- Hà (4/5): - Sảnh đón tiếp ko chạy máy lạnh, quá nóng. phòng có ban công thì lắp 3-4 cục nóng điều hoà, cửa ko tốt nên rất ồn. ngoài ra không dọn phòng, giá đã bao gồm Vat nhưng khi yc xuất thì tính thêm 8% nữa.
- Thierry (5/5): Good location, AC / Bathroom light to be looked at. - Location is great in the 1st district Can’t keep the AC running without having the bathroom (which has no door to the bedroom) light off. Not sure if it is by design to turn off the AC over night, but with 35C the room turns quickly very warm.
- Kirby (6/5): Amazing value for a very basic short-term stay. - Great value, kind staff and the bed was comfy too Hot water was BARELY warm, elevator never seemed to actually come to go down (I went up every time but had to take the stairs down) and it was really noisy. The power also cuts completely when you remove the key making the fridge useless.
- Pawanrat (1/5): Lobby was under renovation. Hotel refuse to help or refund. - Nothing Lobby was under renovation with no prior notice upon booking. My room was on the 2nd floor directly across the elevator so you can imagine construction dust in the room, paint smell, noise etc. When asked to change the room, was denied and said the hotel was fully booked (?). When asked to cancel my 2nd night booking due was denied refund!!! The staff said you can stay somewhere else but no refund. So very disappointing. I had to book a new hotel due to allergic reaction.
- Vanessa (5/5): Good location, but that's about it - Location is great, central and super quiet, next door to the main market. I traveled with a group of friends and we all booked our own room. Random things worth knowing ahead of time: - The building has many rooms without windows. Whilst rooms are still recently refurbished it's okay, but ventilation is not great. - We received a tiny water bottle upon check-in and everything else came at an extra cost. - The staff did not check the room during the stay, so amenities were not refilled. - We were charged for the first night on booking.com (although it said payment upfront) and then we were asked to pay the rest in cash at check-in. - They have offered us free stuff in exchange for a good rating, which we declined. - One of my friends had an allergic reaction to the bedsheets, with pictures as proof, and had to change hotels. She asked for a refund for the second night only (which was paid in cash, as per above). They refused. - Bonus - the fridge in my room was not working, not great to keep fresh water when it's so hot outside. The only comment from the staff was "I know" and they offered the fridge located in reception.

Sitting with a small tool & facing the roadside while drinking coffee is a good experience, and most important they served fantastic coffee! NA

- Jordi (2/5): Muy lejos de un hotel de tres estrellas - La ubicación del hotel y la facilidad del proceso de reserva fueron correctas. Además, el aspecto general en las fotos parecía atractivo, lo que inicialmente generó buenas expectativas. La experiencia real no se corresponde en absoluto con la categoría de tres estrellas. Las sábanas y toallas tenían una calidad muy baja, lejos de lo esperable. La publicidad indicaba la posibilidad de early check-in, pero al llegar no fue posible y no ofrecieron ninguna alternativa. Además, las imágenes de Booking no reflejan la realidad, especialmente en el baño, cuyo estado es muy inferior al mostrado. El personal tampoco ayudó a mejorar la situación, ya que ante nuestras quejas y sugerencias no mostraron interés ni ofrecieron soluciones. Por último, desde las 6:30 de la mañana había ruidos constantes debido a obras en el hotel, algo que no se nos comunicó previamente y que afectó seriamente al descanso.

- Klaudia (5/5): - Największym plusem hotelu jest zdecydowanie lokalizacja. Personel jest bardzo miły, sympatyczny i pomocny. Jest to hotel kategorii turystycznej i standard jest raczej podstawowy. Pokój był dość ciemny – okna wychodzą na bardzo blisko położony, przeciwległy budynek. W pokojach nie ma firanek, są tylko zasłony, więc jeśli chce się zachować prywatność, trzeba je zasłonić, a wtedy w pokoju robi się bardzo ciemno. Pokój był w miarę czysty, ale zarówno on, jak i łazienka mogłyby być sprzątane dokładniej. Meble są już dość stare i widać, że mają swoje lata. Dużym minusem była również klatka schodowa – bardzo brudna i mało przyjemna. Mimo że mieszkałam na pierwszym piętrze, wolałam korzystać z windy, żeby jej unikać.

