• Bakhitiar (7/5): - The location was the best but if you don't have a car which we did. The house is specious but on busy street. The communication with the host was very good. GPS takes you to little bit wrong place since the shops have different numbers than houses and it took us to a closed shop in middle of the night. It is better to mention this to guests. The bathroom smelled very bad and therefore the whole house did. It is maybe temporary, but not good. There are too many unnecessary stuff inside the house which makes it just too much. I don't know why in Italy, they don't put a nice TV in the houses. You maybe need to relax one night with just watch the TV instead of spending time outside. The beds were not comfortable.

In de nabije omgeving betaalde par - ruim appartement, heel erg mooi ingericht, zeker als je naar Florence komt voor renaissance gevoel. Heel leuk om gedekte ontbijt tafel te zien. 1 prachtige slaapkamer, denderen kamer, zonder ramen, duidelijk minder bijzonder. in de badkamer hing continu een " riool geur" Gelukkig niet in de rest van het huis.

• Rotko (8/5): - Huoneisto oli viihtyisä ja kauniisti sisustettu. Aamupala oli kauniisti katettu ja siihen oli panostettu. Oli ihanaa keittää tuore kahvi aamulla. Maito oli valmiina jääkaapissa. Valitettavasti makuuhuoneiden ilmastointi oli rikki, mutta meille tarjottiin heti mahdollisuutta myös vaihtaa asuntoa. Pärjäsimme hyvin kuitenkin vaikka helle oli kova. Isännät vastasivat viesteihin tosi nopeasti ja antoivat hyviä ja arvokkaita neuvoja meille Firenzeen tutustumiseen. Kiitos tosi paljon!

• Neil (10/5): Stefani and Francesco were the perfect hosts. The accommodation was excellent, clean and well located. I highly recommen - A traditional Florence property with lots of atmosphere in a great location. Breakfast was included and made our stay that bit easier. Nothing at all.

• Carraj (8/5): Great Neighbourhood - My stay at La Rosa Townhouse was nice! The apartment was clean and comfortable. The location is great—just a short walk from Florence's main attractions, yet in a peaceful, authentic neighborhood. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The is only one bathroom The breakfast lacked bread and butter. There was no toast.

• Franciele (10/5): Your "like-home" place in Florence! - The place was very pleasant. We had the entire flat for our family, it was very clean and well organized. There were toiletries, towels, bed linen, hairdryer, everything according to the description. The location was very good and we did everything by foot. We really felt at home in Florence. The host, Francesco, couldn't be there to meet us in person but the communication was always fast and helpful. Francesco made sure everything went great during our stay.

Plus a well stocked Conrad across the road. Only thing I can think of is the a/c in the main room was not great. Bedroom was fine.

• Marco (9/5): Quality, comfort and style within a mile (of Firenze centro) - Classical interior with modern standards equipment. Friendly and responsive host. Excellent airconditioning in both bed rooms. Relatively quit surroundings, yet on short walking distance from the centre of Firenze. Some nice easy accessible bar/rest. even closer (Rione). Paid and guarded parking within 200 mtrs. Although announced, the “sweet” breakfast was not our taste. Particularly the single packed buns were no replacement for freshly baked ones from the bakery.
• Alan (10/5): Huge and beautifully-decorated apartment in the Oltrarno neighborhood of Florence. - Huge and beautifully-decorated apartment in a quiet neighborhood across the river the central Florence and just outside of the ancient city wall. The air conditioning and clothes washer work great and each room is very comfortable and roomy. Location is perfect for those who want to be away from crowds and don't mind walking a bit to reach to restaurants and attractions. A continental breakfast is provided. Most restaurants on this side of the river are down toward the Santo Spirito area, which is a 10-15 minute walk from the apartment, and public transportation is limited in this area (although we didn't look into bus options). Be prepared for 30,000 step days if you stay here (which I, personally, don't mind at all).
• Leica (10/5): Exceptional - Everything. Spacious, very authentic Italian furnishings, new bathroom, it has everything you need including a washing machine. It's so nice to have so many rooms than be in a small hotel or apartment plus three air conditioners. I will recommend Francesco to everyone we know coming to Florence. A 15 min walk to Pitti Palace and Ponte Vecchio. Nothing

• Zoila (9/5): Confortable Stay, walk everywhere. - Huge apartment, beautiful, long walking to everywhere. Fridge and dining room was stocked with packaged bread for breakfast and some cereal. Didn’t meet the host until the day we check out and left. Couldn’t get any help or directions which I like to get from our hosts. Impossible to get taxis is Florence, be ready to walk everywhere.
• Luis (10/5): best bang for your buck for a group of 4-6 people in central florence - the townhouse is pretty big and the breakfast snacks, bottled water and coffee were a nice touch. the ceiling fans cooled the apartment down well and the bathroom was large and spacious which is rare for Italy. all the main attractions were about 20 minutes walking. I only stayed one night but I highly recommend this place for multiple nights as it has a washer, a dishwasher, etc). The queen bed wasn’t the most comfortable but it wasn’t too bad. The freezer needs to be cleaned out.

• Yenoqyan (10/5): Good place to have a good rest - The rooms are clean and comfortable. Feeling that you are at home. There are everything for rest. There also are umbrella and we us it during rain. Breakfast was good, in one word we feel as as we were at home. Hope we will back. It would be great to have a good iron and hair drier.

• Federico (10/5): Exceptional - La Rosa Townhouse is in a quiet and beautiful area just 20min away on foot from the city center. Perfect location! The apartment is really spacious, light and well-equipped. The beds are comfortable, the shower is great and breakfast was included. We had everything we needed. There's a supermarket and a bakery just around the corner. Communication with Francesco was easy and fluid. He's a great host! Thank you! We had a wonderful time in Florence!

The location is optimal, 10 minutes walk from the city center (or a frequent bus from just across the corner), and a quiet neighborhood (with a nearby supermarket and bakery, and a fully equipped kitchen).
