• Anne (8/5): Private Tuscan Villa with Centro Storico Nearby - a Perfect Blend - Location is outstanding. Close drive to Cortona but nice and quiet / away from the madness of Old Town. This was my 6th stay in Cortona so I've experienced most parts of Cortona Old Town and this was truly the best blend of a Traditional Tuscan Villa with that exclusivity and privacy, yard, sunlight and pool while still within arms reach of centro storico. Would definitely come again. Wonderful host/owner and his gorgeous wife and baby made me feel very welcomed and appreciated. Can't say enough good things about them. Truly decent, classy Italians of the highest order. There are two arm chairs in front of the TV but no ottoman/place to prop your feet up, nor is there a side table to place your drink on. A small sofa with an ottoman and two small side tables would be ideal. Perhaps replace the dining table in the living room with more lounge'ing type furnishings. Bed is a bit firm and sheet quality wasn't the highest but I must admit, it is very hard to find places in Cortona with luxurious bedding, good mattresses and fine linens and pillows. I think this place could be elevated to the next level with more creature comforts in the living room and master bedroom.
• Markus (9/5): Beautiful villa in a beautiful place. - Villa was very nice, very beautiful. Everything works good and our stay was pleasant. We did not like location beacase it was dangerous to walk to Cortona city, othervise the location was good.
• Michelle (7/5): It was ok but wouldn’t stay again. - The location was lovely, but it’s extremely hard to get a taxi to and from the villa. The villa was lovely and clean. The quietness and the outside space was nice. The villa was very dark even in daylight, the electric was very expensive and the jacuzzi wasn’t working for the full week we was there.
