- Paula Armstrong (9/5): Great location in Abilene, TX - I have stayed in this area for ministry trips for the past 4 years - this and other hotels in the area are taking advantage of regular travelers and the price was more than double for the same accommodations due to the the AI building that is going on in the area. Super disappointed that it cost me so much more to stay for a weekend.... The fire alarm went off the first night - I should have been automatically comped for having the stand outside in my PJ's until the source of the alarm was figured out...

There were, what looked like blood, stains on two doors and a curtain and there was lunch nest left in fridge. I am sure I will need to stay there again in the future while visiting son at college so I hope they hire a better cleaning staff.;

- Kristina (10/5): Happy in Abilene - My kids and I took a few days of Spring Break to visit ACU. We were so happy with our hotel accommodations. The pool felt wonderful after a day of walking. Staff was friendly and helpful! And we all enjoyed our Texas-shaped waffles.

- Jessica (6/5): Not so great but doable - The water pressure was sparce and cold water didn't work in the kitchen or bathroom sinks. The breakfast buffet had moldy muffins. The access door closest to our room lost functionality. The rooms were small for all that was crammed into them and the price charged. The t.v. volume didn't increase no matter how high we tried to turn it up.
- Macy (10/5): 10/10 would stay again - The Texas waffles were a hit although there should really be a sign that says Fill up to line 3 for one waffle, prob save you some batter bc it's huge! My kids loved egg n saus n yogurt. I love kitchenettes in the room, just so useful for a small family like us. We also brought our dog and it was very easy to take him out to potty. We were a family of 4 so my 3 and 6 yr old used the sofa bed but yikes. It is just springs. I asked for extra blankets to make them comfy, but 2 hours into their sleep, they both crawled into our king bed, and my husband had to sleep on the couch bed instead. I felt bad since he is the driver and he should be getting the best night's sleep!

- Cassie (2/5): Blood stains - Upon checking into the first room. The sheets had blood and urine stains on them. Onto the next room they changed us to a suite. The AC fan sounded like Kamala cackling all night long. Do not recommend this place at all. And all the manager said was sorry.

Our room was not ready two hours after designated check in time. Excuses, excuses. Our room smelled of cooked onions. The room reeked. Brought it to management's attention. Before even offering a solution, they said we are full and cannot move your room. I didn’t ask for a room change, just a solution. We left a day early. Will never stay there again.

- lindakerr8 (10/5): Why go anywhere else? - Beautiful property….even better the staff was wonderful the moment we walked through the door with our small service dog. Manager was working along side her co-worker it was blankly obvious they were a team and this manager sets the standard of “her” house. Ryan the night front desk attendant worked like a demon running both the front desk and setting up for breakfast. He did this all and was nothing less than cheerful and professional….what a staff! used the gym and it was spotless, pool looked clean, warm and inviting. This property not only has a front outside lounging area with fire pit, also a big area with loungers and an outside TV. Awesome layout of room, spotless, great shower, hot water to spare and big fluffy towels. Great stay will be back

It was all the “little” things that made a big difference. The room was clean, indoor and outdoor seating for breakfast, real box of Kleenex in the bathroom, Starbucks in the lobby, and much more.

- KS80537 (8/5): Yes, I Would Stay Here Again - Not at all a bad place to stay. The people were friendly, the breakfast was pretty good, and the room was pretty clean. There was rust on various fixtures; it could easily be dealt with either by replacing them or refinishing them, and it would make the hotel feel nicer.

- Tonya (7/5): Good - It was clean. Bed was hard my back was very sore. Breakfast was actually good. The TV was large and hanging up and they place your name on the TV which was really cool. Kitchenette was fully stocked. All in all it was a good stay.
- RAYMOND (10/5): - Was a nice stay. There are bbq grills in the courtyard if you wanna cook yourself. Highly recommend as I tried a few places for a ribeye. For what they cost you can grill yourself a feast! Quiet. And quick access to main roads.
- Kristen (2/5): Not military or female friendly - When I booked the room it made me use a debit card , it said “ won’t be charged “ when I arrived to the hotel Tina asked me what card to use and I wanted to use our credit card as this was a military move, she ran it but it put a $250 hold on both cards and I was given zero explanation, the neighbors above us were up and stomping the entire night , jumping from the bed to the floor until 11 when we called and complained, we drove 12 hrs there with 5 children trying to sleep, she said she would talk to them, 10 min later noise didn’t stop and it was darn near midnight, scaled back and she said she can’t do anything about it, went downstairs to talk in person and that guy just happened to be there, he got aggressive with me and my friend right in front of them and the staff stood there and did nothing, 2 females , 5 kids, from SC driving to Arizona , and felt completely unsafe there, will put this place on the do not stay during PCS moves page as we shouldn’t have had to deal with this.
