- Sabrina (8/5): - The breakfast was not as good from our past experiences. The staff was nice and courteous. The fence by parking was down but not sure if the property was responsible for repair. The room waa clean but some of the lights were out. The bathroom door would stick and was hard to close. The safety lock or dead bolt for our door would not work.

Friendly and quick to help.

- Theresa (2/5): Would not stay again - Location Toilet was dirty

Bed linen had marks on it
- Melissa (6/5): - It was okay. The water pressure wasn't great, and some of the other amenities weren't good.
- Shequita (2/5): Should Of Payed $1 To Stay There It Was Horrible - It was very uncomfortable for the price the ac & toilet didn’t work cleaning was only 2 times a week not one of the house keeping staff spoke English so that was inconvenient for me only plus was the general manager who tried other than that I wouldn’t recommend that place to a person who had no other place to go
- Princess (6/5): It was hot in room 225 - The staffing was amazing. The room 225 they gave me air conditioning wasnt working. I informed the front desk and maintenance left at 4:30pm. Nothing was done able it for the price i paid for the room. You would think they would of moved me. Wasn't a happy camper.
- LEE (8/5): - The room was kind of small for 4 adults

- kayj562 (2/5): STAY AWAY - We called frontier for reservation and everything was booked. This is the only hotel available at the time.
Drove up and got out of our truck and walking up to the building there was big gaps between the building and walkway. We ignored it because you’re in Louisiana and things settle. Walked into lobby it was grim looking but clean. Figured older building. Ms. Brandi greeted us which was refreshing. She assigned us to our room on 2nd floor. We opened the door and it definitely needs a strong update. We pull the sheets back and there was nasty stains and smell. David went into the restroom and the toilet seat was broken.
We went back down immediately to get another room. We were assigned another room and again sheets had stains and carpet tore. Again, went down and talked to my Brandi. She took me up to 4th flood and we went into room. The couch had filling coming out of cover, went into next room and pulled back the cover and sheets were clean.
Not real happy, but at the time the only hotel available. Finished checking in, went to room. Living room A/c was working. Went into bedroom it was 79 degrees and A/C did not work.
At this point my husband started calling other hotels in the area if there was a cancellation.
SUCCESSES!!! The Hampton Inn & Suites had a room come open. We went downstairs and told Ms Brandi we cannot stay. She understood our frustration.
The ONLY GOOD THING OF THIS HOTEL WAS MS. BRANDI. She was kind, polite and courteous. She deserves to be acknowledged for her professional reactions to all situation.
My suggestion is stay away from this property until they do something.
- Nikita (10/5): Exceptional - The staff was awesome
- Lauren (6/5): Decent place to stay, but not sure it was worth the amount I paid. - It was in a kind of hidden area, which I liked. It made me feel secure. Small parking lot in the front. Certain areas smelled bad. Had a few roaches in my room.
- Sophonie (1/5): Beware - The staff was polite They had nats in the room and its not properly cleaned
- Natalie (10/5): It was great - The location The style of the rooms
- Tawanda (4/5): My stay was good until I had a roach crawling in the bed with me. - The breakfast was great I enjoyed it. They had a variety of breakfast items you can choose from. I didn’t like I had a roach crawling in the bed while I was laying down. In the kitchen area I went to get a cup to pour my drink and a roach was in there. The kitchen sink had two dead roaches in it. And also the area that holds the cups with coffee had two roach that came out of it.
