• Giulia (10/5): Escolha mais acertada de hotel para Bruxelas - Localização excelente! O Hotel fica próximo a várias linhas de metrô e a 5 minutos da estação central. Ao lado do hotel tem muitas opções de bares, restaurantes e padarias, além de lojas, está localizado na área mais turística. O conforto e limpeza do quarto foram excelentes também. A ducha / chuveiro foi a melhor que encontramos dentre vários hotéis, mais parecida com o Brasil. Uma observação foi que não tomamos café da manhã no hotel, então não sei opinar. Ao lado do hotel tem opções ótimas de padarias e gostamos da experiência de aproveitar mais a cidade no momento do café. Gostamos de tudo neste hotel. Não tivemos nenhum problema.

• STUART (2/5): disappointing and noisey - would not stay again - location for the high cost per night, the breakfast was very basic - boiled eggs being only hot option. the main issue was that a large group of teenagers were booked in with no adult supervision, they were running between rooms slaming doors and basically being teenagers. This is fine for a while, but it went on into the night and staff were unable to manage the situation. This you would expect from a youth hostel, not an expensive hotel

• Kate (6/5): Fitted the bill for what we needed from our short stay. - The hotel was in a good location near the opera house which is what we were visiting for. The staff were all welcoming and pleasant and helpful and the room was comfortable and clean and made up in good time each day. Great shower and nice bathroom products. Comfortable lounge area downstairs. Our room was on the front of the building and had a nice built in balcony which made the room nice and light but it was very noisy at night and that was before the Pride event began. Take ear plugs if you are a light sleeper.

The location was great to see everything and be near all the best bars (note: noisy streets so bring earplugs). They could improve by installing shut out blinds to reduce some of the street light and sound. But otherwise all good.

• Keith (8/5): Nice hotel, well situated but suggest breakfast is not taken is charged for. - The room was comfortable and clean however we were facing the front and there was a lot of noise from a club opposite till the late hours of the morning. This wasn't the hotel's fault and they did warn us about it. We were so tired it didn't really stop us sleeping but it could of. We booking via two sites. When we arrived we were told breakfast was included which we didn't expect and commented on this. When we went to check out we found we had a bill for one mornings breakfast. This should have been pointed out when we booked in that we only got breakfast on 2 of our 3 mornings but all that was said was that breakfast was included. Had we known we wouldn't have taken breakfast that final morning and at 18 euros PP it certainly was not worth the money.

• Jackson Family (5/5): Overrated accomodation - Well, staff is friendly but this hotel just overcharges you. The room was tiny and there was a lot of noise coming though the windows. Breakfast was a dissapointment and the area to heve breakfast wasn't cosy and much to small.

• David (8/5): - Personeel erg vriendelijk, ruime kamer, goede ligging en gemakkelijke toegang snachts. Kamer aan de straatkant was vrij lawaaierig, maar dat was te verwachten gezien de ligging in het centrum. Toilet stond wat vreemd erg dicht ingesloten tegen een muur.

• MARISA (9/5): - Gostei da localização e o atendimento. O café da manhã é bom e vale a pena pelo valor de 15 euros se você come bem. Um pouco de barulho vindo da rua, as janelas não eram bem isoladas.
• Glanzer (3/5): Optisch Top - Schlafqualität FLOP (!) - Die Lage vom Hotel selbst ist super. Man erreicht in wenigen Minuten Fußweg den Grand Place, viele Shops und Restaurants und auch die U-Bahn bzw. Straßenbahn. Die Zimmer sind an sich schön und das Personal freundlich. Frühstück haben wir nicht getestet, da es uns für 18€ zu teuer war. Traurigerweise hilft einem das beste Hotel nichts, wenn die Fenster so schlecht isoliert sind, dass man kaum schlafen kann. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im ersten Stock zur Straße raus und es war unerträglich laut. Man hatte das Gefühl, die Autos fahren fast durchs Zimmer, Leute schrien draußen herum und ich will mir gar nicht vorstellen, wie viel lauter es noch am Wochenende ist, wenn in der Bar gegenüber noch mehr gefeiert wird und auf der Straße mehr los ist. Ich bin wirklich froh, dass wir nach 2 Nächten wieder weitergereist sind. Ausserdem hat mich die Badezimmertüre gestört. Es handelt sich um eine Schiebetüre die nicht versperrt werden kann. Sie geht gerne mal einfach von selbst auf und auch im geschlossenen Zustand gibt es einen 1cm grossen Spalt. Ich bevorzuge definitiv mehr Privatsphäre auf der Toilette.

