- Michael (7/5): - War etwas schwieriger zu finden, da Fußgängerzone. Parken war in der Vorsaison ok. Das Frühstück ist wirklich griechisch. 😁 Aber wenn es warm genug ist kann man vor dem Hotel, in der Fußgängerzone sitzen und durch die Häuser das Meer sehen. Sehr nettes hilfsbereites Personal und ruhige Lage des Hotels. Zimmer und Bad waren für mich recht klein (bin fast 2m groß).

- Patricia (6/5): Décevant , peu mieux faire. Cher pour ce que c’est. - Son emplacement et la gentillesse du personnel à la réception. La facilité de stationnement gratuit sur le parking d’à côté. Arnaque sur le supplément vue mer . On ne la voit que par un petit espace vide entre les bâtiments situés en front de mer. Les chambres sont très petites peu de place pour ouvrir sa valise . Pas de thé au petit déjeuner alors que l’employé vous soutient qu’il a du thé alors que ce n’est qu’une vague infusion. La salle de petit déjeuner trop petite . Pas de place. Ce meme employé nous propose d’aller d’aller déjeuner en terrasse alors qu’il pleut et qu’il n’y a même pas de parasol qui pourrait nous s abriter un peu. La chambre n’a pas été faite car nous sommes restés un peu dans la chambre à cause de la météo.

- Thodoris (10/5): Εξαιρετικό μέρος για να μείνεις - Η τοποθεσία του ξενοδοχείου είναι εξαιρετικά βολική. Στο κέντρο της πόλης. Με λίγα βήματα είσαι δίπλα στη θάλασσα, σε εστιατόρια και ταβέρνες. Το προσωπικό με βοήθησε πλήρως σε ό,τι χρειάστηκα. Αυτό που με ξάφνιασε ήταν το πόσο καλό ήταν το πρωινό. Μεγάλη ποικιλία και οτι πρέπει για να ξεκινήσει η μέρα σου.
- Nikos (10/5): 10/10 value for money - Everything was as advertised. The property was extremely close to the sea, with an amazing view. The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly and eager to help. Breakfast was tasty as well.
- Katarzyna (5/5): Alright for a night - -The aircon is powerful and heated up the room very quickly -The bed and pillows comfortable -Full blinds on the balcony door so it is nice and dark in the room -Did not stay for breakfast so cannot comment ;) but the staff packed me some breads and jams on request for which I am very grateful - I was able to enjoy sunrise at Xerokampos -Access code entry after certain hours which made my journey convenient -The room is VERY dated despite the lobby looking all done up (I thought I entered the wrong hotel!) -The shower was the worst - cold and with a single stream of high pressure- while at the same time being only a trickle, one of the worst showers I have experienced in a hotel - on top of this the shower cabin itself is old and appears to be dirty (it was not) -No parking (but available nearby)

- Mary (8/5): Typical, basic, clean, modern hotel room - Very clean; good shower; excellent location; breakfast included; secure pin codes for entry. Room is very small for two people if you have a suitcase. No kettle in the room and there's nobody at reception after 9pm. No bottled water in the room. The man at the front desk caused a bit of a fuss finding our key codes for entry, insisting that they should have been emailed to us (and repeatedly asking us to check our spam folder) rather than just literally giving them to us.

- Anthony (8/5): - It was in a good position but not beachfront as stated, hotel was clean modern and comfortable the large sun terrace was a bonus and you could see the sea from there but there was a street between hotel and seafront. Fotini was very helpful our phone charger wouldn't work so she let us hers for time we were there. Did not like the fact that it stated breakfast was from 7.30 am and 11am, when infact there was no breakfast available so we had to go down the street to coffee shop or onto the front for food which we had already paid for according to what was stated in ad.we booked for bed and breakfast paid for it but didnt get it not very happy

- Dimitrios (9/5): Lovely stay in Ierapetra - We were very satisfied with our stay in Coral Hotel. The hotel is located very conveniently near the city centre, very close to a free public parking. The room was very clean and tidy, and it was tended on a daily basis. The beds and pillows were exceptionally comfy, and we enjoyed our spacious balcony. Finally, the hotel staff was really helpful and friendly, eager to provide us with all necessary information during our stay. The room was a bit small. There was noise coming probably from other guests chatting at the corridors, which could get a a bit annoying.

