francesca augustin (7/5): tornerò nella zona ma in un altra struttura perchè non mi sono sentito trattato in modo adeguato. - La posizione molto bella, la colazione e il servizio per la colazione molto buono la gestione del cliente: di sera la nostra camera e il bagno sono stati letteralmente invasi dalle formiche e una volta informato lo staff, l'unica cosa che ha saputo dire è che siamo in campagna, e che avrebbero spruzzato un insetticida. Cosa che non hanno fatto. Non hanno proposto un cambio stanza, o applicato uno sconto, o offerto qualche compensazione, visto il disagio. Non essendo un campeggio non riteniamo questo sia il trattamento riservato agli ospiti. Siamo rimasti a dormire due notti in mezzo ai formicai in camera e in bagno.

Griet (10/5): Heerlijk, rustige vakantie met een mooi en ruim verblijf en fantastisch zwembad. - Mooi appartement met heel ruime kamers met elk een badkamer. Ruime leefruimte met keuken. Het zwembad was mooi en aangenaam. Vriendelijke en behulpzame medewerkers. Rustig verblijf waar we echt van genoten hebben. Het ligt heel erg afgelegen. Om een degelijk restaurant te vinden in de buurt moet je een eind rijden. Ligt niet in het echt mooie Toscane.

Eric (5/5): Scheve Prijs-kwaliteitverhouding - Afmeting van het huisje Ligging op Borghi della Selvaccia, 2 km vanaf Poggio Resort. Bij onze boeking stond er alleen de omschrijving “Superior Appartement”, deze omschrijving is nu aangepast naar “Superior Appartement in Bijgebouw”. Wij ontdekte bij aankomst pas dat wij elders verbleven. Op deze locatie is alleen een zwembad, wat de teleurstelling nog groter maakte”. De huisjes zijn heel basic en de keukeninventaris verre van compleet. Gaandeweg de vakantie is dit aangevuld, fijn voor de volgende bezoeker, maar voor een luxe verblijf verwacht ik echt iets heel anders. Ons appartement had ventilatoren en geen airco, gelukkig wel horren, maar op boeking stond dit anders vermeld. Ons verblijf was een grote teleurstelling, zeker niet voor herhaling vatbaar. Het is ook raar dat je adverteert met voorzieningen (tennisbaan/bar/etc) van een verblijf 2 km verderop

Angelica (7/5): Bene, ma possibilità di migliorare - Posto molto bello e lontano dal caos cittadino, camere spaziose e pulite. La signora delle colazioni superba!! La televisione non funzionava, i cuscini sono troppo piccoli. La ragazza al bar non capiva bene l’italiano. Manca qualcosa da mangiare!! Comprendo il fatto che siano degli appartamenti, ma secondo me le strutture dovrebbero essere organizzate anche per fornire almeno un panino qualora gli ospiti non abbiano la possibilità o la voglia di spostarsi.

Tine Oudendorp (8/5): Leuk voor een paar nachten - Heerlijk, ruim huis om met gezin te verblijven. Mooie zwembaden met verschillende dieptes, handig voor kleine kinderen. Mooi uitzicht en elke appartement heeft een eigen grote tuin met terras. Het hoofdgebouw is ook prachtig met mooi uitzicht maar dat is wel duurder om te verblijven Wij verbleven in een ander deel dan het hoofdgebouw. Dit is wat lastiger te bereiken (grindpad) en er zijn geen andere faciliteiten dan het gedeelde zwembad. Ook naar restaurantjes is het wel even rijden.

Ogni dettaglio è curato con attenzione, rendendo il soggiorno piacevole e rilassante. Il personale, estremamente gentile, professionale e sempre disponibile, accoglie con un sorriso e fa sentire gli ospiti coccolati e a proprio agio. Forse, in una settimana così calda, l’unica cosa che ci è mancata è stata l’aria condizionata… ma, lo ripeto, tutto il resto è stato semplicemente perfetto
Steve Browning (5/5): Paolo Rossi will be sad his vision is not being realised. - Beautiful rural location. Apartments are nicely spread out and so quiet and peaceful. We had a large two bed apartment. Both bedrooms had on suites which were really nice. Swimming pool is great. The property doesn't have a restaurant and is rural. We knew this and planned to self-cater for most of our meals during our stay. So, the lack of basic items / staples was disappointing. There was no kettle (to boil water for hot drinks) and no butter knives (only steak knives). We asked for these to be provided, and to be fair they were as soon as we asked. We also suggested the following were missing and would make such a positive difference: No dinner plates No wine glasses No kitchen towel No Condiments: salt, pepper, olive oil, balsamic (even though the condiment holder is in the cupboard) No tea bags No (day one) milk in fridge A toaster that worked Better air conditioning units (the ones in our apartment - in the bedrooms upstairs only - were old and nosy). There were several obvious broken items. Again to be fair when we pointed these out the maintenance guy came and fixed what he could. Our over-riding impression was that this rural Tuscany resort was opened with the vision of creating a 4-star retreat. Sadly, it's currently 3-star and struggling. It could so easily be 4-stars and stunning with a little tender loving care (maintenance) and more thought as to what customers would value (e.g. see list above).