• Duccio (10/5): Se tornassi a Bruxelles cercherei sicuramente il Dansaert Hotel - Posizione perfetta per muoversi in centro, camera pulita e accogliente L’unico leggerissimo difetto della mia camera era che la doccia aveva il pavimento non in giusta pendenza e l’acqua veniva in bagno se non si metteva un telo all’ingresso

• Isolde (9/5): Schönes, zentrales Hotel für eine mehrtägige Städtereise - Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral. Nur wenige Minuten zur Alten Börse. Auch viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants sind gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber mit ausreichend Platz für eine Städtereise. Der Service war sehr gut, auch im Vorfeld konnte ich schone einge Fragen per eMail z.B. Restaurants in der Nähe etc. sehr zeitnah klären und bekam stets sehr freundliche, hilfreiche Antworten. Wir hatten drei Zimmer gebucht, zwei lagen zum Innenhof und eines zur Straßenseite. Das eine Zimmer war sehr dunkel, trotz Fenster, dafür war das Bad größer und bei einem Zimmer war das Bad sehr klein. Aber wir kamen trotzdem zurecht. Alle Zimmer waren aber schön renoviert.

• Geoffrey (6/5): - Très bon emplacement. Literie plutôt confortable. Douche spacieuse avec un parfait débit de l'eau bien chaude. Les produits d'hygiène (shampoing et savon) sont vraiment un plus car de très bonne qualité. Propreté correcte mais peut mieux faire (notamment pour le sol de la sdb et les fenêtres étaient vraiment sales). L'insonorisation est un gros point noire ! Le bar juste en face qui est ouvert très tard dans la nuit de samedi a dimanche, la musique allait assez fort et les gens hurlait dans la rue ! Le bruit des voitures est très présent, fenêtres ouverte ou fermée cela ne changerait pas grand chose. Petit déjeuner assez moyen... (en chaud, uniquement œufs brouillé...froid! Et en froid, pas beaucoup plus pour 15€/personne, nous avons été déçu...

• Bronagh (3/5): Not the hotel experience that I had hoped for. - The location was good, however, I did not have the hotel experience that I had hoped for. I booked this hotel on the bases that we would have a city view and spacious room. However, on arrival we were meet with: • A reception area that was like a building site with workmen everywhere (no apologies given). • The rooms weren't ready until after 4pm (I had requested early check-in, as we arrived at 11am). • We booked a 'city view', instead we looked unto a dark and dingy fire escape (the description given for each room on booking.com specified city view). • The rooms are much smaller than they look on the website, which was very disappointing. • The staff on arrival were abrupt and unhelpful. • This hotel felt more like a guesthouse.
• Maelis (6/5): Emplacement idéal mais un peu cher pour la qualité de la chambre. - L'emplacement était parfait, l'accès simple et pratique. Les lits étaient mous et à ressorts mais étonnement confortables. Le thé et le café présents dans la chambre était appréciables. L’accueil à la réception manquait de chaleur et le réceptionniste semblait débordé alors que nous étions seules. Notre chambre donnait sur un mur et sans lumière du jour visible. La télé était en portugais pour une raison que j'ignore et difficile de navigation. Mais le point le plus négatif pour moi est le manque de rangement/ étagères/ crochets dans la salle de bain. Impossible de poser ne serait ce qu'une trousse de toilette alors bon en voyageant à deux on oublie ! Pas de crochets pour les serviettes également. Et le porte bagage était beaucoup trop petit. Globalement nécessaire d'ajouter plus de praticité.
• azzurra (10/5): Soggiorno di 4 giorni - Struttura in pieno centro con ristoranti/locali e supermercati vicini e con la metro a due minuti. Stanza pulita e spaziosa con asciugamani, tv, prodotti per il bagno, phon ecc. l’unico consiglio che posso dare è di non farvi mettere sul lato della strada perché anche se la vista dalla finestra è molto suggestiva, la sera questa zona è molto frequentata e rumorosa e per chi non è abituato potrebbe avere difficoltà ad addormentarsi.
