• Samuel (2/5): Mala experiencia, existen muchas opciones mejores - No lo recomiendo, lean bien los comentarios. La experiencia fue bastante decepcionante. El personal mostró muy poca empatía frente a nuestra situación y nos cobraron el impuesto municipal correspondiente a 3 personas, a pesar de que explicamos que finalmente solo viajariamos 2 y únicamente presentamos 2 pasaportes al momento del check-in. Ese cobro extra no tenía justificación, ya que el impuesto municipal se respalda precisamente con la documentación de los huéspedes alojados. En todos los demás alojamientos donde estuvimos en Italia jamás tuvimos este problema, solo ocurrió aquí, y la sensación fue simplemente de un cobro abusivo. Además, la ubicación dentro del edificio es muy incómoda. Si piensan alojarse aquí, prepárense para subir 4 pisos en ascensor y luego bajar otros 4 pisos por escaleras cargando maletas y mochilas, lo cual fue bastante agotador. Para empeorar la experiencia, la loza de la cocina estaba sucia al momento de nuestra llegada, algo realmente desagradable. También salían malos olores desde el baño constantemente, haciendo la estadía bastante incómoda y poco higiénica.

Mas para chegar é somente através de uma enorme escada de 2 lances e com malas fica bem ruim. Dentro dele as cortinas não funcionam pq passa uma tubulação de ar condicionado. Enfim… é ruim

Sheets don’t fit the beds they are small. The quilt did not had a cover. Pillows were very used and uncomfortable.Also the guy who checked us in did not speak english so he couldn’t provide is with answers

• Davide (7/5): Im Großen und Ganzen sieht die Wohnung mit ihrer Lage - Die Lage war sehr zentral, tatsächlich 1 Minute zum Dom Café, Bäckerei Supermärkte und Eisdielen gleich vor der Tür Ich hätte mir gewünscht, dass das Apartment ein wenig sauberer gewesen wäre es waren keine Wassergläser und auch nur vier Kaffeetassen erhalten. keine Kaffeemaschine nur ein Wasserkocher

I did not like having to take the elevator up 4 flights walk through a couple of hallways then walk down 4 flights of see through stairs.

Es waren 40 Stufen in ein Kellergeschoss.das Apartment war kalt und finster.Die Dame die uns rein ließ,war unhöflich ,wollte sofort wieder abhauen.Die Heizungsbedienung mussten wir uns mit Hilfe vom Internet raussuchen.die Badezimmerfugen waren schimmlig.Die Aussicht war auf Klimageräte.Wir wurden hingewiesen ,daß nur eine Toilette Papierrolle zur Verfügung steht.Es war nicht mal Tee oder Kaffee zu haben.Es war sehr enttäuschend.

Brudne naczynia brak pakietu startowego no i zejście jak do piwnicy z 4 piętra na 2 po stromych schodach.

Sajnos ez nagyon elrontotta az éjszakát és a 2 éves kislányom fürdetése is nehéz volt ilyen hidegbe. Csak a galérián tudtunk aludni ahol egész éjjel ment a klíma hogy ne fázzunk meg. A paplan nem volt felhúzva csak leterítve egy vékony lepedőszerűvel. Így betakarózni sem tudtunk.

Not enough tea mugs only 2 cups. No toiletries ie. no body wash or cream. Flexibility in checking in little earl or check out little late without charge especially if people renting arrive very early from outside countries.. the stairs are glass little dangerous for my thinking. Lot of draft through windows.

• Dana (7/5): I read the warnings about the stairs. It is no joke. They are terrible and difficult to navigate. - The air conditioner worked well. The location was great. The water heater was too small. They said that you could get 2 possibly 3 showers. We were only able to get 1 short shower.

• Aalija (8/5): It was absolutely a good choice and it's in the City - It's a really cute little place for a Trip. It's very modern and you have everything what you need. The best thing is, you are in 1-2 mins infront of the Dom. The Host was really kind and he even helped me with the suitcase! At first it was really cold but we fixed it with the help of the Youtube of Duomo Inn, it takes a little bit time to heat the whole room but that's not a problem. And maybe a little softer pillow would be really great!
• Masood (1/5): Not Recommended At All. I’d Love To Have A Refund 😌 - Nothing To Be Honest Apart From Location. The property has a window which couldn’t be shut. There are about 50 + dangerous glass stairs you’ve to use to get into the apartment. The bathroom has no lock and the door was broken already. Too noisy since 8 AM. Check In time is Restricted. No Recommending at all.

• Roumanos (1/5): Do not stay here if you have luggage or children or accessibility issue. - The room is located on level 1 however the entrance to the room is on level 4 and you must walk down 50+ steps and multiple stairways to get to the room. Access is horrible. Room is not clean. Room has mould and damage and if you open the window, the view is horrible, side basement, scary. The host should be clear on his advertisement that this room is NOT suitable for tourists or people travelling with luggage or children.

The radiators did not work, the washing machine didn't work. It was noisy at night with people going up and down the glass stairs.

• Matt (2/5): Grimey mosquito infested stay! - Location, that’s all! It was dirty, hairs everywhere. Windows do not lock in kitchen. Power flickered on and off a few times. Bed has a huge dip in the middle. Just all cheaply done! Worst part was it was infested with mosquitos! I must of killed around 6/7 that were full of blood! Covered in bites. Will not return to this place and would not recommend to anyone. Not clean at all and could not wait to leave.
