Karen (9/5): Lovely villa with a perfect location - The villa is very spacious and traditional in style, which is lovely. It is exceptionally well equipped and comfortable. With temperatures reaching 39° the air-conditioning in the bedrooms was essential for our stay and allowed us to sleep better at night. We enjoyed the outside space - relaxing, lunches and using the pool. The location of the villa was excellent- within easy reach to all shops, restaurants and amenities where we found everyone very friendly and helpful. The train station is 5/6mins walk. Cortona is a short bus ride away (€1), we used this service regularly going to Cortona as it is all uphill and the temperature was so high- we happily walked back to the villa (25mins). Check-in and check-out was service was nice and easy. The villa has 1 x bathroom and 1 x showroom which is more than sufficient for 8 people staying there, however, the bathroom only has a hand held shower - it would be beneficial if this could be attached to the wall to make showering easier.

Sally (9/5): Great house, lovely pool and outdoor area. Large rooms and perfect for a group of friends. - The house was fantastic, grand rooms and furniture, well stocked kitchen. We ate outside most of the time and we had a big dinner party one night, making a lot of noise, the neighbours didn't seem to mind! The pool was lovely and clean plus there were inflatables to use, plus outdoor games. We ended up being quite late because our flight was delayed and the host met us all fine. There's space for two car parking spaces on the drive, any more cars need to park on the road. You have to pay for electricity/energy/water out of the security deposit you give them at the beginning. They did tell us when we booked but for a 3 night stay we ended up only getting about 20 euros back from a 300 euro deposit (energy plus 160 for cleaning). The house was very good value so it's fine but make sure you budget for this extra cost as we had no idea how much it could have been.