View from a room was facing family house kitchen and balcony on other side of a valley like 4 metres away from our window. It's no door in a toilet, only a curtain.

- Vjatseslav (10/5): - Exceptional stay at M&H Lux Hotel! I had an absolutely wonderful experience at M&H Lux Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Their positive attitude truly made my stay special. I stayed in the Cinema Room, and it was simply outstanding. The design is unique and stylish, but the real highlight is the incredible hi-fi system — the sound quality is absolutely impressive and creates a true private cinema atmosphere. It felt like having my own luxury entertainment space. The location is very convenient, making it easy to get around, yet the hotel itself is quiet and peaceful — perfect for relaxing after a long day. The room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed down to the smallest detail. Everything exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended — I would definitely love to come back!

- Kristof P (7/5): Central friendly neighbourhood hotel - Location is great. Right around the corner from the big touristic market of the city, there is even a metro line nearby. The staff is nice and smiley. The Aircon worked well. The price was a bargain a good bargain. Our room was a bit let's say 7 out of 10. The bathroom was worn down, although spacious. The door and walls are slightly hear-through to the corridor and neighbouring rooms. Sateen sheets.

Clean, 24 hour reception, fast internet. I would recommend for a few days staying in HCM The corridor to the room could do with a coat of paint

The hotel is located in a small narrow backyard path of a couple of restaurants. Bad quality linen on the beds. Staff refused to make a refund. Terrible overall experience.

Sam hotel położony przy wąskie uliczce oddalonej około 50 m od głównej bardzo ruchliwej ulicy, co uważam za duży plus ,ze względu na ciszę panującą w nocy.Spalismy jedną noc w pokoju bez okna,który był ładny i funkcjonalnie urzadzony,jednak dla nas nieco za mały. Po naszej prośbie za niewielką dopłatą recepcjonista przeniósł nas do większego pokoju z wielkim oknem-ten pokój również był rowież bardzo funkcjonalnie urządzony.Bardzo pomocny i miły personel.

- CRISTINA (5/5): - At first glance the hotel seems ok and the room quite spacious but that's it. The staff is friendly and eager to help you. The balcony door is the only source of light only if the door is open, the balcony is not functional, 3 air conditioners occupied 3/4 of the balcony, they also made noise, the bed is small and the linen which is considered to be silk but was actually polyester was totally unsuitable, so you couldn't rest. The room was a big kitsch.

- Tino (7/5): Für 2 Nächte ok - Die Lage war gut und das Personal sehr hilfsbereit , in einer kleinen Seitenstraße, für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ist es ok . Das jedesmal wenn man ins Zimmer kommt das komplette Kino Entertainment hochfährt , samt Beamer, Leinwand und Soundsystem . Jedes erst 3 Fernbedienungen benutzen um alles wieder aus zuschalten. Leider haben die Nachbarzimmer das Home Kino auf Stunden lang benutzt und es war sehr laut teilweise. Aber wer Ruhe sucht , ist in Saigon auch am falschen Platz. 😁

- David (9/5): - The staff is very friendly and kind and waited for us past midnight because out flight got delayed. The basin and showers seem to be blocked as the water is not flowing. The air conditioning is a bit difficult to adjust the air flow and temperature.
- Indigotima (6/5): Ok value for money, but could have been cleaner - The location was pretty good - quite near one of the main markets. It was up a little alley which was nice enough, but fair warning that when it rains, the entire alley is ankle deep in water -- there's no way around it and cars can't drive in to drop you at the door! The staff were very keen to help, stored our luggage, arranged the airport shuttle, and were always available to answer questions. Bathroom was fine - decent water pressure, mostly hot water. The room was very inexpensive -- we were just staying one night in transit before getting a place home -- so we were not expecting much, however, the cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired. The bathroom was clean enough to not be a concern, but there were bit clumps of other peoples hair in the main room, floating about the place. Just a bit off putting.

- Mateen (8/5): Movie night at the hotel - Perfect room for chilling and movies Due to the narrow lane. The taxi can't drop off directly outside the hotel. Balcony is quite useless tho it's filled with air-conditioning condensers.
