Guest Reviews
- Susan (10/5): - It was a very nice hotel. We'd been traveling through a few states and staying in a new hotel every night. The stay at Courtyard by Marriott Abeline was quite a splurge for us. We enjoyed the stay. It was pretty expensive.
- Danielle (10/5): Absolutely amazing!! - We love staying here, we come to Abilene often for business and always stay here. The staff is friendly and warm, rooms are beautiful, happy hour, bistro on site. Can't wait to come back. The only thing is that the tv is not in front of the bed, you have to turn it to face the bed and can sometimes hurt your neck.
- Barbara (8/5): - Multiple seating areas downstairs That no to go breakfast items are offered before 7:00 am
No night light available in your rooms’s bathroom
- Jessica (10/5): - The two ladies that work the counter were really nice. I expected a better quilty mattress, but it was still comfortable
- John (10/5): -
- Melvin (2/5): - Musty, moldy, humid, sparse, thin bed linens.
- Sherri (8/5): - I was pleasantly surprised at the food choices and quality at the Bistro in the lobby of the hotel!
- Kathy (10/5): - The staff were excellent and friendly
- Ricardo (10/5): I will stay here from now on - Decent breakfast.
- VICTOR (8/5): - The staff don’t clean the Room
No clean towels
The phone don’t work
- Berry (8/5): - Our room was very nice but hot. The staff was great and tried to fix it. They brought a fan in because the hotel was sold out and so we we couldn’t move which was very helpful.
- mcdonald (10/5): Good - All of it Room was a little hot
- Gloria (8/5): - Nice and clean room to small for the price too pricey
- Tiffany (10/5): - Always choose to stay here!
- Patricia (10/5): Reliable, Delicious, and Clean - The rooms and entire facilities were very clean! The breakfast options weee delicious and wirh Starbucks coffee!
- Jimmy (4/5): - Lack of attention to service and cleanliness is apparent.
- Carole (10/5): Beds were super comfy - Everything It was great
- Edward (10/5): - Excellent front desk customer service.
- rericksen (10/5): Business stay - I like this hotel. I wished it was closer to the south side of Abilene, but it’s really not that far away. Close to restaurants. Big parking lot. Easy to get to. Friendly staff. Clean room. Clean bathroom. Hot water came thru quick. Affordable. I’ll probably continue to stay here on future trips.
- Kimbra (5/5): Disappointed in room options. - Staff was friendly and facility was clean. I paid $322 for myself and two kids. We were in the kind with a pull out as this was the only room available. The pull out bed was awful. Very disappointing. We had to go downstairs and ask for more comforters and blankets to help cushion it. Way too expensive for that crappy of a bed option. No one wants to sleep on something so uncomfortable.
- Laura (8/5): - Good, clean hotel. Nice staff. The lady working the front desk had the best customer service and super sweet. However, she was the only one working the check in and there was a bit of a line when we got there. So check in took longer than expected… but overall good stay and good property.
- Nathan (10/5): - Quiet. Comfortable. Clean.
- Hetrick (9/5): Superb -
- David B (10/5): - Short stay but nice
- John (10/5): - Booked a 2-night stay for our 31st Anniversary. Property was well kept but showing some signs of age. Very friendly and accommodating staff, nice little bar and patio area.
Price was decent, but I booked a month ahead.
Overall, a nice property with great staff that needs a little remodeling to be a 5 star.

- Pedro (10/5): Exceptional -
- Micah (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice place
- Maggie (10/5): - We had a great stay here
- Heidi (10/5): - Perfect
- Dolores (9/5): Best place to stay on the east side of town - The bartender made a fantastic Old Fashion, the Bistro had great food, we could see our vehicle from our bedroom window, the room was very clean - even the shower head, and the layout of the room was useful. A soccor group was in the house and it was hard to keep up with clean common area floors/elevators. The amount I agreed to pay was less than what my credit card was billed.
- Aaron (10/5): Great place to stay the night - I stay here several times a year. They are consistent, clean, and kind every visit. The eggs aren’t that great.
- Shirley (10/5): - Always a comfortable room, we stay often due to family in the area. Any minor issues are always handled quickly and staff is friendly. Had a couple burned out light bulbs, but no problems. Hotel is close to dining and shopping, but at the end of a road, so there's not any through traffic and its lit up really well. I feel pretty safe with stuff in the bed of my truck.
- Joyce (8/5): Very good -
- Stefanie (7/5): Good -
- Christiane (10/5): - Front desk person checking in was warm and welcoming. Room was clean and quiet.
- Steven (10/5): Exceptional - Clean comfortable and very friendly staff
- Debi (10/5): Great staff, very friendly and helpful! - Great staff!!! Coffee aplenty, breakfast looked very good, I usually skip, but the hubby didn’t. Comfortable very quiet Not a thing
- Brenda (10/5): - The lady that checked me in was super friendly! My room was clean and available even though I arrived early. That’s a bonus. I would definitely stay here again.
