Die Unterkunft hat sehr ruhig gelegen, man konnte gut entspannen. Das Personal ist super freundlich und hat uns unsere Wünsche erfüllt. Eine Kleinigkeit wäre eine Ablagemöglichkeit für den Koffer. Wir hatten den kleinen Bungalow gebucht, da hat so etwas gefehlt, wie es in den größeren aussieht, weiß ich nicht.

The zen room had a very nice bed and terrace,hidden behind greenery, so private. The pool is relaxing and the birds sing all day. The location is close to everything but far enough from the road so no street noise. I definitely come back. A big thanks to the Escape team. About the zen room. We didn't like the colours of the duvet cover much but I guess thats personal. The power of the shower could be better. Definitely need a new and bigger fridge. This one was way to small and made a lot of noise. It used to be adults only and it would be nice if it could be that again. But that's all,a few things that would improve the already excellent place. Again I was very happy with my stay!!

- Anita (9/5): Comfortable and quiet! - Quiet, comfortable and clean! Soi was lovely to deal with as well as her friend Ryan. It’s easy to give good reviews when everything is perfect. But places really shine when there is a problem and that problem is dealt with properly. We had a slight hiccup when we arrived that was Immediately dealt with to our 110% satisfaction. Loved the refillable water bottle station, which is the first one we’ve seen in 6 weeks. Location is good, close to street with lots of shops and restaurants. Not too far from beautiful long beach. I would stay here again, great value for money. Nothing

- Hermann (8/5): Wir würden Escape Cabins jederzeit erneut buchen! - Grundsätzlich hat die Anlage ein 9.0 Potenzial. Ein Gesamturteil ist aber sehr schwierig, weil alle Bungalows individuell und unterschiedlich eingerichtet sind. Unser 3-Bett-Bungalow war super, ebenso der Service , die Lage und natürlich auch der Pool. Obwohl etwas 'remote' gelegen, ist man nach wenigen Minuten mittendrin und am Strand. Wir bereisen Thailand seit über 50Jahren und können die Anlage absolut empfehlen. Wünschenswert wären Leselampen am Bett und eine optimierte Kabelführung zu den Steckdosen. Vorteilhaft wären auch zusätzliche Ablage-/ und Hängemöglichkeiten im Wohnraum und Bad. Bei der Innenausstattung (Wohnraum und Bad) ist noch etwas Luft nach oben.

Tucked off the main road but in walking distance of the beach and restaurants etc. every room has had a lot of love and personal touches poured into it. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the pool was a great bonus. We went with our 2 children and had separate rooms and both were very comfortable.
- Annie (8/5): Serene oasis. - Lovely cottage’s in a serene location away from the craziness of the busy street only 50 meters away. It was tucked in a side lane so was quiet and peaceful but still handy to everything. The pool was great. Not a big issue but suggest they secure the lock box they had in the cabin. Great to have one but not so useful if it just sitting on the dresser. However the property felt secure.

В номерах не работает техника. В нашем не работал телевизор. Чинить никто не собирался - живите так) засор в туалете в первую же ночь. Бумагу не кидали. Спали с вонью. Вопрос решили только спустя сутки. Просят доплату в карман за размещение с детьми, которым не нужна кровать. Хамство в общении
- Gareth (10/5): - We had a fantastic stay at Escape Cabin. The room was lovely and exceeded our expectations. The whole resort has a quiet, chilled vibe, which was exactly what we were looking for as a couple. Despite being peaceful, it’s also in a great location—shops, bars, and restaurants are only a short walk away. I highly recommend the San Sunset Bar for the best sunset views in Koh Lanta; it’s just a five-minute walk from Escape Cabin. We also hired a scooter directly from the resort. The bike was in great condition with good brakes and tyres, which you don’t always get when renting scooters in Thailand. We were sad to leave, but we’ll definitely be back again. Highly recommended! Nothing

The owners were responsive and super helpful with arranging transport and trips etc. bed were comfy, ac was good, the place was clean and location was fab! Nothing that we didn’t like, we had allot of rain and one of the windows leaked abit and rattled. Our back door caught and made a loud noise but it wasn’t a dampener on our stay.

