- Sarah (10/5): Great apartment in a fab location - Collection of key cards was great and we were shown to our room by a member of staff - a five minute walk from check in location. We left our luggage at the chick in location after our 11am check out time ( our flight was not until 21:50 and the reception booked a taxi fro us to get to the airport. When we returned to obtain out luggage we were unable to access the reception. Fortunately our taxi driver knew when he could get hold of the manager and eventually we retrieved our luggage (after an stressful 15min), no apology was given,

Rapport qualité prix excellents. Nous avions une petit en vue sur le clocher. Plutôt calme pour un centre ville. Le retrait des clés à l’hôtel après avoir sonné à une adresse non disponible. Vous devriez renvoyer directement. À la réception très aimable de l’hôtel Murillo de la même chaîne. Ils ont gardé nos bagages et bien orienté sur le parking. I. Auraient dû nous alerter de travaux dans la rue d’accès mais c’est un détail.

And as I light sleeper I was concerned about noise because of the center location - but no, it was really quiet and I had a good sleep. The cleaning lady and reception also very friendly. I can highly recommend this apartment that even felt underpriced for what you get. Wifi could be a bit faster, but still enough for watching Netflix

The online communication with the host was not very good, due to the not so good english. But at the hotel, they spoke english very well.

Close to restaurants and tourist attractions. The apartment was clean, stylish and very roomy. Excellent kitchen living area and bathroom. Could not fault it in anyway. Would book this apartment again and would have no problem in recommending it to family and friends. There was nothing I didn’t like about the property.

- 13pattyr (10/5): Highly Recommend Suites Murillo Catedral - Seville - There were so many impressive features about our stay at the Suites Murillo Catedral. The location is the most ideal. There is nothing better than walking out your hotel door and finding the heart beat of the city on the same block! There are cafes, bars, shops and so much more within footsteps. However, the most important feature is the cleanliness of the apartment. It sparkled! It was beautifully curated and thoughtfully laid out. There were robes, fluffy towels, beer and coke in the fridge (replenished every day) and employees were amazing. The only suggestion I would make is about the key card - the hotel should provide a paper holder for it. Our key card became de-magnetized two separate times, and because there isn't a reception desk at the building someone had to come over from another building to deliver a new key card. We would definitely return to Sevilla and stay here or another one of their properties.

The location to find the keys was awful having the taxi waste nearly an hour to find the place. Better/improve in processing for arrivals or exact written directions to arrive! Digital maps / GPS do NOT take you to your exact locations when entering your address.
- Richayter (10/5): A Fantastic Sevillian Experience! - Suites Murillo Catedral was the perfect base for our first trip to Seville, and we would stay again on our next visit. We ended up in a suite on the 2nd floor, which was wonderful, but we had only booked a standard apartment. On arriving early, the suite was ready and our receptionist, who was extremely helpful throughout our entire trip, offered us the upgrade. There was a small fee for this but we were very pleased with our suite, with its huge bed, walk-in shower, and daily-stocked fridge. Just a minutes walk from the Catedral de Sevilla, the location is extremely central, with access to everything could have wanted. We will absolutely visit Sevilla in the future, it’s a beautiful city, and Suites Murillo is the first place check for availability. It’s worth noting that the Catedral Suites has no reception, so check-in and out was at Plaza Santa Cruz, a 5-10 minute walk away. This is also where our taxi collected us, which was included as part of our booking.

We stayed at Hotel Murillo Catedral and the room was spacious, housekeeping was exceptional. There was a shared washer that opens at 9:30 AM. Like other places in Europe you dried clothes in your room as there is no dryer. There is also a rooftop sitting area. We would highly recommend.

Why wife and I were in apartment 7 at Murillo Catedral for 5 nights and really enjoyed the location, layout, amenities and maid service. Location is right in the heart of the Santa Cruz neighborhood with so many bars, tapas restaurants and attractions nearby. Recommend the ‘Naked & Famous’ bar around the corner in the evening for great cocktails and happy, fun staff (no naked people :-) ) Room layout included a large bathroom, comfortable, big bed, living room and a kitchenette, WiFi was good. The fridge was stocked with several waters, Cokes and local beers!, We made good use of the free, common clothes washer off the terrace up top, though the drier was more of a steamer/dewrinkler (maybe we missed the right setting?) The maids were very nice and accommodating to our needs; very clean, well kept place!

It didn't say anywhere in the description that it was not a hotel but rather apartment-like rooms. We had to check in at another hotel which was difficult to find, then check out at yet another hotel. Thankfully we didn't need to call housekeeping for anything because there was none!

But our rooms were amazing we loved our stay. We had everything we needed and a brilliant location. Thank you

Sin embargo, lo que REALMENTE hace la diferencia es la calidad del servicio del recepción. Tanto María, con su experiencia y facilidad para dar indicaciones, como Paula con su predisposición natural a un excelente servicio, aun a pesar de ser novata, ambas cambian un servicio "bueno" a uno "EXCELENTE" Mis felicitaciones al personal. Siendo 5 sedes de Murillo Hotel/Suites, y con lo laberíntico de las callejuelas de Sevilla, se hace un poco dificil encontrar el punto exacto donde comenzar. Pero una vez resuelto eso, el resto es perfecto.
- Culture752778 (10/5): Great location in old Seville - Really beautiful suite in the center of Sevilla. Easy check in and hands-off management. Great rooftop terrace and great service from staff. Really loved the experience.

But we saw ants in our room … and my kiddo had a few bug bits around her legs , not sure if there were other hidden bugs in the room ….other than that , it was a great experience

- Heather (9/5): Excellent location and lovely suite. Would recommend - Good location and room very clean. Everything well stocked including the kitchen area. Receptionist - Maria was very helpful. Had to collect key from different place but no bother really. Only slight niggle was that apartment was quite dark. Again not a problem as we were out and about in the sunshine exploring beautiful Seville Bit dark as stated.

- Anna Maria (10/5): - Our first time in Seville and this hotel was perfect!! Very kind staff and close to everything. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Although we were in the city center the only thing we could hear were the bells from the Cathedral down the street.
- Daniel (10/5): - It’s a suite, so the room is “roomy” with a separate bedroom and a separate lounge room and a kitchennete. A few minutes walking from the Cathedral and all the historical sites. Along with the restaurants and shops.

- brett (10/5): Lovely apartment with elevator one street away from the cathedral. - Situated in a narrow street, one street away from the cathedral near various restaurants and bars. Every tourist destination was in easy walking distance from the front door. The building has an elevator and self locking front door. Large lounge bed area with separate kitchen and separate bathroom. If you want to cook you can as everything you need is made available to you. There was nothing we could complain about. The room was cleaned daily, which we were pleasantly surprised. Minibar is complementary and replenished every day.

Heerlijk rustig ondanks centrale ligging. 100 meter verder vindt je talloze leuke bars en restaurants en je bent vlakbij de highlights van Sevilla Buiten kantooruren moet je sleutels ophalen bij hotel Murillo, 5 minuten lopen maar is niet handig als je bagage bij je hebt

- Andrea (9/5): - Stanza (in realtà un monolocale) molto spaziosa, moderna e pulita, dotata anche di cucina. Minibar gratuito molto apprezzato. Posizione perfetta (3 minuti dalla cattedrale) per visitare la città. Consigliatissimo! La doccia senza alcun riparo allaga facilmente il bagno (probabilmente per renderla accessibile ai disabili, ma si sarebbe potuto trovare un compromesso). In dotazione solo saponi mini, non i pratici flaconi grandi tipici degli hotel.