Cela bizarre d’avoir des pièces sans meubles Peu de réseau pour le téléphone

Rens (10/5): Aanrader! Uitzonderlijke accomodatie voor Italiaanse begrippen. - Prachtig aangelegd complex. Italiaanse sfeer, maar toch modern en sfeervol. Zoiets kom je niet veel tegen in Italië. Als je echt iets wil gaan doen of bezoeken, moet je een stukje rijden. Daar krijg je wel rust en een prachtige omgeving voor terug.

Avital (10/5): היה מושלם - מקום מקסים , יפה כמו התמונות ואף יותר. הינו בוילה שלושה חדרים , גדולה ומרווחת שהייתה מדהימה לשהות של שבוע למשפחה של 5 נפשות כולל 3 מתבגרים, נהננו מאוד גם מהבריכה . הצוות היה קשוב לכל דבר מאוד מקצועי ונעים. היה מושלם משהו ממש קטן, היה מדהים אם הבריכה הייתה טיפה מחוממת, למרות הימים המאוד חמים עדיין המים היו קרים לשהות ארוכה בבריכה, אם היו טיפה חמים זה היה מושלם. בכל מקרה נהננו גם מהבריכה

STEPHEN (7/5): Great stay cost effective. - Great quiet tranquil location, lovely surroundings. Place stayed was nice. Pools were good. Could do with a little more essentials in kitchen, cleaning was not amazing, beds and bedding clean but there was a funny stench downstairs from the kitchen, floors, sofas need a bit of freshening up, lots of stains on walls. Staff were great initially but towards end of trip did not reply to a few requests. Gardens and pool areas needed some maintenance which you would think would have been done at the beginning of the season - overall not bad but not perfect.
Astrid (8/5): Een fijn en ruim opgezet appartement in een rustige omgeving - De locatie bevindt zich op een prachtige en vooral rustige en afgelegen locatie. Het zwembad was heel fijn. Daarnaast waren de appartementen ook heel ruim opgezet. Het inchecken verliep niet zo soepel, we konden pas 2 uur later inchecken dan vooraf aangegeven. Daarnaast vonden we het appartement vrij basic ingericht, we waren met 4 personen en er waren dan ook precies 4 messen en 4 vorken etc. Daarnaast waren er geen basis behoeften voor bijv de keuken (peper, zout etc). Ook hadden we maar 2 handdoeken per persoon voor een heel aantal dagen. Gelukkig kregen we deze na contact leggen met de host extra aangeleverd.

Pojechalismy pod nowy adres i po raz kolejny niespodzianka - zamiast apartamentu ze zdjecia z widokiem na krajobraz Toskanii dostalismy ciemny ponury apartament z widokiem na krzaki i buchającym zapachem z kanalizacji - zresztą ten zapach towarzyszy w Borghia wszędzie nawet koło basenu. W ramach rekompensaty za zaistniałą sytuację otrzymaliśmy dwa wina i Cole !!!! W apartamencie na parterze czuć było wilgocią i było pełno robakow ćmianki, pająki, moskity, przetarczniki ...brrr Woda z kranu okropnie śmierdziała siarką, hydraulika piszczala jak odkrecało się wodę w kranie. Generalnie apartament był bardzo słabo wyposażony, czajnika się nie doczekaliśmy choć dostałam zapewnienie, że zaraz dowiozą. Duży plus to ładny basen , ale już roślinność taka sobie, była mało pielęgnowana. Przez 9 dni pobytu jedynie pan z kosiarką pojawił się przycinając "trawę" choć trawa to za dużo powiedziane, donice staly puste żadnych kwiatów w odróżnieniu do otoczenia wokół Poggio Ceninna. Słabe wifi Niestety to nie była oferta, za którą zapłaciliśmy w booking com i po rozmowach z gośćmi nie byliśmy jedynyni, którzy zostali tak celowo wprowadzeni w błąd przy rezerwacji. w załączeniu zdjecia tego co zastaliśmy i to co nam przesłali jako ofertę zamienną do Poggio Ceninna

Dagua (9/5): Ottima esperienza - Abbiamo alloggiato ai borghi della selvaccia, apprezzandone la posizione tranquilla che offriva un paesaggio incantevole. Bella anche la zona piscina. Appartamento arredato con cura e corredato di stoviglie e accessori cucina. Forse serve un pò più di illuminazione nella zona parcheggio e sarebbe bello potere godere della piscina illuminata alla sera. In casa, forse, la mancanza della lavatrice( per soggiorni lunghi) e di un phon. Ma tutto il resto compensa!