The pool was just steps from my room – super convenient and perfect for relaxing. The location is fantastic, with plenty of great eateries nearby and the beach less than a five-minute walk away. Big room with good airco, nice shower with enough waterpressure. Good WiFi and television. Nice swimmingpool with enough sunbeds,some in the shade. - Petr (5/5): Nice pool, bad experience with check out - What is a plus is the added little things - water, repellents for free loan. Nice pool. The accommodation looks better and bigget from the photos. On the last day, the owner ls wife promised us that we could stay 30 minutes longer. The little son wanted to catch lunch. Unfortunately, her husband forbade us to do so. Even though housekeeping cleaned the room, which had a checkout before us and it was clear that they definitely didn't need our room for 30 minutes. Unfortunately, it didn't suit us, John said 40 minutes in advance, so dealing with the child's absence before the flight was really unpleasant!

The location is fantastic, close to beaches, restaurants, and grocery shops, yet tucked away from the main road, offering a peaceful retreat. The access gets a bit dark at night, but nothing intimidating—you'll adjust quickly.

- Hannah (10/5): Perfect accommodation for Koh Lanta! - It is run by a lovely British couple who have worked hard and spent time renovating the cabins recently. They are very welcoming and gave us excellent recommendations during our stay. They also helped us to arrange taxi services for our day out and to the pier when we left. The cabins are clean and spacious. Our room had AC and a fan, a kitchen sink, kettle, toaster, microwave etc. The shower unit was newly installed and worked well. We had a balcony facing the pool, but some plants gave us privacy as well. The location is excellent, it is off down a path away from the main road so you do not hear the traffic noise and it is only a 5 minute walk to the beach. There are plenty of restaurants around too. They provide beach towels at the reception to grab on your way out. Overall, we were very happy with our stay at Escape Cabins! The bathroom towels were more like blanket material.

- Katie (9/5): Beautiful place to stay with amazing hosts - This is such a beautiful place, tucked off the main road near long beach against the forest. The garden is lovely and peaceful, and it's nice that each room has it's own building. Jon and Samantha were amazing hosts, always friendly and helped us with a lot of things during our stay including scooter hire and taxis, with good advice about Lanta and Thailand. The room was great - cosy with good air con and facilities. We really enjoyed our stay here. We had some issues with quite a lot of ants in the bathroom, but this is to be expected with the in-nature location
- Jan (10/5): Perfect alternative to a first row to the beach bungalow. - Jon is the new owner of the property, so forget about the old reviews. The complex is newly renovated, the rooms are well equipped. The pool is a good alternative to the beach which is a 5 minute walk away, as is everything else you need. We and especially the kids enjoyed our stay very much and wish Jon all the best for the first season (and all future seasons)

You've got your cottage close to the swimming pool, other people are nice and calm The place is super comfy and has everything you need That we had to leave so soon!
- Jessica (10/5): Great stay! - I got an upgraded room - so grateful! The room was spacious, homely and clean. Comfortable beds and pillows. John and Sam were very friendly and helpful with heaps of information on the area. Great to chat with and hear about all they have done to the place since taking it over! Outside of the owners control - but the dirt road to reach the property was very dark at night and could do with some lighting - just make sure you have your phone torch!
- Michaela (10/5): Perfect stay more that 10 points! - We had a wonderful stay at a gorgeous place and whenever we return to Ko lanta for sure we stay at Escape-Cabins These are extremely nice houses surrounding a pool. The accommondation is perfect a jewel on this island. Jon is very nice and helpful for any kind of questions and needs. We still think back to the wonderful days we spent.

May seem a little tucked away, but right around the corner/down street from everything you will want to do...(beach, main road restaurants, etc). Yugo (The Owner) is super nice and there for whatever you need. If you are a budget traveler or just have a few nights in Koh Lanta and don’t wanna break the Bank...Escape Cabins are Perfect!
- Verified traveler (10/5): A hidden gem on Koh Lanta - Escape cabins is fantastic. We would stay happily stay there again. The location a little up hill from the high street. It is truly a hidden gem. Just a 8min walk to the beach. Yoko the owner has done a fantastic job with the overall layout and decorations of the rooms. They size of the place is perfect. Only 8 rooms. The is pool a wonderful and lovely quite place to cool off from the sun.

