• David (8/5): Good place if you like to be just a little away from the centre, but still in touch. - Just out of the centre but that suited me, especially as there is a really good cafe / bar frequented by the locals 100 yards away - called The Waikiki, by the way - Not much.

• Alja (8/5): Heel comfortabel verblijf maar medewerkers voldoen helemaal niet. - Comfort van de infrastructuur, twee toiletten, twee badkamers, fantastisch terras. Ontbijt Het ontbijt is ondermaats en ver van het appartement (900m). Aanbod is heel beperkt, het personeel ziet geen werk. Terras is aangenaam. Logement We kregen geen antwoord op onze vooraf gestelde vragen. De sleutelcode werd niet gecommuniceerd, de receptie is open tot 20:30. We waren er net op tijd, misschien had een latere aankomst tot gevolg kunnen hebben dat we noodgedwongen een ander logement moesten zoeken. De sleutelcode van de deur van het appartement wordt klokslag om 11:00 verwijderd op de dag van vertrek. Onhandig als je de bagage in verschillende etappes naar beneden brengt. Je k7 t niet meer binnen.

• Βλαστου (4/5): Δεν είναι επαγγελματίες!!! - Ωραίο και άνετο το δωμάτιο. Εύκολο parking . Δεν μπήκαν ποτέ να καθαρίσουν το δωματιο(4 διανυκτερεύσεις),να αλλάξουν σεντόνια,να πάρουν σκουπίδια κλπ.Την 2η μερα επικοινώνησα μαζι τους κ με ενημέρωσαν οτι καθαριότητα γίνεται τη 3η μέρα......ωστόσο μου έδωσαν 2 πετσέτες που ζήτησα .....έφτασε η 3η μερα επέστρεψα με 2 παιδιά να ξεκουραστουμε κ το δωμάτιο πάλι δεν είχε καθαριστεί προσπάθησα να επικοινωνήσω μαζι τους αλλα δεν απαντούσαν .....μετα απο καμία ώρα με πήραν πίσω τους ανάφερα τα παραπάνω κ η απάντηση του κυρίου ηταν οτι δεν θα προλαβε η κοπέλα κ αυτα ειναι ανθρώπινα (όχι ανθρώπινα δεν είναι όταν έχεις πληρωθεί για αυτή την υπηρεσία ειναι υποχρέωση) κ κλείσαμε το τηλέφωνο για να δει τι μπορει να κάνει ... Μαντέψτε δεν έκανε τπτ δεν με πήρε ποτέ!!!! ΜΑΚΡΙΑ ΑΠΟ ΤΟ ΚΑΤΆΛΥΜΑ ΟΙ ΑΝΘΡΩΠΟΙ ΔΕΝ ΕΙΝΑΙ ΕΠΑΓΓΕΛΜΑΤΙΕΣ !!!!!!! ΜΟΝΟ ΤΑ €€ ΤΟΥΣ ΕΝΔΙΑΦΈΡΟΥΝ!!!!

• Rozalinda (9/5): Very short uncomplicated stay in a pleasant place. - Arrived late at night and could not find check-in details but the host was responsive, immediately replied and gracious. Parking easy. Comfortable bed, could almost self-cater. Good location with places to eat nearby or 12 min walk to the centre. And good views of the sea on the way to breakfast, which is an appreciated extra. Professionally managed, easy to access, clean, good wifi, meets the bill.