- Dorothy (4/5): - Location was where I wanted to be, but the hotel needs renovations. The coach covers we’re not on which I was told zipper was broken and they take them off to wash them. I found a finger nail in it though. Staff was very helpful when my air conditioner kept running in spite of technically being off. Also they changed a light bulb as ther was no light in my bathroom. Bed was comfortable. Staff was very pleasant but the facility needs lots of help. Not worth what I paid
- Jaquann (1/5): Bad - The place was dirty and it was filled with little bugs. And when talking to staff the expressed that they knew of this
- FREDRICK (2/5): Room 414 is horrible ...poor management.. - Besides the receptionist at the front desk giving me suggestions on restaurants nearby to try. My stay was horrible. When i walked into the lobby to check in. There were people in the lobby playing a video game on the tv in the lobby using profanity as well. When we entered the room it was decent. The tv in one of the bedrooms were to dim to watch. After going out with the family to enjoy some festivities and returning back to the room. We were unable to shower because the shower was broken. The faucet for the tub was missing. They literally had a pipe that was sticking out over the tub. I called down to the front desk to tell them what was going on and got no answer. So i go down stairs to the front desk and the receptionist is walking around in the lobby talking on her cellphone. I told her the issue I was having with the shower and was told there wasn't another 2 room suit available. So she gave me a opinion of getting two rooms that were side by side downstairs. Or she could give me a key to a room that's on the same floor and we can use the room to shower. Since I didn't want to split my family up I chose to just use the room on the same floor to shower in. After a hour of waiting to get access to the room to take a shower. Come to find out it was a room someone was staying in but they were moved to another room for whatever reason. After we finally laid down the pillows in one of the rooms had a sour smell to it so we had to swap pillows that was in the other room.
- Wilneisha (3/5): Poor - Location We had roaches in the room and the room was hot
- Gustavo (10/5): - All good
- Karla (2/5): - Not well
- Gerhard (4/5): Disappointed - Location was great. Lots of restaurant choices & shopping. Close to Downtown New Orleans. Hotel had decent breakfast choices. The staff is AMAZING! All were professional and accommodated all our requests. It is a shame the hotel is in sad shape…furnishings and finishing are in disrepair. This hotel DOES NOT represent the Marriott brand very well. Broken couches with unusable pullout beds. Carpeting is torn and worn throughout rooms. Curtains and blackout shades are old. A/C units smell moldy and some units are sluggish. Shower liner was too short resulting in water pooling outside tub area.
- Lori (3/5): Staff was great rooms were not - First room they moved us to the TV did not work. The second room they moved us to the flooring was coming up in front of the bathroom door so if you got up at night to go you would stub your toe or foot would get pinched Know what rooms are good or ready for guest
- kimberly (4/5): - The area the property is in is pretty nice. The room itself wasn’t the best. It’s as if it hadn’t been cleaned. Floor was filthy, and bathroom disgusting, and toilet seat was broken..luckily I bring my own cleaning supplies when traveling. There was also throw up on elevator wall. Staff was very friendly tho.
- Shavondalyn (6/5): - First the room I picked did not accommodate 5 people no couch bed pullout toilet broke and was moved next day to a room that smelled bad this was so inconvenient because it was my birthday trip
- Melissa (6/5): - Proximity to main street, stores, restaurants, etc. was great. The front desk staff was amazing. However the exact room had many malfunctions - bathroom light didn't work, TV didn't work, and water pressure was low. Breakfast was not available each morning consistently so we made do with what was offered. Might stay here again if there weren't any other nearby options.
- Heather (6/5): Run down - Our room was in terrible shape. The bathroom door was broken and you had to lift up on it to close it. There were hairs and spiders in the shower. There were only towels for 2 people despite being in a 2 bedroom suite with a pull out bed. Every couch cushion had broken zippers with the stuffing falling out. Tried to use plates in the cupboards but they had dried food on them. Paper towels were soggy and wet for the bottom inch of them. The dishwasher had leaves in it. Service was friendly and they did what they could.
- Carlene (9/5): Superb -
- Ahdaijah (6/5): Pleasant - Amenities, comfort , area Some of the wall plugs wasn’t working .
- Roshann (7/5): Good -
- Sharon (8/5): Sufficient for the amount of time spent there. - The location was great for my needs. It definitely use some upgrades and better upkeep.
