to the staff, Mr Nam, for making us feel so welcomed at their beautiful Famiana Green Villas! Resting at the porch and taking in the sight of their gorgeous garden will be forever etched in our minds! Special note, their shower has amazing pressure and great fittings in the bathroom in general. Love their toiletries and bathing amenities. Brilliant idea to make the entire bathroom non-slip! We also had fun at archery and the swings! Great location! Cleaning the alr conditioner should be done more often. Cleaning under the bed is also much needed. We kept getting dust allergy attacks every night.

• Mark (6/5): Friendly staff but unfortunately didn't quite meet our expectations - It was great to have our own private pool villa. It was very quiet because it was low season, we had fantastic weather so got good use of our pool. There were not many tourists here. So the big pools would have been sufficient. The garden's in the public area were well maintained. The free airport transfers were a bonus and the staff were more than willing to assist. Although some had limited English, google translate worked beautifully. Some great restaurants close by. We visited Nemo restaurant (TripAdvisor award) several times. The food was fantastic. Son and his wife Luan were lovely people. This is the best food we have tasted, especially the fish, cooked to perfection. My husband had a free cooking lesson. Also Trang (she used to work at the hotel) but now has a small tourist travel centre at the end of the lane and just around the corner from Famiana green villa was so helpful. Organising a day trip with private driver, visited many local interest spots on the way to Sunworld cable car. So warm and friendly. So yes, we've had a great time in Pho Quoc because of the warm, friendly, smiling locals 😄 Very limited breakfast for Westerners compared to several other hotels that we stayed in for a month whilst travelling throughout Vietnam. No cereal and limited fruits. A good egg station, but who wants to eat eggs for seven days. I'm not sure if there would be more on offer in high season but we had expected more because it cost us atleast A$160 per night. We found a big supermarket about 30min walk away and purchased oats, muesli and greek yogurt plus other items. Many hotels that we had stayed in at a third of the cost had a much more comprehensive breakfast. The villa was a little on the tired side but it was clean inside. The outdoor area didn't have the same beautiful garden appeal compared to the lush gardens once you stepped outside the villa. It would have been great if they'd used a gurney to clean the outside concrete area where you sat on the lounge chairs as it was close to black and was a bit slippery when wet. Not quite the same standard as other areas outside the villa. The beach area was private with access to the pool.

• Manuela (8/5): - We stayed at the Famiana Green Villa and were upgraded to the Famiana Beach Resort and Spa. Both were great places to stay, the staff is very attentive and courteous and the rooms were clean. The Green Villa does not have a beach access, though the beach is a short walk from the hotel. Access to the beach is not hard to find, but the beach you will find is quite polluted with garbage. We were upgraded to the Famiana Beach Resort and Spa for our last two nights because we were told that the Green Villa was overbooked. We did not see many guests at either resort but definitely appreciated the upgrade as we got to enjoy an ocean view at the Beach resort. The staff at both these resorts were so friendly and catered to our every needs. This place is a short taxi ride away from fhe Night Market, has some dining options nearby and we overall enjoyed our stay in Phu Quoc.

• NGAI (10/5): - Staff at reception are very helpful and efficient. Although can't speak much English, they will try to assist and help their guests. Nice place to stay but a bit of walking distance to the main road. Along the way, there's some restaurants that serve Asian and western food. There's one that I hv been eating there a few times with my children as price reasonable, lots of varieties, fast serving but always full house. Servers are friendly but need to wait if u want to eat there. Only setback is most restaurants got no aircond coz it's open air. Only fan and air cooler.

• JUSTIN (8/5): - 코로나로 인해 할인된 가격에 2일 머물렀습니다. 처움 리셉션 데스크가 좀 낡아 보이고 업데이트가 필요해 보였습니다만은 맛있는 웰컴 드링크와 웰컴 과일로 기분이 좋아졌고 직원들도 영어를 잘해 전혀 불편함이 없었습니다. 전체적인 리조트 분위기는 약간 낡은듯 하지만 객실은 넚고 편안한 침대 깨끗한 침구등이 아주 좋았습니다. 리조트전용 해변은 야자수와 깨끗한 모래로 너무 아름다왔고 조용해서 아주 좋았습니다. 코로나로 인해서 숙박객이 거의 없어 미리 주문을 받아서 준비해준 아침식사도 쌀꾹수와 오므렛등 맛있게 잘먹었습니다. 호텔에서 저렴한 가격에 오토바이를 렘트해줘서 편리하게 여행할수 있어 좋았습니다. 다음에 푸콕을 방문해도 다시 꼭 머무르고 싶어요 코로나로 어려운 시기가 지나고 나면 호텔의 얼굴인 리셉션 데스크를 멋있게 만들면 아주 좋을것 같습니다.

