- Magdalena (10/5): Pobyt był dobry, mieszkanie fajne, jedynie skomplikowany dostęp do mieszkania. - Bardzo ładne mieszkanie, wygodnie, dobre na krótki pobyt dla dwóch osób. Czysto, nie dobrym guście. Dobra lokalizacja. Skomplikowane wejście do mieszkania i budynku, trzeba mieć dostęp do trzech różnych kodów. Bywa to denerwujące jeśli wchodzi/wychodzi się kilka razy dziennie.

- David Bruce (10/5): - Great Stay in a Vibrant, Safe Area The Uber couldn’t drop us right at the door, but left us nearby. The streets are cobbled, so watch your step. There’s quite a bit of graffiti around, but that’s typical for many European cities. The door code requires all the # symbols and unlocks silently, so at first, I wasn’t sure it had worked — but once the circle turns green, just give the door a push. The apartment itself was great — clean, spacious, with plenty of room, and the beds were super comfortable. The balcony was small but a nice addition. While there’s no longer a river view, the tall trees outside were pleasant, though starting to feel a bit overgrown. Some plants growing out of the side could use attention. We came and went at all hours and always felt safe. I used my phone for directions late in the evening (around 10 PM) with no issues walking through the square and back to the apartment. The nearby fountains were a hit with the kids, and the small 24-hour Carrefour was handy for picking up essentials. Overall, I’d definitely stay here again. My only small wishlist would be to add more clothes hangers and some weighing scales to help manage suitcase weight before heading to the airport.

Es muy tranquilo, salvo anécdotas no achacables a la propiedad (nos tocaron a las 2 de la mañana al portero, era sábado y siempre hay gamberros en todas partes) Encontré la cama cómoda y globalmente estaba muy limpio. El suelo de parquet necesita urgentemente ser renovado. En el dormitorio tablillas sueltas, pero en el salón, directamente, grietas de más de 1 cm. Los cubiertos están en un vaso al lado del fregadero.

It was a very spacious apartment and the washing machine was definitely a plus. A quick walk up the stairs across the street will get you to the Old Town Square.

- Richard F. (10/5): Nice place - The location is great. The apartment is very worn, the floor is coming apart. The toilet seat is too small for the toilet so it is loose. The directions given before you arrive does not go to the apartment but 2 blocks away, with no directions on how to get to the apartment. We had to wander around and ask strangers for help. They need to give directions from the drop off to the apartment. When we got to the apartment we had to call the manager for help, the directions left in the apartment were wrong. The manager came and was very helpful. She said the instructions were old and needed updating.. only go here if you don't mind an adventure. Comfortable stay.

We tried many, many times to contact by phone, email, and even just showing up at the address. There was no one who would take our calls or reply back to us. You can imagine how stressful this can be, visiting a foreign country and you can not find a way to get into the apartment you already booked. We had to book another hotel at 10 pm at night because of this. And then when we requested a refund, they denied us. Expedia did nothing to help except to say it was up to Ego Apartments to give a refund. Stay away from this property! There are plenty of other options of hosts who will better communicate and make sure your trip is stress free. It's not this one!

View from windows of apartment was the beautiful cathedral with bell tower chiming the hours. The washer came in very handy for travelers needing to wash clothes. Two caveats: there are no taxis or autos allowed in the street adjacent, so be prepared to walk with your baggage. Also the antique building has a beautiful staircase but no lift to walk up three stories with luggage.
- Diane Ana Colombes (8/5): - The flat is perfectly located in Warsaw's Old Town, and is close to all main activities and museums. The flat offered all the necessary amenities. The bed was really comfortable and the host was very responsive and with excellent recommendations. Only downside: we noticed that some of the towels in the bathroom were not clean and had visible stains.