- Tamica (4/5): The room air conditioner was not working. Housekeeping didnt clean room. No towels to replace dirty - The vreakfasrvwas good. The staff was nice & professional. Especially Courtney.
- Tonjai (10/5): Exceptional -
- Pamela (9/5): Superb - Great
- Wilneisha (9/5): Superb -
- Yolanda (10/5): - I've been having bad experiences with Hotels the past year, but this one was nice. I was satisfied with my stay and i would definitely stay there again.
- Kurk (6/5): - Convenient location. Clean rooms.
Friendly staff. No overhead canopy so unloading in rainy weather is a bit of a challenge.
- Peggy (6/5): - This is always our spot to stay when we visit family. In fact, we encouraged other family members to join us here. We had two separate reservations because my husband added a day. Visit was great until the AC unit went out in the room above us Christmas night and the loud work begin from about 9PM, until I called the front desk at 11:30PM. We thought that was the end but they woke us up at 7AM with the same foolishness until we checked out. I should also add the toilet seat needs to be changed. It was clean but unsteady.
- Milano (9/5): Superb - the hotel offers free bottled water. They were small, but appreciated. The staff was slow bringing in more food for breakfast.. Other than that, all was well
- Laron (4/5): - Would never come back. lady behind front desk for check in . Charged my card for 160$ incidental fees and didn’t tell me the price at all. And also she was Pick in choosing who she was gone chargefor incidental fees.
- Milano (8/5): Very good - hospitality/service water pressure, little food for breakfast.
- Perkins (10/5): Awesome for price - I loved how we stayed together but had separate rooms it was spacious and affordable. I didn't like the fact that the cleaning staff didn't speak English neither cleaned My room after night 1
- Jaquelin (10/5): Exceptional - There was a booking issue at the beginning of my stay that was resolved almost immediately when brought up to the attention of Manager “ Brandi “, she was very professional, caring , and compassionate regarding my situation. I was surprised at how eager she was to resolve the issue at hand.
- Camper62665183310 (2/5): Terrible - The room was very dusty, and there is a general odor in the hotel. The mattresses need to be changed, the bathroom door didn't close, the pool wasn't heated, but more importantly, an item was stolen out of my room and later recovered in the maintenance office.
- Cassandra (8/5): Very good -
- Tenisha (2/5): - The initial manager, a young black man, I can't remember his name, was great. Other than that, the stay wasn't. As soon as we reached the room, my children and I's allergies immediately started. I wasn't going to complain about it, as we had already had our luggage lost at the airport. It wasn't until we discovered that our firestick was stolen that I decided to make a complaint. It was recovered in the maintenance office and is currently being shipped to me, but why was it removed from the room? I have questions. Take your personal items with you and bring your allergy medicine if you stay here.
- Melicia (10/5): The place was very accommodating and clean! - I loved that it was two separate bedrooms! Room was the perfect size and in a great area! Only thing I wished, is that room had iron, ironing board, and blow dryer.
- Nancy (10/5): - We enjoyed our stay.
- Anonymous (9/5): I enjoyed it, very pleasurable - It was near restaurant did not have to drive far Property was okay
- Cheechee (10/5): Exceptional -
- Yolanda (10/5): Exceptional -
- diogenesl2014 (10/5): Very nice! - While this hotel is nowhere near NOLA and shouldnt even have NOLA in its name, it was still a nice place to stay. Tucked away at the end of street, it may be difficult to get in or out at rush hour times.
The room was magnificently cold (63 degreees!) after stepping out to humid 100+ degree Louisiana. Unfortunately, the airvents are blowing directly on to the bed, so I had to turn AC off for the night.
Breakfast was dissapointing, but thats to be expected at most midrange Marriott hotels. Starbucks wasnt far away.
The room and some furniture looked rather dated, but its still doable to stay at this hotel.
- Katrina (6/5): Pleasant - location sleeper bed didn't work.