• IGOR (10/5): Рекомендую - Время нашего отдыха здесь - предновогодняя неделя. Взяли отель на неделю, как стартовый во время месячного пребывания на острове. Расположен совсем недалеко от аэропорта. Отель обеспечивает доставку из аэропорта в любое время суток. Воспользуйтесь. При заказе нужно учитывать, что у отеля две примерно равные территории - одна у моря, другая примерно двести метров в глубь отсрова. Сообщение между ними хорошо организовано с помощью электрокаров. Ресторана для завтраков два, бассейн тоже у каждой территории свой, достаточно большой. Территория , что подальше от берега, поспокойней, безлюдней , попросторней и потише (если не считать нынешнюю активную стройку рядом, которая должна скоро закончиться - достраивают верхние этажи дома). Главное неудобство - пешком до пляжа от номера примерно четыреста метров , в том числе через оживлённую трассу или, как вариант, вызов кара с его ожиданием. Основной массив зданий, на берегу, немного теснее и компактнее. Но зато пляж в двух шагах. Выбор за вами. Размер и удобство номеров примерно одинаковы, у каждого своя терраска с двумя стульями, качалкой и столиком, либо такой же балкончик. В номере мощный кондиционер, немного шумноватый, правда температуру ниже 20 градусов не дает. Море хорошее, пляж хорошо чистят, свободные места на лежаках найти можно, пляжные полотенца меняются хоть несколько раз за день. Вход в море покатый, удобный . Море в декабре 28-29 градусов. Прогулки по берегу во время заката просто превосходны. Рекомендую.

• KYUNGWUK (10/5): 가족여향으로 너무 만족 다시 묵고 싶은 호텔 - 인포메이션이 수리중인지.. 좀 정리가 안된 부분인거 빼곤 응대 및 시설이 너무 맘에 듭니다. 숙소 바로 앞에 바다가 있어 들리는 파도소리도 너무 맘에 들고, 조식도 너무 맛있습니다. 키피포트 전원이 안들어 와서 문의 했더니 영어 소통에 문제가 있었는지 수리공이 오셔서 ㅠㅠ 너무 죄송했습니다. 다시 이곳으로 여행 하고 싶을 정도로 맘에 듭니다.
• youn mee (10/5): 이쁜 석양과 친절한 서비스로 감동이 두배, 여행하기 좋은 최적의 위치~ - 석양이 이쁜 해변 넘 좋았어요~ 나이트마켓, 머드스파, 현지식 등 다 가깝게 있어서 편했고 케이블은 셔틀 30분이면 되고 위치가 최적이더군요. 더군다나 직원들이 너무너무 친절하셔서 매년 가고싶어요~

• SOYOUN (6/5): 조용한 분위기, 근처 맛집, 그러나 서비스 개선이 필요함. - 공항픽업 : 메일로 비행일정 및 픽업 컨펌 까지 받았으나 당일 아침 픽업 나오지 않음. 미리 사간 유심을 넣어 전화했더니 이른시간이라 안나왔다고 말도 안되는 얘기를 함. 여러 번 통화 후, 일단 택시 보내줘서 타고옴. 조식: 일단 방이 있는지 얼리 체크인은 해줌. 조식은 마지막날 것 미리 당겨 먹을 수 있다고 해서 그러겠다고 함. 그린빌라 조식당만 알려주길래 리조트 쪽에서는 못먹냐 했더니 가능한데, 숙소 근처가 편할것이라 함. 하루 씩 이용해 보니 음식은 대동소이. 그러나 리조트쪽애서 먹는 것이 훨~~~씬 나음. ㅡㅡ; (그린빌라쪽 조식당 에어컨 없고 파리 날리고 위생에 좀 문제있어 보임) 숙소: 적당히 깔끔했음. 수영장 뷰가 매우 이쁘고 조용함. 식당: 바로 근처 cafe sun viet 볶음밥 짱맛. 위생 깨끗, 저렴, 바로 조리해줘서 너무 맛나 자주감. Cami는 맛있으나 짠맛 매운맛의 강한맛. 골목끝에 과일집 있는데 아저씨 친절하고 맛남. 센딩 : 다른 리조트 이동이라 체크인 시 택시불러 보내준다고 했는데 체크아웃시 돈은 나보고 내야한다고 함. (체크인 시 for free 인지 물어봤는데 그렇다고 했었음) 전반 평가 : 그린빌라서 리조트 쪽으로 왔다갔다 해야 하는게 조금 불편하지만 할만 함. 체크아웃 시 처음 본 여자 매니저만 영어소통이 좀 원할 하고 서비스 마인드 있으나 그 외 데스크 직원들은 서비스마인드 부족하고 무뚝뚝. 전반적으로 추천하기 어려움.
• Verified traveler (8/5): - We stayed in the green villa with a private pool which was lovely... only thing is we had a two bedroom villa but the bedrooms are not connected... which when I booked it I thought they were connected which was abit of a hassle esp travelling with kids. But it wasn’t a huge issue... the grounds where the villas are situated are well kept and clean... staff are amazing and always willing to help. Need to grab a buggie to get to the main resort where the beach is but not a problem at all. Overall it was a lovely villa and the stay was fine for our short stay on the island.