Non solo non ci assomigliava, ma non ho avuto neanche la vista mare. L’ho fatto presente alla reception e mi è stato detto che dovevo contattare la manager, la quale non ha mai risposto e neanche richiamato. A parte il fatto che non penso dovessi essere io a contattare la manager, il prezzo che ho pagato per la camera che ho ricevuto è stato eccessivamente alto.

Thanks to Fotini, the soul of the hotel, we were upgraded. - Giovanna Rosa (6/5): - Um hotel honesto dentro da cidade de Ierapetra. A localização é excelente. A qualidade do quarto era inferior ao que esperava. Ajeitado porém não super confortável. O quarto tinha um cheiro ruim forte quando entrávamos e não era possível deixar as janelas abertas por conta do alarme. No mais o quarto tinha uma vista linda! A recepcionista foi muito cordata, não falava muito bem inglês mas foi solicita. Não possuem room service.

- Lawrence (9/5): Good hotel in central location. - Very central, huge balcony in the superior sea view room, excellent staff. Clean and modern. Room a bit small with very limited storage if staying for more than one night. No kettle in room. Bit expensive considering the limited facilities and not inclusive of breakfast.

- Pauline (10/5): Great location and friendly staff. - We loved the location. It was in the town centre so near to everything, all the shops and the beach. Fotini was extremely helpful, we arrived 2am in the morning due to flight delays and she was there to greet us. Great hospitality!
- Dprlp (7/5): Decent - The location is convenient, the stuff friendly and the room is clean. The air-conditioning was not working properly. The room was too warm. Also, it is quite small, and it lacks almost any option to hang clothes and bags, making it very uncomfortable and disorganised.
- Giuseppe (8/5): - La struttura è bella la camera standard con letto matrimoniale e piccolissima adatta solo per una persona per capirsi se hai anche le valige per due persone e soffocante e non ti rigiri. Ma fortunatamente la signora della reception ha capito la situazione e ci ha dato quella accanto che era leggermente più grande, poi dice con parcheggio ma in realtà è quello pubblico no privato.

- Ayça (10/5): Perfect stay. - We loved our stay. The location is great. Right in the middle of the town. Yerapetra is a very small town and this hotel is on the best spot. Just keep in mind that there aren't many beaches around. We didn't but it would be best to rent a car to go to farther beaches. But it didn't matter for us because we loved our room and the huge terrace with an amazing view. We just loved to spend the short time we have on the great terrace of our room. The breakfast was very good too. For a very good price you get a biig breakfast with Cretan 'Dakos' which incredibly delicious and a bunch of different pastries and homemade jams and more than you can eat ham. We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again. Nothing.

- Ilona (8/5): We enjoyed it, wish to return. - Everything was great. View at the see from the terrace was gorgeous. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We loved the nice lobby. Cleaning was excellent. The elevator worked well. The fridge in the cupboard made us happy. The glass door of the bathroom improved our intimacy :))) Although the terrace with glass walls gave a breathtaking view ,sitting there was not comfortable enough, we missed at least simple reclining chairs and a table. There was not a table in the room either, only a very narrow shelf.

- Tina (10/5): Lovely hotel in Ierapetra - Stayed for one week in a comfortable clean single room, with a bit of a sea view and a small balcony for relaxing of an evening and watching the world go by. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again.
- Todd (10/5): We stayed here only one night as we were on a tight schedule but would definitely stay here again! - Everything. Nothing not to like. Great location close beach, tavernas and shops in a great historic neighbourhood. Breakfast served on front patio in close proximity to the square, which was great for people-watching. The online pics do not do this gem of a boutique hotel justice! Only negative was that beach towels were rental items and not provided free of charge.

- Tucker (8/5): We loved the staff (who went out of their way to be accommodating), the hotel was very up market, but to be truthful, we - Amazingly helpful and kind staff, lovely clean room with an amazing view. It was in a noisy location, particularly at night and more personal to us, we have a very expensive motorbike and felt concern where we had to park it as the hotel did not have any parking.