Śniadania byly jednym z aspektów dla, których wybraliśmy ten apartament i gdybyśmy wiedzieli jak wyglądają to wybralibyśmy inne miejsce
• Schepers (7/5): - Heerlijk bed, lekker geslapen. Mooi uitzicht. Schoon . Geen last gehad van lawaai zoals sommige zeggen. Goed geïsoleerd. Boulevard en stad centrum heelijk op loopafstand met leuke restaurants en winkels . Griekenland op zijn grieks. Niet erg veel tourisme. Heerlijk. Geen mens gezien . Alle deurcodes krijg je via email. Geen sleutels waar je om hoeft te denken. Geen personeel gezien, maar dat was niet storend. Met 2 personen geen ruimte voor koffers of kleding. Alles is krapjes met 2 personenen. Er mist een bezem dat je e en je vloer tussendoor kan vegen. Ontbijt moet.je 800 meter voor lopen en is in een ander hotel Ontbijt heeft weinig variatie dus we hebben ook maar 1x de moeite genomen om er smorgens.heen te gaan. Lidl was dichtbij , dus daar broodjes en beleg gehaald.

• Andre (7/5): Too small for a long comfortable stay! - The apartment is located outside the city center and close a nice park with a few cafes and restaurants nearby. The apartment is small and with single beds. There is no room on the balcony and the kitchen is just too small. The door to the balcony did not close tight and the air was whistling through it; which was waking us during the night.

• Michel Vanwarreghem (8/5): Hormis le problème du petit déjeuner, hôtel très satisfaisant. - Etablissement récent, très propre, bien situé à quelques dizaines de mètres de la plage, avec possibilité de se garer facilement à coté. Le petit déjeuner servi dans un autre établissement à 800m de l'hôtel. Pas clairement dit dans le descriptif de l'hôtel. Petit déjeuner basique, jus de fruit pas terrible à éviter.
• Andres (7/5): - The location of the apartments is a bit out of center easy to reach and to find parking. The staff we met were professional and friendly. The sewer system ventilation needs updating and kitchen cupboards smelled of mold. Due to some technical issues it was necessary to get a key from another place.
• Ολυμπία (10/5): Εξαιρετική διαμονή θα σας προτιμήσουμε ξανά! - Η τοποθεσία ήταν φανταστική! Μόνο λίγα μέτρα από την πλατεία της Ιεραπετρας, σε ήσυχο μέρος μπροστά από την θάλασσα! Το πρωινό το πήραμε στο Coral Hotel αλλά αυτό δεν ήταν πρόβλημα γιατί το γνωρίζαμε από πριν από τις πληροφορίες! Τα κρεβάτια είναι πάρα πολύ ποιοτικά και ο ύπνος μας ήταν υπέροχος! Είχε μέσα στο δωμάτιο και δορυφορικά κανάλια το οποία μας βόλεψε γιατί παρακολουθούμε ένα ξένο πρόγραμμα συνήθως! Το προσωπικό πολύ ευγενικό και η καθαριότητα άψογη! Το self check in ήταν πολύ βολικό και έκανε το ταξίδι μας πολύ άνετο μιας και φτάσαμε αργά! .

Η τοποθεσία είναι ιδανική, κοντά στο κέντρο αλλά και σε ήσυχο σημείο δίπλα στη θάλασσα. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ καθαρό, άνετο και προσεγμένο, με ποιοτικά κρεβάτια που μας χάρισαν ξεκούραστο ύπνο. Το προσωπικό ήταν ιδιαίτερα ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό, πάντα πρόθυμο να μας βοηθήσει. Μας άρεσε επίσης η ευκολία του check-in και οι παροχές του δωματίου που κάλυψαν πλήρως τις ανάγκες μας.
• Ραφαελα (10/5): Πολύ ευχάριστη διαμονή με προσεγμένες λεπτομέρειες – αξίζει την επιλογή! - Μείναμε απόλυτα ικανοποιημένοι από τη διαμονή μας. Ο χώρος ήταν καλαίσθητος, περιποιημένος και πολύ καθαρός, ενώ οι εγκαταστάσεις ήταν σύγχρονες και λειτουργικές. Η τοποθεσία βολεύει τόσο για βόλτες όσο και για χαλάρωση, αφού συνδυάζει πρόσβαση σε σημεία ενδιαφέροντος με ηρεμία. Το προσωπικό ξεχώρισε για τον επαγγελματισμό και τη φιλική του διάθεση, κάνοντάς μας να νιώσουμε άνετα από την πρώτη στιγμή. Συνολικά, όλα κύλησαν ομαλά και χωρίς κανένα πρόβλημα.