Peter (4/5): Vi havde bestil 7 nætter på Poggio Cennina Resort. Vi blev dog vist hen til et andet resort ca 2 km derfra - I Borghi D - Der var stille det meste af tiden. God plads ved poolen. Stor lejlighed med god plads og en privat terrasse, da der ikke boede nogen i de to andre lejligheder i huset. Der er ikke aircondition i lejlighed, som beskrivelsen ellers lover. Flere ting i lejligheden trænger til en justering/færdiggørelse. F.eks. virkede de to brusere ikke særlig godt og selve kabinenerne var utættet, så der var en del vand på gulvet efterfølgende. Emhætten var ikke installeret færdig. Der var ikke sat strøm til og lavet udtræk. Generelt trængte der til en lidt mere grundig rengøring, hvor man kommer helt rundt i hjørnerne og en ordentlig vask af gulvet, der var lidt klistret rundt omkring. Wifi fungerede kun godt i en mindre del af lejligheden. Der er flere steder, hvor det hopper af hele tiden. Varmtvandsbeholder og køleskab var ikke tændt da vi ankom. Det skulle vi selv gøre og derfor gik der lidt tid før der var varmt vand og et koldt køleskab. Køkkenet er minimalt udstyret med service og diverse remedier. F.eks. er der ikke vinglas og kun en kniv, som er en stor kødkniv.
Patric (1/5): Dyr och inte alls vad vi trodde vi bokade. - Vi hade verkligen sett fram emot vår vistelse då vi läste recensionerna från andra gäster och både bilder och text såg fantastiska ut. Omgivningarna runt huvudresorten är fantastiska! När vi checkade in fick vi veta att vi inte skulle bo på området ( vilket inte stod någonstans när vi bokade) vi hade fyllt i husdjur/ac/frukost när vi sökte och detta ställe hade allt vi önskade .. Trodde vi!!! Väl på plats mötte personalen upp oss och vi fick åka några minuter från huvudområdet in på en liten grusväg med vassa stora stenar och hål i vägen( bilen blev väldigt dammig och vi var rädda för punktering. Väl på plats i huset var det ett jättefint hus i skogen utan ac och på övervåningen var det fruktansvärt varmt och stod en fläkt bredvid sängen. Pool fanns men det var inte poolen man såg på bilderna. Pratade med personalen och fick då veta att det fanns ett rum på original platsen men vi kunde bara bo där 2 nätter av 5 som vi hade bokat. Original anläggningen var fantastisk och fina vyer och bra pool men frukosten lyste med sin frånvaro likaså vinbaren , det var nästan bara vi på anläggningen. Efter 2 nätter bestämde vi oss för att vi inte ville tillbringa resten av vistelsen i det varma huset i skogen och frågade om återbetalning pga fel info vid bokningen, men personalen var inte tillmötesgående överhuvudtaget. Dålig service då vi inte ens tillbringade hälften av tiden på anläggningen. Vi åkte därifrån besvikna. Anläggningen anpassar sig för större event inte enskilda gäster då inget de lovat var öppet. Det visade sig att det skulle checka in en busslast på huvud resorten efter våra två nätter och därför hade de stängt frukost och bar, den infon fanns ej att hitta när vi bokade. Hit åker vi inte igen, surt att betala ca 12000 för 2 nätter.
AGATA (10/5): Gorąco polecamy ! - Faktastyczny obiekt! wynajmowaliśmy ze znajomymi dom z prywatnym basenem. Willa przestronna, dobrze wyposażona , piękny widok :) Personel bardzo pomocny. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja do zwiedzania cudownej Toskani! Basen który byl ogólno dostepny był wyposażony w odkurzacz i był bardzo czysty ale basen w prywatnej willi już nie , to należało by zmienić.

Dagmara (10/5): Wspaniały pobyt - Wspaniałe miejsce na odpoczynek, cisza i spokój. Apartament bardzo czysty, duże łóżko małżeńskie, świetny basen i przemiła obsługa. Bardzo dobra baza do zwiedzania Toskanii. Brakuje podstawowych przypraw w apartamencie, takich jak sól, pieprz, herbata, cukier, mała oliwa. Niestety musieliśmy wszystko kupić by móc coś ugotować i zostawić na koniec pobytu. Byłoby miło gdyby te rzeczy były na miejscu. Reszta była idealna.