- Hayley (6/5): - Excellent location. Lovely bathroom and was clean. Nice view. Clear info for arrival Other than that would describe as adequate. Stairs are curved and a long way up with luggage. Note this is a studio and the bedroom isn’t actually separate. Property definitely not suitable for anyone with mobility problems or with young children. Main thing that made me uncomfortable was no fire safety information or equipment at all and couldn’t see any smoke detectors. Only way out is the main staircase. Would benefit from having info on where to take rubbish and recycling. Felt bad leaving it all for the cleaning company. Kitchen isn’t one you could easily cook in but not a problem for us as we were only there for a few days and ate out or brought food in.
- Marg (8/5): Comfortable studio with good facilities in a noisy but handy location. - Super comfy bed and pillows Good location Spacious Noisy with window open for fresh air, so had to use air conditioner to mask the noise, but the vent was not plumbed in, so you had to poke it out the window to remove the hot air coming out of it. No side table beside the bed Would be better if it was made clear in the entry directions how to get out of the inner courtyard, rather than saying you have to find alternative ways to get out, because the only way out is hidden down one end of the space and is not easily seen.
- Marilyn (6/5): - The location was very convenient to the old town, but renters should know that taxis won't enter old town. We were dropped off with our suitcases at the bottom of a very long set of stairs up a big hill just below our unit. The view of the river was spectacular and almost made up for the climb. The inside needs repairs. The toilet seat slides as does the sink. The plugs are pulling out of the wall. The bathroom needs fixtures for toilet paper and hand towel. It would have been nice to have hand towels, kitchen towel and a bath mat towel. It was clean and the beds were nice.

- Dorothy (8/5): Location great! Air conditioning should be better! - Location was great. The apartment was clean. Hosts were easy to communicate with and allowed an early check in. The beds were firm and the apartment was spacious. Wifi worked well. The portable air conditioner did not sufficiently cool the apartment and the window had to be left open for it to work. The air conditioner should be properly installed with a hose sufficiently long to fire through a hole in the window vs having to leave the window open which defeated the purpose. There were fans in the bedrooms but the first night of our stay was so hot that it was uncomfortable. We have never seen such a small hand soap for the bathtub and sink. More toiletries would have made the stay even better.
- Dorothy (4/5): Okay - Location! Location! Location! Clean linens and towels. Not maintained well. It requires major update: holes in the floor, not draining and overflowing shower, no shelves/storage in the washroom, small and not working for a half of our stay TV.
- Julia (7/5): central apartment if you don’t mind the noise - very central, directly on a lively plaza. we were able to check in earlier as it was central it was loud at night if you keep the windows open. also we could always hear the ppl upstairs walking. one night we left the AC on but it was impossible to sleep because the machine was so loud and would turn off and back on which waked us up every time. asked for some help regarding most convenient airport transport options (to get to the airport) and never got an answer. the guideline on how to get into the flat was not that easy either (3 codes and many doors to „choose“ from)

- Howard (6/5): - Both places were very clean.We were given the apartment address and were told there were 20 steps to it which was OK. Before we checked in we were told of the address which was different from the original and when we got there it was 42 steps so was a different place. We text Ego apartments and they apologized about a mix up so we were given another place so we moved. This place was about 20 steps but neither had a river view which was stated on the description. The 2nd place had no bedside tables and on looking at pics of Ego places it cleverly doesnt show the bed just a sideways on view from the kitchenette across the room. We feel that pics on hotel.com site are deceiving as we booked the design apartment but didnt get what we expected. They also had 3 security codes to get in and we found the entrances confusing. Both were very clean but no wiping up cloths for the dishes and only 1 towel each. They were both convenient as they were in Warsaw Stare Miasto and very quiet.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Old town - Easy to find, they have very thorough instructions. Location was beautiful, right in the heart of old town Warsaw. The apartment itself was nice, however, it was very hot. Unfortunately, we had to leave a day early because the temp was so uncomfortable. Reached out to the owner and told him we were leaving a day earlier and if it was possible to at least have a partial refund and got no answer.
- Samantha (6/5): Middle of the road - The property doesn’t have a check in, which isn’t an issue unless you arrive in town early. You will have to store your luggage. They give good directions to find it. The place needs a good cleaning. It’s dusty, dead bugs, surfaces need to be wiped. Furniture is not great and somewhat dirty. However the location is good, and it has a washing machine for longer trips.
- Tadeusz (6/5): Nice apartment for cool days but avoid it in hot weather. - Nice big apartment in the center of old city. It was advertised as having air conditioning but there was only a portable unit without output pipe connected to outside. It was even too short to put it through the open window. As the days were really hot, one needed to open windows to cool the apartment to sleep and keep them open overnight but it was very noisy outside, so it was difficult to sleep.