• James (10/5): Comfortable apartment in town. - Excellent 2nd floor apartment with lift access. Easy electronic entry, great location, short walk into main town. Very comfortable bed, large apartment. Excellent staff on arrival and for breakfast. Nothing, all was good.

• Ashley Joanna (10/5): Fotini was brilliant. There was a mix up with key collection but she came down and ensured I got to my apartment safely. - Nice location. Very close to the sea When I first arrived I was told by Fotini that I should have been at the apartment but actually, the instructions said to go to the hotel to collect the key. It was the early hours of the morning do perhaps this was the issue. Couldn’t get into safe.
• Vicki (8/5): - Location was really good we loved the short walk to the beach, stores and restaurants. The rooms were very nice. The town was very friendly and nice to see all the outdoor physical activity facilities .We found the kitchen a little small for four people.

Impiegata reception dove abbiamo ritirato le chiavi gentilissima e disponibile. Risposta su booking in tempo reale. Consigliatissimo Tutto perfetto. Un solo consiglio: sarebbe opportuno aumentare la dotazione utensili cucina e avere una scopa e paletta a disposizione per eventuale sabbia del mare.

• Simon (10/5): Seaview penthouse - The main hotel reception staff were so helpful in welcoming us to our accommodation. We had reserved the penthouse suite in the apartments a short walk away from the centre town boutique hotel. Communications was quick, efficient; they made it possible and notified us that our rooms were available early. The penthouse suite was just great! Location, space, privacy, flexibility, amenities and comfort. Could not have asked for a better stay. Nothing was too much to ask for. The apartment was a single block from the beach, great views all round and quiet. Air condition system was cleverly connected to all doors/windows and therefore all had to be closed to enable the system to work and not waste energy - simple and innovative to preserve the environment and reduce costs. There was very little to not like about the property. The only comments I had were related to the kitchen amenities being somewhat dated. While most appliances were provided you could tell these were of some age. We did not cook onsite so no further comments. Modernise the kitchen and you have a great apartment even greater.

• Davidbn21 (8/5): Great stay in Ierapetra - I liked how quiet the area was but only 10 minutes walk to the centre along the harbour. I was upgraded to the top floor suite as there were building works outside the original rooms window. Great balcony, views, local location
• Nadine Annette (4/5): - Das Apartment befindet sich etwa außerhalb des Stadtkerns von Ierapetra, die Rezeption im Hotel Coral ist fußläufig innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Gegend drumherum wirkt ein wenig heruntergekommen. Den Stadtstrand von Ierapetra erreicht man innerhalb von 2 Gehminuten, Tavernen und Bars an der Strandpromenade sind ebenfalls innerhalb weniger Minuten zu erreichen. Das Apartment selbst ist teilrenoviert, vieles wurde notdürftig geflickt. Insgesamt ist es sehr klein und bietet kaum Ablagemöglichkeiten und keine Sitzgelegenheit außer auf dem Bett. Außerdem ist es sehr hellhörig. Das Bad schien nicht renoviert, die Dusche war nicht sauber und in der Duschwanne befinden sich viele Risse. Sowohl im Bad selbst als auch in der Dusche ist es wegen der Enge kaum möglich, sich zu bewegen. Die Küche ist spartanisch ausgestattet, allerdings gibt es eine Filterkaffeemaschine, eine Nespressomaschine, einen Sandwichtoaster und eine Herdplatte. Das Geschirr war nicht besonders sauber, der Kühlschrank auch nicht. Der Zimmerservice kam erst auf Nachfrage. Wenn man nur eine Übernachtungsmöglichkeit benötigt, ist das Apartment für 1-2 Nächte in Ordnung, für erholsamen Urlaub meiner Meinung nach nicht der richtige Ort. Die Fotos und die Hotelbeschreibung haben mehr versprochen.
• Kamal (8/5): Convenient and comfortable stay - Fotini was very welcoming and gave me tons of useful information, maps and places to eat. The location and convenience to the beach and restaurants, easy to park and was quiet for the most time. The bathroom was a little dated and the shower head could do with replacing (Apt 14). I was expecting a living room space but we were fine and had fun hanging out in the bedrooms and the location/convenience made up for it.