• Verified traveler (10/5): 服務齊全 - 員工服務非常好，環境安靜舒服，非常適合放鬆放空。green villa跟resort相隔一個馬路，走路大概五分鐘，需要的話播通電話接駁車隨時準備好接送你去大廳或沙灘。馬路上就有商店及幾間餐廳，蠻方便的。早餐buffet有兩間，我自己覺得靠海灘的比較好吃，人比較多以及是室內所以食物比較新鮮吧。唯一要提醒的是戶外很多蚊子，一定要做防蚊準備！

Två fina poolområden och en fin (och ren!) strand. Ligger flertalet bra restauranger i närheten samt flera bankomater och närbutiker. Mycket sköna sängar i pool-Bungalows och relativt bra wifi.

Beach of Famiana is really nice, same as garden area. Breakfast offers rich selection sweet, salt variety, fruits. It is possible also rent a motorcycle directly at reception. I believe that the area in front of hotel will be cleaned soon or its just under maintenance or something supposed to be constructed there. I want to believe so, because garbage on Phu Quoc is never missing unfortunately.
• Kerstin (10/5): Lugnt och mysigt - Mysigt hotell med lugnt och tyst läge samt otroligt vänlig personal. Vi bodde i "Green Villas" som ligger på andra sidan vägen där vi hade en stor pool nästan för oss själva. Att korsa vägen ner till stranden är det sämsta, då trafiken kan vara hetsig. Missa inte restaurangen F5 som serverar riktigt bra mat. En taxi in till staden kostar endast $3, så det gör inget att det inte är gångavstånd.

• Verified traveler (6/5): - 3泊しました。スタッフはみな親切で翻訳アプリを使い会話しました。グリーンビラからリゾート&ビラへの移動は途中道が悪く雨のあとは水溜まりがす、道路も一本渡るのでバギーを毎回利用しました。電話でお願いするとすぐ来てくれました。お部屋の中にテーブルと椅子がほしかったです。寝具の匂いも気になりました。最後の日に受けたスパはがっかりです。

• Oliver (10/5): Lovely rooms and a relaxing pool area - We really like this hotel and would definitely recommend it. The room was nice and the pool area was really pretty and a great area to relax. The breakfast was good and the staff were friendly. They provide a golf buggy shuttle from the Green Villa part to the main hotel on request even though it is about only a 5-7 minute walk. There are plenty of good restaurants in the area and the view of the sunset on the beach was really pretty. I would stay here again.

• YONGSUNG (10/5): 친절함에 너무도 감사합니다. - 풀빌라로 2박을 했습니다. 조용하고 한적하여 좋습니다. (동양사람 거의 없고, 3일 가량 베트남 1가족 정보 보았고, 전부 유럽쪽에서 온것으로 보입니다.) 걸어서 5분 거리에 파미아나 오션스파가(해변) 있고, 같이 이용할수 있는게 좋습니다. 콜만하면 전기차로 이동을 시켜주시기는 하는데, 약간 번거롭기는 합니다..^^; 개인적으로 인상깊었던 것은,. 2박후 다른 호텔로 이동을 하였는데, 저의 실수로 카메라 등.. 소지품을 놓고 왔는데, 나중에 직접 다른 호텔로 가져다 주었습니다.. 정말 친절한 배려 감사합니다!!

• Dukki (10/5): One of the best experiences in Phu Quoc! - Nice location, easy access to the beach, quiet surroundings and especially very kind staffs. Everything was perfect for us at Famiana Resort. Morning buffet was excellent and they willingly provided us with ride to the beach back and forth. My friend fell down on the road and was needed some medicines, and they promptly brought us some medicines to our room in no time. If I ever come back to Phu Quoc again, I have no doubt that I will stay at Famiana resort, especially in Green Villa zone where I stayed for a night. Many thanks to the staff~!!!

• yopi333 (8/5): 静かなプールヴィラでゆったりとした時間が過ごせます - フロントやプライベートビーチは道路を挟んだ向かいにありバギー移動（徒歩で3分ほど）ですが断然こちら側がおすすめです。朝食はビュッフェスタイル。メニューは豊富で毎日変わりますがどれも美味しかったです。特にフォーはあっさり味で美味しくて疲れた胃にピッタリ。
