• nishad (9/5): - Amazing property Exactly as it appears on photos. Great staff, always available for anything you ask for. We stayed in the two bed room for a night and bed rooms there were below average and totally different. Smell of mould and old wood in the bed rooms.

We loved waking to the smiling, happy faces of the staff and a cooked breakfast. And coming back from a day of adventure to be greeted by the friendly smiles again. The open plan living area was perfect for our group, allowing the kids and 'big' kids to have fun in the pool while still being part of the conversations around the living area. The amazing effort the staff went to for our daughters 21st birthday was so much more than we expected, a birthday she will never forget . Thank you for having us. • Mike (7/5): Pleasant - Booked the “Duo” for two people. Consists of open plan bedroom / living / lounge upstairs with bathroom; and open plan living / dining with separate bedroom and bathroom downstairs. Initially taken to upstairs area and was really disappointed. Small area, small bathroom, kind of old and uninspired, especially for the price. Complained to host who showed us downstairs accommodation… it’s so much bigger and beautifully styled (the wardrobe I want at home), huge bathroom. I don’t know why they automatically place guests in upstairs area when downstairs is so much better. *pool: beautiful, perfect temperature, perfect chlorination level, surrounded by luscious greenery yet still gets plenty of sun. *pool area: lovely greenery and lighting, two very comfortable sun beds *kitchen: outdoors, FULLY EQUIPPED with all cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils you need (rare in Balinese villas), full size fridge with large freezer space, minibar with everything at very reasonable prices.They provide water through a filtration system which was fine. If in doubt, bring your own water. *living / dining area: spacious, comfortable furniture, beautiful and stylish finishes. *bedroom: big size, beautiful finishes, fantastic bed. *bathroom: big size, water pressure was fine. *Surrounding area: bit remote but good restaurants and convenience stores nearby. *information: host sent a detailed list of local restaurants via WhatsApp upon arrival which was much appreciated. *also, we arrived a bit early so the host kindly drove us to a local cafe and picked us up when the room was ready. *staff: the villa staff were just amazing. *breakfast: 10/10 *I went to the outside kitchen at 5:45am to make a coffee and there was a staff member there cleaning the pool area. We were face to face and I was butt naked. Definitely should be advised if staff are coming into the private villa rather than them just showing up. Was very embarrassing. *need to update downstairs to a smart tv Overall a pleasant stay, however for the price, there are quite more luxurious villas in Seminyak and Canggu for a similar price. I had come from Kaju Raja villa in Seminyak which was a bit cheaper and just doesn’t compare.
• Das (6/5): Not too good. Not to bad. Average stay. - Rooms were clean. Staffs were proactive. Location is a bit off. You need to walk 20 mins to get to nearest main road to buy anything.. This property is worth it only if we opt for 4 bhk set up when we have access to main pool and main access.. otherwise if you opt for 2bhk option it feels shady and weird at first.

• Bobby (7/5): Pretty good, but can definitely be better - The staff has very good hospitality. Villa is quite well-designed, pretty good value for money. They made the necessary fix to the missing lights in the living room upon request. They were flexible enough to heed to our request for earlier breakfast as we had early activities for that day. They were quick enough to remove a big spider at the basement toilet. Of the many villas we have stayed, this villa offers one of the better personal touches. All the staff were great to deal with. Any small issues they recrified it quickly and even offered complimentary services. Area was quiet and peaceful, pretty relaxing after daily activities. 1. Even after they fixed the living room lights. The dining area in the living room was still dim. It would really add on to the brightness of the living room to have a dining table light. On the first night, we could barely see what we were eating. 2. The living room was stuffy, we had to blast the bedroom aircon and let the door open to feel the cold air. It will be best to add wall fan to ventilate that area, especially when we are eating hot food. 3. The kitchen utensils were not very clean. We had to boil water using the pot instead of the electric kettle because the inside of the electric kettle was kind of grimy. 4. There were spider webs on the upper bedroom. It shows that it wasnt thoroughly cleaned for awhile because spiderwebs take awhile to form. 5. There were a few minor discomfort but they really made up with a few complimentary services and i know they will continue improving their services. 6. Description says they offer toiletries, but they didnt have disposable toothbrush, so we had to walk out to the nearby minimart to get one. Would appreciate if we were forewarned. 7. There are always small centipedes crawling in our bedroom, maybe they were trying to escape the heat. Our basement toilet is semi-open, which means insects are free to enter. We dont really mind it since they are slow creatures, but would be better to keep the toilets enclosed or meshed so we dont accidentally step on them in the dark. This will ensure the toilet continues receiving the natural lighting but safe from bugs/mosquitoes.

• Anisha (7/5): Good but breakfast needs to have more variety - Rooms were good and ac in 4 bedrooms was working fine. One bedroom Ac was not cooling. 2 bedrooms we didn’t use. Breakfast had limited items. The host was not flexible with different kind of breakfast.On the first day we were told that individual had to take only one breakfast which should not be the case. Plus our 3 guests couldn’t join us due to emergency but they didn’t give any refund. We had to request them to give us mineral water as they were giving tap water. While booking the villa nothing was mentioned about limited breakfast. So these things should be mentioned clearly by booking.com We couldn’t swim in the night as pool didn’t have proper lights.

• Robyn (9/5): Perfect villa for a relaxing stay! - Loved being a couple of minutes away from the hustle and bustle but still close enough when you want to go in to restaurants etc. Villa was really clean and stay were very attentive to our needs and so helpful, really beautiful people. There are two villas there, one 5 bedroom with big pool and they build we stayed in which can be booked as one or two bedroom however from photos we thought we had our own pool plus access to a big pool but that's not the case. Our pool was plenty big enough just a little confusing from website. When you arrive you feel like you've gone to the wrong street as the villa is hidden behind a wall and the street is very run down but you'll be pleasantly surpriseed when they open the door 😊 Unfortunately there is a school behind villa which creates some noise early morning during the week however nothing the villa can control, if you're a heavy sleeper you won't notice it. Pillows need replacing, they weren't the best.

It had a good area for everyone to hang out together but also lots of nice spots to relax when you want some time to yourself. All of the staff were friendly and accommodating. • Verified traveler (2/5): DO NOT BOOK. Photos are misleading - Where do I start. This was the worst place we stayed in Bali. I booked for 3 days and missed the first day due to the Covid-19 flight interruptions. The owner refused to refund me during this world wide crisis when every other business had been so understanding. Prior to booking I contacted the manager to ask about the AC bc it was important that the room had ac and good insulation since Bali is hot hot hot. She assured me but when I came the room was unbearably hot. The room had AC but what they failed to mention was that the door does not close all the way...therefore the room will never get cool. I also realized why there weren’t many photos of the bathroom. It doesn’t have a tub, it’s dark and dingy, and the shower had several dead beetles! Also beware of sleeping with lizards and mosquitos. They are rampant and easily come into the room bc again the door doesn’t close and leaves a huge crack exposing you to the outside. We left early....didn’t even make it through one night and the owner refused to give a refund or take any accountability. When I mentioned the lizards in the room she said that lizards and bugs were for good luck! Save yourself the headache. The owners are not Balinese they are from Australia and are just greedy people with zero customer service. Below you will see a photo of the door “locked” and see why the room will never get cool and why you will be sleeping with bugs. I mean how much would it possibly cost to replace a door!