The design of the rooms has real attention to detail. Trips, transport and scooter hire can all be sorted from the reception. Summary - Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Kleine aber feine Anlage - Kleine aber feine Anlage. Die Betreiberin ist sehr hilfsbereit und steht einem mit Tipps zur Insel zur Seite. Ihr Partner ebenso, der sich zudem täglich um den Pool kümmert. Insgesamt ist die Anlage sehr gepfleht. Die Lage ist ruhig, es gibt aber dennoch einige Essensmöglichkeiten, zum Strand sind es nur 7-8 Minuten zu Fuß. Ein Roller zum Erkunden der Insel wird für 290 Baht für 24 Stunden angeboten und ist sehr empfehlenswert.

- Megan (10/5): Little Paradise - We stayed at Escape Cabins for three nights whilst travelling around Thailand and absolutely loved it. The room was modern, clean and spacious and the community feeling around the cabins was lovely. The staff were incredibly helpful, allowing us to rent scooters direct from them which definitely turned out to be a highlight of the trip. We will be staying again.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Niedliche Bungalowanlage - Wir waren vom 10. bis 17.03. zu Gast in den Escape Cabins und haben uns dort super wohl gefühlt. Wir bewohnten den Bungalow Nummer 1, der - ohne das wir es gebucht oder gebraucht hätten - sogar eine Küchenzeile hatte. Hervorzuheben ist auf jeden Fall die Sauberkeit. Alle 2 Tage neue Handtücher, Reinigung jeden Tag, Klimaanlage, TV und eine hervorragende Dusche mit anständigem Wasserdruck haben uns hoch erfreut. Nette persönliche Führung, die Managerin (Name vergessen) war sehr offen, freundlich und immer ansprechbar. Gleiches gilt für den Kollegen an der "Rezeption", der sich immer prompt um sämtliche Anliegen gekümmert hat. Jeden Tag wurde im Garten gewerkelt und die Anlage ist extrem gepflegt und wirklich zu empfehlen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hinfahren. Und - kleiner Tipp - die Funky Fish Bar am Strand war unser absoluter Lieblingsplatz und hat den allerallerallerbesten Papayasalat in ganz Thailand!
- couple (10/5): Bel hébergement et très bon accueil - Bungalow très spacieux et très propre. Le jardin est très joli et très bien entretenu et l'accueil très agréable. La piscine est petite mais utilisée par peu de monde donc pas gênant. Je recommande ce sympathique hébergement surtout si vous recherchez le confort et la tranquillité.

- Sacha (8/5): Quiet Bungalows away from the beach. - A good 10 minute walk from the beach. The path to the beach is dirty and very muddy after a rain. Not recommended for elderly people. Bungalow was nice, missing a lot of items in the bungalow, no hair dryer and very limited kitchen accessories. Bungalow 6 had problems with ants all over the kitchen counter and in the living room. Location of bungalow 6 is great, right next to the pool.

- Shane (8/5): Great location, clean room, quiet and peaceful - Escape Cabins felt like you were in the middle of the jungle. It was so quiet and peaceful with green all around. The pool was pretty, warm and clean. The room was large, VERY clean, and had the most comfortable bed we've had on our Thailand trip. It's just a 3 minute walk to the main road where there is everything you need...a couple more minutes and you're at beautiful Long Beach. Great Stay!
- Darren (10/5): Beautiful little quiet place. - Had a wonderful week at escape cabins, on arrival I was given a free upgrade which was nice but personally preferred the look of the room I had booked (from the pictures I had seen on their website) wasn't going to complain though it was still a nice room just had an extra bed I didn't need. Staff were very friendly & happy to help just a shame I never got to meet the owner Yuko who I had been emailing prior to arrival. The view I had was of the pool which it looked like all but one room had a good view of. The whole stay there was no noise from anything even though it's just off the main road near long beach. Nearest 7/11 is 20 mins walk away but there's a mini mart just around the corner 30secs walk (I just prefer 7/11) plenty of good places to eat & drink within a few mins walk, Cook Kai is simply amazing! & irie often has a good band & a lovely atmosphere. Also long beach is maybe 5 mins walk away too.
