Beautiful architecture. Lovely staff. Tired, in need of maintenance, strong mould smell in some rooms. Definitely needs a coffee machine of sort, like a percolator at a minimum.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was not very good. The freezer was broken so all ice we bought just melted. It could do with some general maintenance. Needed more sun lounges.

Sunny swimming pool. Some rooms had mosquito nets on the bed. Some bathrooms are open air with large bathtub shower combinations. Baths were quite high to get into. Open air bathrooms were concerning with mosquitoes. Other bathrooms had walk in showers and weren’t open air. These weee great.

• Christine (10/5): Huge Villa at great price. - Very large Villa with loads of room for large families. Pool was lovely and very big. Staff were wonderful nothing was any problem. Breakfast was great and served in an air conditioned dining room. Quick 5 minute walk to beach with bars and cafes. Every room was huge with its own bathrooms. There are a few things need fixing so don't expect too much and you'll love it. But for the price its amazing.

• Bastian (3/5): a lot to be desired. - the property is large and has a lot of space for a bigger group to enjoy. the staff were also extremely nice, even though their English is very very limited and they are terribly clueless when asked anything. Where do we start? The villa is full of potential, however, it needs major improvements, repairs and is hazardous in some areas, such as broken stairs, broken decking. Many of the light fittings were not working. During our 3 days stay we had no hot water in our en-suite bathrooms. We had to tell management to clean the pool as we couldn’t see the bottom , the water was very cloudy because of the algae. Overall: The villa was in a very poor state on arrival. Regardless, the staff were lovely but they are not trained and don’t speak English. They tried their very best and were very nice, it’s upsetting that management put them in such a situation. Poor management indeed. The breakfast was included but we did avoid at all cost after day one, it was the worst we had on our 10 day trip. The staff was smoking in the little room behind the kitchen, which made the kitchen and dining room reek of cigarettes. This villa could be a dream place to stay but it is definitely not suitable for rental until they fix it up. On a good note, the beds were very comfortable, air con was working, and the pool, once clean, was a delight.

• Christy (9/5): great Villa, great staff and great location - this property is huge, we thought we were at reception… but nope it was one of 3 outdoor lounge areas! all bedrooms had their own ensuite. staff were amazing a little maintenance is required but overall this doesn’t affect the stay itself