- Edgar (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mikayla (8/5): - Love the Starbucks in the lobby. Wish hours were posted or Stated somewhere for all amenities (only the happy hour was stated the entire week i was staying there) -breakfast/starbucks, bistro/dinner. Also wish there was a way to get cash or even cash back on site.
- Stefanie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jennifer (6/5): Great but not perfect. - We got in late and my 12 year old slept on the pull out sofa bed. The sheets on the bed were covered with something that looked like dried mud. We took those off and found new sheets but it was gross.
- Raya (8/5): Very good - Nice, clean and comfortable facility N/A
- Verified traveler (4/5): Hair in the shower - I’m giving this hotel a low score because the shower was clearly not cleaned, there were a few hairs left from the previous guest and that’s plain gross.
- Shelley (10/5): Exceptional - Absolutely the friendliest staff every time you turned around. The breakfast was wonderful and very clean. The pool area was very clean and beautiful to look at at night.
- Tammy (10/5): - By far one of the cleanest hotel ive stayed in.
- Andrés (10/5): - Na
- Boyd (6/5): - Breakfast is pretty artificial. Evening coffee not available even though there is a Starbucks sign.
- Micheal (10/5): Exceptional -
- Carrie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Elizabeth (10/5): - This is one of our favorite hotels to stay at in Abilene. We have tried others and nothing compares to this one. Everything about it is perfect! Breakfast, cleanliness, friendliness, and especially the comfort of the beds ❤️
- MABEL M (10/5): - I loved this hotel. The room we picked was small but it was very clean, very nicely put together. Bathroom was huge and the breakfast was great. The beds were comfy and spacious as well. The pool was very fun for the kids.
- Taylor (7/5): Overall it was a decent experience. I’d stay again for the pool alone. - I loved the heated pool. Being able to take our kids swimming without it being freezing was so awesome! The room and building inside overall were beautiful. The staff was so friendly and welcoming at checkout. Our room never would get cool even with the air conditioner on all day and night. It was hot a lot of the time and made it very difficult to sleep. We ended up going to Walmart to buy a small fan which helped us be able to sleep. Also, there was a small amount of trash left under the beds in our room including a pacifier found by my 4 year old on the floor.
- Rebecca (9/5): Loved it. - Breakfast was great. That poor lady needed some help. A million people there for breakfast and one employee refreshing. She was cheerful and polite to the huge groups of people who were not treating her very nicely. She deserves a raise and a pat on the back.
- Esther (10/5): - Pleasant experience.
- Mary (6/5): We would cautiously stay here again. - It was beautiful, I loved the Starbucks and fireplace! The lady in the breakfast area our last day was very sweet and energetic! We didn’t have any toilet paper and our body wash was empty. I was standing in front of My 1 year old, making her bottle and she was crawling between the beds and she bumped her face just millimeters away from her eye, on the frame of the bed and got a small gash beside her eye. I didn’t realize there was sharp metal frames. It’s healed up now but it was a scary moment for us.
- Llena (10/5): - Nice accommodations.
- Stephanie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jeremy (6/5): - We were about to leave the room to leave and someone walked into our room with a key card. That person wasn’t supposed to be in my room.
- Delores (7/5): Good -
- Georgina (10/5): Comfortable,clean,safe - Quiet,clean
- Brandon (8/5): - Nice place
- Dinesh (10/5): - Excellent property. Very good welcome by the staff. Very quick and easy check in. The rooms were specious, clean and well appointed.
- Joshua (10/5): - Friendly staff. Very clean.
- Larry (9/5): Superb -
- Anonymous (1/5): Only problem was with Booking.com - Property was fine. Elevator was not working
- Cathy (9/5): Superb -
- Lindsey (8/5): Very good -
- Brad (8/5): Very good -
- Cathy (10/5): Lovely stay - Our room was clean and comfortable The location was a bit difficult coming in from the west hard to get to the hotel because it is located off a one way frontage road. We should have taken the off ramp just past the hotel. We had to drive around in the dark in unfamiliar territory for a bit to get to the correct hotel. It was frustrating but we were greeted very well and felt appreciated that we chose Courtyard.
- Robert (8/5): Very good -
- Kerri (10/5): - This was a great hotel. Very convenient to the college and restaurants. The front desk staff was welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and very quiet. We will definitely stay here when we return.
- barbus55 (10/5): Excellent staff, especially at the bistro. - After just experiencing the worst courtyard in history in Fort Worth Cityview, this courtyard was above being a wonderfully excellent experience. Very much like what you could expect from Marriott in days past- now long gone. Bistro side Rob- holy cow he was a breath of fresh air with outstanding drink creations and conversation. Rob made our stay 10 stars!!! Actually we can remember in the past, driving past Abilene, staggeringly tired, because we knew there was nowhere decent to stay. We cannot get over how much this town has progressed and become a much better experience.
- Ali (10/5): - Thanks
