The room had a dirty rag hanging over the shower curtain where the curtain didn't fit the shower so water ran over and soaked the floor. I didn6like i was charged for the room off what was supposed to be for insedentials and for parking when I had no car to park.

• VHager (10/5): Fairfield by Marriot shined - Location was great and easy to access from the airport. The atmosphere was inviting and elegant. I had a sweet and it was lovely to have that extra space. I thought it was was very clean. The noise level was surprisingly quiet and the service and amenities were wonderful. I want to shout out to Beverly at the front desk for her help and for excellent customer service. I came in on a redeye and she did everything she could to get me into a room as quickly as possible I could rest. I appreciated the breakfast and the sewing kit. I would definitely recommend this place again.

I’d drop it but eliminate the charge to park. The rates are very high now (Fairfield was once affordable) and to add a charge for surface parking when you stay there is not good

• Karen (2/5): Very dissatisfied - Clean friendly staff We did an early check-in so that we could use the pool came almost 3 hours. One way went to go on the pool and the pool water was completely dirty and cloudy we could not go in. I google if it’s OK to go in cloudy pool water and I said it’s very dangerous pool not being maintained. The elevator broke and I have two bad knees and had to climb the steps. The breakfast buffet was not up to poor as it usually is in these hotels as I stay at this chain all the time I. There was very little to choose from. It’s very rare for me to complain but there were way too many issues with this stay bed was good pillows were awful lumpy could not sleep.

• OnAir35862606599 (10/5): Cruise Ship Delay- Fairfield By Marriott Saved the Day - The cruise ship ( Carnival on 24 Nov) arrival was delayed by six hours. David and his staff graciously permitted our large group of 20 family members to remain in the lobby for six hours after the standard check-out time. They were professional and polite throughout the wait. Thank you for showing such compassion during our time of need. Marriott Gold Elite Member since June 2016.

I arrived to find a dirty room and asked for a room switch but none were available due to full capacity. The sheets were dirty and there was a red liquid spilled all over one of the nightstands. There was no hand soap in the bathroom. The pillows need replacing as they are all flat as pancakes and were worn out. The front desk offered no courtesy discount for the oversight and I only got one after asking. I was traveling for work and didn’t have the choice to book another hotel. I thought this was a nicer chain but this particular location needs improvement.

• Streets And Sons (6/5): - We booked 2 rooms. Both bathrooms had hair on the floors, toilets and around the shower area. One room smelled strongly of body odor. The breakfast bar was very limited in offerings and was poorly stocked. The hotel is close to Raymond James and has many restaurants near by.

• Amanda (7/5): Meh.. it was decent - The king suites were huge and the bathroom was really nice!! The building its self is in good condition and between other hotels across from newer condo buildings. Easy drive to Raymond James Stadium. Super close to a nice mall and lots of restaurants to chose from. There’s an uber/lyft sign by the front entrance which makes it easier to grab a ride if needed. I really liked that the hotel had that up front as a designated pick up/drop off spot. When we arrived to the room, the a/c was off and the room felt like it was damp, musty and the a/c thermostat read 77 degrees. Hotel was sold out due to a concert so we couldn’t get another room. We had to wait hours for it to drop to 70 where it was still musty in the air. The pillows are really soft to where your head sinks and the pillow ends up flat. I prefer a firm pillow. The sausage patties were grey and everything lacked flavor/seasoning. Unfortunately, it was just not good. It could have been an off day though.
• Patty (10/5): - The Hotel was close to the airport and the Arena. The front desk peeps were nice and patient with our payment method issues and with our hyper group when returning each night. The housekeepers on the 4th floor were exceptional the rooms were really clean and fresh ( I should know I own a cleaning company lol ) I hope they get a pay increase and show them some appreciation since I know they have to do so many in a very small time frame by the end of the day. The rooms in general were spacious and well-maintained and had all the necessities for a group of 4 grown adults. Breakfast had a good selection and started our days on a high note. Overall I would recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again. We might be back sooner than expected and bring a larger crowd of BTS ARMY. ( So a little purple decorations might be something to consider) 💜 That we ran out of time to truly enjoy sleeping in.

The toilet had a really bad smell, exhaust didn't do much and later realized smell was coming from drains in sink and toilet whenever water went thru them. Then breakfast was very mediocre. Eggs tasted plasticy and bread didn't look fresh as well. Coffee was non existent when we arrived and it took them a good 15-20 min.to get more, there was a line of people waiting for it by that time. Rooms were clean but much smaller than expected.
• Ashley (8/5): Clean, nice, and close to the airport - The hotel was close to the Rays stadium as I was in town visiting friends and to see a friend play baseball. Also the free shuttle to the airport and closeness helped as well. The staff was amazing and so nice the entire stay especially Alex. He provided wonderful customer service and answered all my questions Would have liked an alarm clock in the room and more tv channels but it was nice to have HBO Max and Netflix access.
• dimkiti (10/5): Great place to stay - Fairfield Inn & Suites Tampa Westshore/Airport nice hotel, has breakfast near restaurants. There is Walmart and Starbucks within walking distance. Has pool but its outside. Has airport shuttle. Has breakfast (self serve) that's not bad. Has 24hr tea/coffee area. Internet was slow and intermittent, at least for me. Room is standard hotel room with nice decor, Has large desk, TV. Bathroom has bathtub with shower. Temperature in room was difficult to maintain at comfort level as it would be cold or hot, ac won't just maintain it at steady temperature, but it wasn't bad at all. Parking here is not free, its $15 it maybe possible to park few blocks away in residential area but I didn't research. Hotel has computers for internet check and has printer, this is in a lobby. This hotel good for business or family stay Room was $132 before taxes, and if have car thats additional $15
