- Karin (10/5): Super Übernachtung mitten in Heidelberg! - Sehr aufmerksame, freundliche und kompetente Mitarbeiterinnen! Tolles, modernes Zimmer in einem schönen alten Gebäude, sehr sauber, komfortabel mit grossem Bad. Das Hotel liegt mitten in der Fussgängerzone, absolut perfekte Lage! Die dadurch fehlenden Parkmöglichkeiten werden durch nahe liegende öffentliche Parkhäuser gut ersetzt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

La primera impresión puede que no sea buena porque es un hotel que están un poco anticuado pero luego descubres que todo está muy limpio y cuidado. Lo mejor fue el servicio, que es encantador y super servicial. Siempre atentos a cualquier necesidad del cliente. Para mi ha sido un 10 y en un lugar inmejorable.

- Bürger_Klaus (6/5): - Hübsches Hotel, was noch vor 50 Jahren als Studentenwohnheim diente. Viele Jahrhunderte alt. Mitten in der Fußgängerzone, nahe dem Parkhaus P8 gelegen. Rezeption im 1. Stock, Zimmer in 2. und 3. Etage. Die Altbauetagen sind viel höher als heute. Kein Fahrstuhl, also nichts für Leute, die nicht gut zu Fuß sind. Die Zimmer sind recht kleine. Der Service ist sehr gut. Das Frühstück bietet fast alles was das Herz begehrt.

Large, newly refurbished room, large well appointed bathroom, lovely comfy bed with crisp, fresh bedlinen, very helpful desk staff. Room overlooks pedestrianised street and its many well refreshed students returning to their books at 3.20 am. Vehicle deliveries to local shops and street cleaning trucks also early in the morning so you may want to pack earplugs

- RosmRie (4/5): Hotel in zentraler Lage - Die Lage des Hotel ist Top. Leider muss man die Koffer über mehrere steile Treppen schleppen, da es keinen Aufzug gibt. Die Zimmer zur Straße sind in der Nacht unerträglich laut, da bis 6 Uhr früh grölende Gruppen trotz geschlossener Fenster den Schlaf stören. Der Frühstücksraum ist viel zu klein, man muss sich mit anderen Gästen an Tische quetschen, die so dicht stehen, dass man kaum zum Buffet durchkommt.

- Roberto Sassi (8/5): Hotel in the centre of the town - An elevator will be installed within September 2017. At the moment more than 20 steep steps bring you to the Reception. The atmosphere is familiar, personnel collaborative and kind. No air conditioned. Breakfast offers not a great variety of food, but the quality is good. If it is hot and have to keep windows open there can be some noise from the street. Beside the hotel is a restaurant with the same name of the hotel: Pereko, it is a different conduction, we went there the first evening but it is not good.

- Ingmar (4/5): Hitta andra alternativ - Hotell mitt i Heidelbergs centrum med nån festlokal som granne, varmt väder kräver öppna fönster så det blev en lång natt. Hotellet borde haft info om närmsta parkeringshus så man slapp bära så långt. Fördelen är att det ligger i centrum med nära till allt men som sagt var beredd på en högljudd natt!

Das Hotel ist in der 1. - 3. Etage eines schönen alten Hauses...leider ohne Aufzug ( da bestimmt denkmalgeschützt). Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und unser Zimmer war sehr abgewohnt. Ebenfalls waren die Teppiche auf den Fluren alt und abgetreten. Das Frühstück war klein, aber fein und sämtliche Kaffeewünsche wurden erfüllt.

Kadulta kuului illalla ja yöllä jonkin verran ääniä. Perustasoinen hyvä aamupala. Henkilökunta avuliasta ja mukavaa. Wifi ei toiminut kovin hyvin perimmäisessä huoneessa. Hyvä sijainti ja uloskäynti suoraan pääkävelykadulle, nähtävyydet, kaupat yms. lähellä. Ei erityistä loistoa, mutta hyvä hinta/laatu-suhde.

- Laura (8/5): Location is fantastic! - The hotel is a bit outdated. There is no elevator, so be aware if you have a heavy suitcase that you need to haul up at least to get to the reception, which is not on ground level. Breakfast is simple but good. Location is fantastic, in the heart of the main street in the old town, which is very lively at all times. If noise from the street is an issue for you, it may bother you. We don't mind and actually love being right in the middle of action. Wifi was great. Parking is in public garage nearby, works perfectly. Attentive staff and close access to Christmas markets!! We ended up lengthening our stay in one day to enjoy Heidelberg a bit more.
- Jenny (8/5): Heidelberg stay - The hotel has and old style feel and is in the middle of the old town. It is any easy walk around the points of interest as well as the modern end of town and shops. Plenty of restaurants around.
- Graeme (10/5): outstanding perckeo - This stay was one of the best experience we have ever had the reception&breakfeast attendent are first class everyone should note how are real hotel should be.
- Dwight (8/5): Great Staff in "Vibrant" location - I had a great experience here. Helpful staff let me check in a bit early and provided a map of the local area. The included breakfast was perfect to begin the day in the area. Great restaurants and shopping all along the street on which the hotel is located. A rowdy group of singers at 3 a.m. shows the "vibrant" nightlife but that was not the hotel staff's fault, but it does show what comes with its location at times. Traditional hotel with lots of character. Enjoyed the little pack of Haribo gummy bears on the pillow as a sweet treat upon arrival.
- Andrew (8/5): Right in the city in a hotel with character - Staff could not be warmer or more help - they were great. Lovely breakfast, comfortable room. Very clean. Sorted out secure underground parking in a nearby hotel.
- Rob (8/5): City Hotel - Excellent location for visiting the City, Castle and University ~ plenty of Bars and Restaurants to stroll around and all the shops are close by.