• Constantina (10/5): Came from australia to see family. This was a great central location and very very clean every single day - Very clean, the staff were extremely friendly! In a very central location everything was at our door step. It was quite small for our family, however, we did know this and for our budget it suited just fine, we only came to sleep so it was perfect.

• Iivi (9/5): Wonderful place in a lovely little town. - Perfect location, very pleasant surroundings, everything at close walking distance, beach nearby, nice views on the sea and the mountains. Good to sleep and nice soundscapes, lovely sounds of the sea and birds, quiet at night. Some little things, like shelves (bathroom abd fridge), doorhandles etc need fixing. Modest kitchen with just one cooking plate, no oven.
• David (4/5): Having seen the flat we decided not to stay - general location did not feel like a holiday place. - After we inspected it we didn't stay - and lost our money. It was just a grim flat near a grim part of the coast. Ierapetra really is not a place to hang around and we returned to Agios N.
• Mariya (1/5): NOT recommended at all - Absolutely awful, nothing like the photos - old furniture, bad wall/floor finishes and decorations, very tight terraces with almost no view at all, not cleaned well. We asked for another room, but they didn't even bother to call us back (even to say "no" to our request). Bear in mind that the area is noisy, smelly and dark.

The cleaning staff were very polite and did a great job daily Had to collect from a different location and was only advised by email the day before, unfortunately i dint check my email the day before and had to walk a few hundred meters to their main hotel that had someone at reception.

• Verified traveler (6/5): OK for a day or two ... - So the positive things first: the location is great, two steps from the beach. The Waikiki Beach Bar rents sun beds for EUR 3.50 per day which includes the price of the first drink so it's a good deal. The beach is OK with some tricky areas to get into the water but all in all, fine for a day or two. The apartments are also only a short stroll away from restaurants and shops so really, I would say the location is perfect if you are looking for some life and action. The apartments are nicely decorated in a modern style which I find appealing. The negatives - for me - outweigh the positives. The first thing that hit me was the very strong perfumed smell in the apartment. I traced it down to the curtains which I thought was rather strange. The second thing was the size of the rooms which are teeny tiny itsy bitsy with a very small kitchen. They have very, very skilled photographers working for them, that is for sure. Also, the apartments are very poorly insulated so basically you feel like you share a room with your neighbours. Every time a tap is opened, a chair is moved, a conversation is had ... you will hear it. I always sleep with earplugs so sleeping was fine for me. The windows do not have bug screens so do not open the window, mosquitos will just charge in. The hotel also doesn't provide any mosquito plugs which is usual on this island. Please go discover the rest of the island, there are some AMAZING places to stay, this is not one of them.

The beach is just in front of the building 30 m. The beds are super and the apartment was very clean. The reception is in another hotel and the stuff there was extremely friendly and they made us feel like home. They are great hosters, thank you so much! I hope to see you again in the future!! 💜

The hotel is new and very clean and the kitchen was fully equipped, very convenient for a family. Vera the maid at the hotel is very friendly and always available for you. The beach is in front of the hotel and the area is very quiet there

We stayed ten days and we really enjoyed it. The room was very clean and the stuff very friendly. It was worthy the price. Thank you!!
• LudoPrague (4/5): Ok Only if you want to sleep there... - The appartment is quite nice, recently refurbished.. But the environment is not good. It's just in front of a parking for buses and it is very noisy. There is a balcony but it is very small and it is not pleasant to stay there due to all the buses and the noisy street. Overall, very disappointing experience... Also to note, the evacuation of rhe airco goes on the balocny so it is constantly with a few cms of water...just crazy....
• 353bramc (10/5): Excellent Accommodation - The apartment we rented was truly lovely, nice neutral decor, modern and tasteful. The bed had a very good mattress.The area was quiet at night. Located a short distance from the sea it couldn't be better. The staf at the nearby Coral Boutique Hotel was extremely helpful. Can't think of a better value for money place to stay in Ierapetra.

