Clean, great bed good lighting and the staff are absolutely fantastic there is nothing they wouldn't go out of their way to help you with.

- Daniel (9/5): Centrally located and more than comfortable! - It was very comfortable. To be perfectly honest, I can be a bit of a snob when it comes to hotel rooms. I was more than comfortable, to the point that I’d not just consider it but likely choose it for an extended stay. Check in and check out were simple and streamlined. I’d actually wished they’d asked me how my stay was so that I could sing my praises! Perfect location, plenty of dining options at the doorstep and a few minutes walk from shopping. If my only negative was the shower door squeaking, then I think I’ll live haha

- Tenison (8/5): Location was convenient for the purpose of the visit. - The staff we encountered were friendly, polite, respectful and helpful. The carparking was easy to access and exit. We were disappointed that when we enquired about staying in the future the site was unable to price match the on-line offering. We wanted to book for a stay in the near future, the price stated was $30 - $60 above on-line offerings.

- Kate (3/5): - Location and parking Flickering light above bed. air-conditioning took forever to work. Called staff over air conditioning. Reported air-conditioning at 830 and the staff said they would come up.after 2 hours of waiting I went down to reception. Lack of disability aids in bathroom even though it was the disability room. Lack of cleaning stuff. One tiny sachet of dishwashing liquid. could not use the cheep Tea towel ,obviously brand new putting fluff on the dishes. Thought spending the extra money would make it comfortable for my wife with leukaemia. Paid high end prices but certainly did not have a nice stay. The other place we stay is less than half the price but so much better.

Easy to the main shopping centres and restaurants within walking distance. - Noise from the exhaust fan of the building even though the air con is a seperate one in the room, and the noise drives people nuts, couldn’t get to sleep. Not sure if only the room I booked or all the rooms got this noise. - Exhaust fan in the bathroom was located exactly above your head when sitting the loop, no way to turn it off. - Not enough power to bump the shower head in the bathroom - Dusty on the shelf where toilet paper is placed

Las maids muy atentas igual que en el mostrador No me ayudaron al momento de no recibir una compra on line Omití colocar número de unit por lo que se llevaron de vuelta el paquete. The shower stem is installed so that shower head could not be angled downward. The shampoo rack is situated in a poor location... One bumps into it constantly when showering. The shower screen is too small, so the bathroom floor gets very wet. There are no rails to hold on to when stepping out out a slippery bath with an inclined surface.