During our visit there was a 3 day beer festival with live music in Bucine. Our room was clean and spacious. Staff were kind and helpful. Lovely breakfast. Pool was clean and plenty of space to relax outside. Tennis and football equipment needs upgrading

Donc bel endroit, belle piscine mais trop cher pour les services proposés. Le bar n’est ouvert que de temps en temps et même qd étiqueté ouvert, souvent fermé. Par contre accueil très chaleureux! - climatisation très bruyante! - pas de sel/poivre/huile… tout est à acheter

Therese (10/5): - Surroundings were absolutely magical! The view, the pool, the vineyard, the buildings, the tranquility. Breakfast was good and the wine bar offered some drinks and icecream which was nice during our days at the pool. We also enjoyed the tennis court. Staff was very nice and the place was very clean. The apartment itself (scoiatollo) had everything we needed but I would definitely consider repainting the sharp lime green and purple colors which didn’t really fit the style and made the building very dark and intense. AC could have worked better, it was very noisy and hard to sleep with it on (which we still had to do because it was very hot). There are restaurants within 10-15 minutes by car, but it should have been great if the bar could have offered some sandwiches, toast etc for a quick lunch. All in all, we loved the place and would definitely come back!

Lenneke (7/5): - Het zwembad en de tennisbaan zijn erg prettig. Daarnaast is er een familie-vriendelijke 'resort bar' met ontzettend aardig personeel. De appartementen zijn ruim en goed ingericht. Helaas werd er in de omschrijving niet vermeld dat de airconditioning alleen in de slaapkamers aanwezig was. Deze maakte daarnaast dusdanig veel herrie dat we er niet van konden slapen. De uitlaat van de airco kwam daarnaast uit op het terras, waardoor je ook daar niet kon ontsnappen van de warmte en het constante geluid. Zonder airco zou ik deze appartementen in de zomer niet aanraden, het was binnen al gauw 28-30 graden.

Auch wenn sich das Cenina Resort in einer eher ländlichen Region befindet, gibt es für Sportbegeisterte jede Menge Aktivitäten Vorort - ohne Aufpreis, wie Tennis, Fußball und Schwimmen im sehr großen, immer sauberen Pool.

Dirk (8/5): Voor zij die houden van een clean toeristen resort in Toscane - De locatie was prachtig en is ideaal als uitvalbasis voor dit deel van Toscane te verkennen. Het heerlijk groot zwembad is ontegensprekelijk een troef. Het is een resort waar alles netjes en clean onderhouden is. Er was enkel airconditioning in de kamers voorzien, wat op zich goed werkte, maar de beneden ruimte ( keuken, salon, rustruimte ) was broeierig warm omdat er noch airco was, noch luikjes waren voorzien om de warmte overdag tegen te houden.

IAN (7/5): Great location and comfortable stay for those who want to experience all that Tuscany has to offer. - Breakfast was excellent! Rooms were spacious. Views around the property were breathtaking. Truly centrally located in the heart of Tuscany and in striking distance by car to iconic tuscan villages, towns and cities like Siena, Florence, Montepulciano, San Gimignano, Arezzo and many more. Not having a restaurant onsite for meals was a bit inconvenient. You definitely need a car to get around. Housekeeping was hit and miss at times.

Stenberg (10/5): We loved it and wish we didn’t have to leave! - Loved our stay at the resort. Staff was wonderful, Accommodations were terrific and wine was delicious. We throughly enjoyed our trip there and would recommend it to anyone traveling to Bucine. The water in the shower was not always warm. We had to take a couple of cold showers. Brrrrr…. Everything else was wonderful!

It was absolutely beautiful from the rooms, the views, the breakfast, it was all incredible! However the best thing was the hospitality from Anna Laura! She was the most incredible person ever and made our stay absolutely amazing! The kindness from her and her husband Giovanni was out of this world! They made our whole visit feel so warm and cosy! From her husband picking us up at the last minute, Anna Laura organising a last minute evening meal for us, to ensuring we can get around the town and that we have everything we need! Anna Laura was the heart of us visiting this resort and we just can't wait to come back again really soon! Thank you Anna Laura and Giovanni for everything!!! 😍😍😍 We loved everything!

Vi booket stedet for å bruke dagen på å ligge ved bassenget og sole oss, men bassenget var stengt og det fikk vi ikke beskjed om på forhånd. Hadde isåfall booket et billigere sted uten basseng.

Нет ни завтрака, ни ужина. Ближайшие магазины/рестораны в 10-15 минутах на машине. Сервиса такси в городе нет, а частные водители берут примерно по 40€ за эти 10-15 мин поездки…

Noi abbiamo soggiornato in due e abbiamo avuto a disposizione un intero appartamento, molto bello e comodo! Consigliato anche per gruppi numerosi in quanto ci sono appartamenti di diverse dimensioni. Vivamente consigliato, ci torneremo sicuramente!

Le case tutte accoglienti ed in perfetto ordine. Anche se non ho scelto la modalità Hotel, ritengo però che un’asciugacapelli vada comunque fornito. In ogni caso alla mia richiesta, prontamente mi è stato fatto recapitare in casa.
