Guest Reviews
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Staff are very accommodating
- Jori (8/5): Couples night - we had a great time!!!
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Nice Hotel close to downtown
- Leslie (10/5): - It was a good stay, clean room and hotel staff are friendly but something wrong with the fridge in the family room it didnt seem working but above all it was a good stay.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Very nice
- Øystein (6/5): Meh... - Not very service friendly staff. We were offered a fridge at P350 per night and it barely kept our water above room temperature. When we mentioned that to the reception they just laughed and looked at the wall.
The water heater in the shower didn't work. The water pressure was next to nothing and vanished totally several times. The WiFi network didn't work most of the time.
The restaurant spent 45 minutes making a simple and highly overpriced meal.
The staff in the reception was pretty noisy, singing out loudly in the evening.
All in all.. we won't be going back there again, that's for sure.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Love it! - The place is accessible for transportation.
The food was great.
- Hubs (6/5): Pleasant Stay - Pleasant Stay and Good Location. But the shower knob is not working. Please fix this Room 5-04
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Nice clean budget hotel.
Near to downtown and restaurant.
- Gigabyteguy (6/5): The hotel is OK. Could be better. - This hotel is located in a good spot. The quality of the hotel is ok for the cost. You get a warm shower and a cooled room. One issue we faced was the lack of service to the room while hanging "please service room" on the door. We had to call in multiple times to the desk to get the room serviced. The other problem is the booking says the room accommodates up to 7 guests. The room only supplied enough beds for 4 people. There is no print or information stating you need to purchase another 2 or 3 beds that you need for the room.
- Chris (6/5): Good location. Great staff. - Good experience for the price. Walking distance to everything in downtown Dumaguete. However, the water in the shower never got hot which is common with the systems they use here, and the hotel has a strict no liquor in room policy. Just FYI.
- Lance (8/5): Waterfront boardwalk not to far away - I've stayed here for a total of 4 nights andjust got back froma hotel on Siquijor that cost 3 1/2 as much it, wasn't cleaner the bathroom was a little bigger and it was not as noisy of a room. For a couple of nights sTay this place works well
- Michael (8/5): - Not amazing booked and payed for 7 people but room only had beds for 4 people i asked for more beds but was told extra beds were 350 paso each per night. Had to ask for towels not a great experience.
- xim2jp (6/5): Cheap business hotel - Because price is very affordable, it's value might be also cheap. Very small room and small shower room.
The good point is that this hotel is located in the center of Dumaguete city and there are some 24hours shops nearby there.
If you're looking for cheap hotel just for sleeping, it maybe a good choice for you.
- Donald (10/5): This is the place to stay! - Excellent location and great staff
- Brian (8/5): - very clean and friendly staff great food close to ocean
- Peter (6/5): Budget Experience - This is a hotel with few exceptional facilities. Hotel is located close to the beachfront in Dumaguete. Rooms are simple and clean if a little dated. Hotel offers a decent breakfast for 98php. Beds are comfortable for a short stay. I found the parking to be extremely tight and difficult to manouvre. This is by no means a luxury establishment, but is passable by Dumaguete standards.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Poor - I will not Stay again
- Gary (6/5): Everything went well - Its fine
- Joseph (6/5): Decent Stay - It was fine for our 2 night stay at the price. However, the air con in our room sounded like a howling animal at various points in the night. We did not tell the management because it was sparodic and by the time they came up it would not have been making a racket probably. The shower was cold but this tends to be an issue everywhere. The room was not cleaned because you have to put a please clean my room sign on which we didn't realise. Not a bad stay overall and the price was decent. We enjoyed the Apo Island tour arranged by their travel agency.
