- Janice (6/5): Basic but clean - Ok for a quick stop over .Clean and comfy beds. Very cold in bathroom as no heater and bedroom floor un carpeted so cold under foot Very basic no hairdryer or bathmat . Only booked as little choice left in the area. Breakfast croissants and pastries very good
- Filipe (2/5): Zéro pointer - Le pire hotel que j’ai fait! - Chambre meme pas chauffée a mon arrive Tardive ( radiateur electrique a l’arret complet) - pas de radiateur dans la salle de bain - grand lit commandé, lit 1 place a la place - lit dur comme une pierre ( autant dormir parterre) - pas d’eau chaude dans les douches ( a priori il faut attendre 10 min pour en avoir , tres ecoresponsable). Du coup fait douche froid. - pas de verre dans la salle de bain, pour ce rincé la bouche apres le brossage des dents c’est pratique. - petit dej qui ouvre normalement a 7h -> a 7h15 elle arrive et personne très désagréable… pas de viennoiseries , fruit …. Juste du liquide! Du coup j’ai ete prendre mon petit dej dans la boulangerie du bourg!!! Franchement c’est une cata, mériterait meme un remboursement dans son intégralité !!! La note aurait ete negative si je le pouvait !!!
- Jean Pierre (6/5): Correct - Bon rapport qualité prix , néanmoins chambre à la déco très froide . Literie correcte . Hôtel calme situé au centre de Ruaudin . Place et église de charme pas très loin. . Petit déjeuné minimaliste mais encore une fois pour le prix ( 8,5€) et le prix de la chambre ….. Par contre pas beaucoup d’eau chaude le soir et douche froide le matin . Signalé à la réception lors du check-out. Un autre client derrière moi à eu le même problème .

La chambre est petite et sans aucun équipement (eau, bouilloire, ou autre). 4 murs et 1 lit, triste à mourir. La propreté est ok. Le petit dejeuner est vraiment minimaliste. Meme pas un fruit ou un œuf : quelques portilns de fromages industriels, yahourts, pain et viennoisiries. Je me serai senti moins abusé si la chambre netait pas à 130e !
- chris (2/5): - Terrible. The staffing is a complete kiosk. I almost didn’t get into my room if not for the maid. I found a very tired and upset man from France who had been sleeping in his car for 2 days as the staff was not there for Sat & Sun. I would never recommend this place.

Les plinthes peu avenantes Le sol est collant Un mur à des traces de je ne sais pas quoi Le personnel est étrange La demoiselle du pdj gentille et polie Une dame arrive avec son chien et pas un mot ni bonjour ni rien..... - Verified traveler (10/5): Perfect place for an over-nighter :-) - Perfect for an over-nighter on our way from France to UK. Functional, clean, free parking right next door, don't have to head into the centre of Le Mans - lady on reception friendly and really helpful. Functional rooms with clean bathroom in a nice and quiet little village. Petrol station, supermarket and restaurants not too far way as well. It's our go-to now for when we do the drive.
- John (2/5): Disgracefull - We arrived at the hotel at 12.50 and found a notice on the door saying the hotel was closed from 12.00 to 17.20. It 2was a Sunday and nothing was open, I am a diabetic and needed to eat, I am also severely disabled. One restaurant was open but was fully booked. The outside temperature was thirty-six degrees. This would mean that5 we would have to sit in our car for four and a half hours with the air con on. This was impossible for us both because of my condition and our ages, we are both in our middle eighties. So we had absolutely no option but to continue to our eventual destinationin the Limousin.
- Katerina (10/5): One of the best hotels in France - This was the best value for money hotel we stayed in I can’t believe the price for how nice it is compared to the other hotels in France and the cleanest the receptionist was the most polite lovely welcoming lady we met in France her English was amazing I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone the bakery opposite was beautiful and it’s only a 10/15 min drive to Le Mans circuit and 15 min drive to the old town

Automatic check in but not so easy to find room as in separate building. Parking outside, small village with bakery. 5 mins drive to restaurants. Signs on hotel are for p’tiit dej hotel.

- José (10/5): Juste parfait !!! - Si vous chercher un hôtel propre, calme et avec un excellent accueil c'est la bonne adresse. Nous avions réservé une chambre familiale qui c'est avérée spacieuse. Effectivement la déco est simple mais la propriété irréprochable et le calme parfait. Le petit déjeuner est très convenable et l"accueil est excellent. A refaire avec plaisir.

- Neill (10/5): Perfect hotel for an overnight stop on route! - We were travelling to Spain and wanted a inexpensive hotel situated a few hours from the ferry port. This hotel fitted the bill perfectly. It was spotlessly clean with a very comfortable bed with white bed linen. The large en suite was basic like the rest of the room and had a roomy shower with piping hot water The lady on reception was both helpful and welcoming. Thankfully she spoke perfect English as our only other language is Spanish. We will definitely use this hotel again. It is in a delightful village about 9 km South of Le Man. I have put directions below for anyone who wants to get there. Directions: leave the A28 at junction 24. Turn right at the roundabout immediately after the Toll booth. Travel along this road for a few kilometres until you reach a roundabout which clearly demonstrates that the village of Ruaudin is the turning to the left. As you drive into the village the hotel can be clearly seen on the far side of the car park in the village square.

- Hayden (10/5): Fantastic location, exceptional value - Stayed here one night en route to the Charente, We choose to stay in this area as it’s less than 2 hours from Le Havre and about the same to our destination, I cannot believe I haven’t found this fantastic hotel sooner, it’s right in the middle of the village, ideal for the A28. The staff are just exceptional, couldn’t do enough for us, it will definitely be my hotel of choice now.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Fine, for what it is - If you're traveling by car and just need a clean, inexpensive place to spend the night, this is great. There's nothing open nearby at night. The breakfast is reasonably priced, but the coffee is an instant coffee machine, so I passed and went down the block to the only bar around to get some real coffee, and got something to eat at the bakery across the street. But the building is new, parking is plentiful, rates are cheap, and the staff are very pleasant and hospitable.

- L S (6/5): Good budget hotel - Good budget hotel, much like we're used to when staying in France. Rooms clean, bed a little small and no staff present until the morning, but that's very much the norm.... really really great boulangerie / patisserie across the road though !!!