- Paul (8/5): - Location was great. Would be good to tell people it’s up 60 flights of stairs. Fine for us but might be tough for some. Bad WiFi that went in and out. We wanted to use the kitchen more but there were no napkins or dish towels for cleaning up or eating. It is really buggy near the river. Window screens would help - there were a lot of bugs in the apartment.

The apartment was clean with comfortable beds. Everything worked except the coffee machine. I appreciate the free bottle of champagne.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Lovely view and apt - access was difficult - This apartment is well located in Old Town, within walking distance to a great many attractions - New Town, Barbican and the Royal Route. It is outfitted well, has a great view, and is really well located for access to Old Town, which is a fairly touristic area. The problems are lack of transportation to the building address and the 60 steps up to the apartment from the ground floor of the building. Important: my experience was that Uber drivers did not drop off or pick up at the address. It's unknown whether taxi drivers can do so. The street the apartment is located is a bit difficult to find, and requires a significant hike up to Old Town from the street. It was a trek up to the address and then a further hike up the 60 stairs. This is probably not a good location if a traveler has heavy luggage. One of the wheels on my suitcase was ripped off and lost on my trek back down to the street on my departure.

- elad (4/5): don't believe the hype - the smell in the building is HORRIBLE. gets in the room yoo if u open the window. its from the restaurant... made me sick every time i went in and out. oh and theres no 'river view' , tree or no tree. i stayed at the 'design apartment' on Rynek Starego Miasta 26. owner not very communicative on whatsup ( one time didn't answer at all). the only thing going for that place is the location inside the old town. if it wasnt for that, i would ask for my money back

- Antti (6/5): Spacious stay in old town. - Everything was good. The place was as described a nice big place. The only issue was that the front door was locked and while we got a code to use, it wasn’t linked to the front door in any way. When calling the number given, we were first told to push the door hard to get it open and then to ask the restaurant to either open the door. They did but it happened repeatedly as we were coming in an out and coming back late and ultimately we had to really push the door to open it which disturbed the other people living in the same block. Disappointing. Please fix it for the future as the place is nice otherwise and the location is perfect.

It said it had air conditioning, but it only had a portable ac machine with a tube that you had to put to the window and then the window did not close so it did not refresh at all. Also you could not move it as it was on top of a table.
- Kallinen (8/5): I can totally recommend this apartment! - Location was perfect! The apartment was clean and nice. There were everything we needed for our few days staying. The drain in the shower didn’t work too well, but that didn’t harm our staying. It would be also nice to have some kind of manuals available for the cleaning machine and the air conditioning machine.

Lazienki Park is a beautiful park and definitely worth a visit, keep an eye open for the Chopin concerts in the park during the summer months.

- Elizabeth (10/5): - This is a great property. Everything was clean and pretty new. The beds were comfortable and great views from all the windows. The location is unmatched. It is close to all the fun, but the block away made it a quiet retreat. Our flight time was canceled, and they rebooked us on an earlier flight which got us to Warsaw at 6:00 am. We were concerned about what we were going to do with all our luggage for the morning. We contacted the host, and they had no other bookings the night before and let us move in right away. Great place, a great host, book this place. You will not be disappointed. The place is better than the pictures.