• Pam (6/5): My first visit to Lerapetra - I stayed here with my daughter, son and grandson. The hotel were very accommodating as we arrived early hours and we were met by a extremely helpful and polite housekeeper who showed us to our hotel. She also provided us with information about the best places to eat. We travelled to Sanrorini for a couple of days and the receptionist at the coral boutique apartment was very helpful as I needed to store my luggage. The apartments are within walking distance to the beach, bars and restaurants. In my opinion the photographs of the rooms are very deceptive and make the rooms look much bigger than they actually are. The rooms are clean and functional and I would recommend staying here.
• Gabriela1802 (10/5): Best accomodation in Ierapetra - Very nice staff & owner. The girl at the reception was lovely. She helped us with everything we needed in terms if informations about the area and car rental. Every time we were visiting the reception for informations we were served with ice cold lemonade. A nice touch from the hosts. The owner picked us up from the bus station with his own car because our very late arrival. We appreciated all the little things that made our stay in Coral a very pleasant one. The apartment itself was lovely, provided with everything you could need. On arrival we found cold water and orange juice in the fridge, also a small bottle of local raki. The bed was very comfortable. We loved staying in the evening on the balcony watching the sea. It's a very good value for the money you pay.

• MOHAMED (8/5): Un bon plan pour séjourner à Ierapetra - Nous n'avons passé qu'une nuit et donc peu profité de la petite cuisine qui peut être utile pour un séjour plus long. Attention, il n'y a pas d'accueil et il faut téléphoner au gérant qui vient vous remettre les clés dans les 5 minutes. Le centre ville est à 200 m à pied.
• Verified traveler (4/5): modernes Apartment auf ca. 25 m2 - Das Apartment vereint auf ca. 25 m2 eine Miniküche, das Schlafzimmer, das Bad und einen Miniflur. Es ist modern ausgestattet, das Haus hat auch einen Fahrstuhl. Es besitzt leider nur eine(!) Herdplatte (nur für Tütensuppen geeignet), einen Wasserkocher, einen 135l-Kühlschrank, teilweise Küchenausstattung (Schneidbrettchen, Kochmesser, Korkenzieher waren leider nicht vorhenden; der Toaster sollte nachgeliefert werden, SOLLTE!). Das Hauptproblem des Apartments ist, dass es außer zwei Barhockern keine Sitzmöglichkeiten gibt. Die Lautstärke der Straße war im 1. Stock gerade noch erträglich, da die Terasse einen Teil des Lärms abschirmt; im Erdgeschoss (ebenerdig) stelle ich es mir weniger lustig vor. Nach der Dusche musste man sich im Flur abtrocknen, da dies im Bad ( bin 1,75m hoch; 60kg) nicht möglich war.
• Argir0T (10/5): Excellent modern appts next to the sea. - Modern and warm appt with well-equiped kitchen, clean and peaceful, perfect wi-fi (free), great hospitality, economical price, great bed with anatomic mattress, next to the sea-side and close to the town center. Highly recommended !
• Yimika (10/5): Nice apartment with lovely staff - Coral Apartment is a nice place to stay. It is located in Lerapetra. There are many shops, restaurants, bakeries, mobile phone shops and so on within walking distance. The waterfront and port are a few minutes walk. In the summer you can do a day trip to Chrissi Island. The owner and staff are very friendly and helpful. They made us very welcome and went out of their way to make sure our trip went well. I highly recommend and will definitely stay again.
