Important Information
The Art INN takes pride in offering The Art INN Hotel App, which can be downloaded from the Apple store and Google Play store. With this app, guests can conveniently use their smartphones to open their rooms, manage their stay, and communicate with the staff. Our front desk is open from 7am to 10:30pm every day, and during this time, traditional key cards are available upon request. If you will be arriving later, we will send you instructions on how to obtain a key card from a key box located at the property.
We are pleased to provide luggage storage services from 7:15am to 10:15pm daily. Please note that The ART INN Lisbon does not have its own parking facilities. The inn's unique and historic staircase is the primary means of accessing the rooms and rooftop. While there is an elevator available, it only services floors 1 to 4 without any stops in between. If you have mobility issues, please be aware that it may pose some difficulties.
Furthermore, our staff is available during opening hours to assist with transporting your luggage to and from your room.
Please note that The ART INN Lisbon has no parking premises.
The inn features an original and historic staircase as the primary mode to access the rooms and rooftop.
An elevator is available, but it only serves floor 1 to floor 4, with no stops in-between.

- Ingrid (8/5): Sehr schönes Haus, aber man muss viele Treppen gehen. - Sehr großes sauberes Zimmer, zentrale Lage, freundliches Personal, gemütliche Dachterrasse mit toller Aussicht, gutes Frühstück Nix für Fußkranke, die Rezeption ist im ersten Stock nur per Treppe zu erreichen, unser Zimmer war im 5 Stock (die Koffer wurden uns in das Zimmer gebracht, mussten nur bei der Heimreise die Koffer runtertragen da der Aufzug nicht funktionierte). Auch ist das Frühstücksrestaurant nur per Treppe zu erreichen , aber es lohnt sich, man hat von dort einen traumhaften Blick über die Stadt. Es gibt zwar einen Miniaufzug bis zu 3 oder 4 Stock, aber leider ging der nicht oft, also waren wir sportlich unterwegs :-)

- reijas2016 (8/5): Easter in Lisbon - I stayed here with my adult son for 5 nights. The location is great in the middle of the city. A short walk to different parts of the city. The hotel tries to achieve a vintage/boutique style but the whole thing is more of a flea market style mosh marsh. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. The hotel provided toiletries and body lotion. The decor was a bit ascetic, fitting the theme. There was only a drawer for clothes and a bar in the hallway. There is coffee, tea and water in the room. There is no ironing facilities in the room. The reception staff helped if asked, but were not active. The roof terrace was a nice addition, but it closed at 10:30 PM. Breakfast was ok and we ate it because it was included in the room price. Be prepared to walk up old stairs, the hotel is not accessible. The side streets were otherwise quiet, but the musicians playing in the nearby square only finish at 11-12 PM (be prepared for this). The soundproofing between the rooms is in keeping with an old house.

Bustickets können direkt gekauft werden! Zimmer sehr sauber und bequeme Betten! Rezeption sehr freundlich und stets hilfsbereit!! Die doch steilen Treppen, Aufzug nur bedingt nutzbar! Von der rooftop Bar hat man einen tollen Blick, allerdings öffnet diese erst um 17.30 Uhr!!! Vorher einen Drink bekommen geht nicht! Das Frühstück ist ok, aber nicht unbedingt abwechslungsreich! Die warmen Speisen, waren leider meist kalt! Das ganze mit ungedeckten Tischen zum Frühstück eher lieblos! Abräumen macht man selbst.

Die Lage war perfekt, das Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse war vielseitig und einfach nur schön.

Since I was going to leave early in morning before included breakfast, the staff provided my breakfast the night before. It would have been nice if there was an elavator. The staff helped carry my luggage two flights. Unfortunately I left very early in the morning, so I had to carry my heavy luggage down.

The breakfasts were excellent, offering a great variety of fresh and delicious options each morning. Everything was spotlessly clean, which made the stay even more comfortable. The location was perfect, making it easy to get around and explore the area. The room itself had a very beautiful and stylish design, creating a cozy and pleasant atmosphere. On top of that, the service was absolutely perfect, the staff were attentive, friendly, and professional throughout my stay.

In camera sempre a disposizione, macchinetta per il caffè, bollitore e bottiglia d'acqua. Letti comodi con scelta dei cuscini. Sala colazione con vista meravigliosa su Lisbona, colazione adatta ad accontentare tutte le richieste. Personale molto gentile e sempre disponibile.
- H (9/5): 観光をしっかり楽しみたいならここはおすすめです - 地下鉄駅からも近いし、観光地にも出やすい、とても便利な場所です。朝食会場も階の屋上で（冬だったので室内でしたが）、朝日を見ながらの朝食はとても良かったです。スタッフはとても親切で、観光についての情報をいろいろと提供してくれました。 小さなエレベータはありますが、基本的に、客室までは階段を利用しなければなりません。階段も少し急です。私の荷物は小さかったので問題ありませんでしたが、年配の人や、大きなスーツケースの人には大変だと思います。
