• Verified traveler (6/5): No good at this Hotel - Hotel asked check-out time is AM10:00; No luggage storage service provided. So, you must carry your luggage to work around the street, due to flight is at night.
• Eric (10/5): Une chambre immense à faible prix - Mes meilleures nuits au Japon. L'hôtel est certes un peu dur à trouver (Il faut sortir de la station NANBA par la galerie "Walk of nanba", sortie 5B et faire demi-tour) mais la chambre vaut le coup. La chambre est immense et permet un séjour agréable. La salle de bain est très grande et pour la première fois, il y avait des sels de bains pour profiter d'un bain détente. Le personnel parle peu anglais, mais en tâtonnant un peu on réussit à se comprendre. Le petit déjeuner à la japonaise est monté dans la chambre.
• Verified traveler (6/5): エレベーターさえ新しくなれば、更に快適です。 - ビジネスプランで３度目の利用になります。 立地的にはラブホ街のど真ん中になりますので、人によっては抵抗感があるかも…。 ただ室内はビジネスホテルよりだいぶ広いので、快適です。（特に風呂が広いのが有難い） 欠点はエレベーターの遅さ。他の階でボタンが押されると（使用中）となり利用できるまでに 非常にに時間がかかります。 従業員の方も使うらしく、１階でエレベーターが降りてくるまで５分近く待たされました。 その間に他の客たちと鉢合わせになり、多少気まずい感じでした（笑）
• Hoon (10/5): 매우 만족했습니다. - 러브호텔이란 편견이 무색할만큼 매우 만족했습니다. 방 크기, 샤워, 월풀욕조, 어메니티 등 모두 만족 ^^ 일본인 주인분도 매우 친절했고 난카이난바역과 도톤보리 같은 주요 지역과의 접근성도 매우 훌륭했고 가격도 다른 호텔에 비해서는 상대적으로 저렴했습니다. 저는 추천합니다.

• 出張疲れ (2/5): 朝食付きって・・・ - 所謂ラブホテルを通常よりむちゃくちゃ高く貸しているだけです。予約して行くとパネルの宿泊料金よりはるかに高額にとられます。予約なしの客には対面ではなく自動精算機を使用するのに予約をすると身分証明書のコピーを求められます。特筆すべきは朝食のお粗末さです。刑務所の食事かと思いました（刑務所の食事は想像ですが）。スーパーホテルのような無料提供の食事が高価な食事に思えました。いずれにしてもこのホテルは二度と利用することはありません。
• Verified traveler (2/5): Major disappointment! - As a last minute stop to Osaka this was the only hotel available within walking distance to what we wanted to see. We knew what an "adult hotel / love hotel" was so no issues there, plus there were other tourists just using it as a normal hotel. The cost was quite inflated though for the luxury of having a reservation for a room usual booked for walk-in "short stays". Firstly, there was a used tissue sitting on the couch when we entered... gross. Light fixtures were loose in the ceiling, and the wood in the bathroom was rotting. There were also stains on the carpet and the bed base. Having used an adult hotel in Tokyo in previous days which was immaculate, it was extremely disappointing this hotel was so bad.

• Verified traveler (2/5): totally disappointed! Bad - First, the location was a little bit hard to find out as it was in narrow lane. And we encountered an incident while checking in. This was my first time to visit Japan and we had no idea at all that the booking fee of the hotel Jay was counted based on the number of people! ! Even though it was the double-bed room (supposed for 2 people)!!! And the receptionist was Japanese, although she tried hard to explain the booking fee was just for 1 people only, we totally cannot understand how this would came! The only solution she offered was asking us to pay the DOUBLE fee which we cannot accept as this was totally out of our expectation! We tried to contact Expedia later by voice roaming to seek whether there was another solution to settle the problem. However, we didn't think the customer services from Expedia had helped us to negotiate with the hotel at all! They just called back the hotel for just a few minutes and the outcomes was just asking us to pay the DOUBLE fee again! What a worse idea! Even cancelling for part of the booking fee was not executed!@@ We were totally disappointed for the bad service from Expdiea since we called them for almost one hour! by voice roaming! No solution! Money wasting! also, the un-modifiable standpoint of the receptionist made me feel bad. We spent over 1 hour and tried to seek the better way to settle the problem but nothing changed. All is Double fee.....this trip was totally destoried........
• Verified traveler (8/5): 駅近 - 地下鉄なんば駅や、南海なんば駅から近いです。 窓が無いですが、部屋も広いし、バスルームも広いですので、 自分はあんまり圧迫感は感じませんでした。 ただ、アダルトオンリーなだけあって、一言で言うとラブホテルです。 女性は入り辛いかもしれません。

• HYEONTAE (6/5): 어덜트 전용 숙소~^^;; - 숙소 규모가 생각보다 작았으며, 숙소 환기창이 유리가 아니어 우풍이 심하며, 숙소 바로 뒷편으로 고속도로가 있어 소음에 민감한 사람들은 잠을 이루기가 힘들것 같네요 ㅎㅎ 그 외 청결도나 전철역과의 거리 등은 만족스러운 편이었습니다 ^^;;
• Verified traveler (10/5): 難波駅から近いホテル - 難波駅の出口を出たら徒歩で２分ぐらいでした。道頓堀まで徒歩圏内でした。１００ｍ以内にファミリーマートがあり、飲食店も近くにたくさんあります。ファッションホテルをビジネスで利用する形ですね。1人だとさびしいですが、部屋は広いし、アメニティーもそろっています。空港に行くには、ＪＲなんば駅内の２Ｆからリムジンバスが1050円で関空まで４８分で行けます。

• love (10/5): 駅チカで便利 - ライブ遠征のため、1人で宿泊させて頂きました。 駅に近く、シャンプー等も何種類かあり、自分の好きな物を貸し出して貰える所が良かったです。 朝食は軽めですが、私にはちょうど良かったです。 味噌汁、美味しかったなぁ。 またライブで心斎橋の方へ行く時は利用させて頂きたいと思います。

• Apple (8/5): 가격대비 좋은 위치, 깔끔한 룸 - 러브호텔이라고 해서 걱정했는데 깔끔하고 직원들도 친절해서 좋았습니다.
• Junghyun (10/5): 깨끗하고 조용함 - 근처역이라고 표기된 난바역과는 살짝 거리가 있었습니다. 골목이기도 했고요. 하지만 객실은 넓고 깨끗하고 조용해서 정말 좋았습니다. 객실 정돈도 잘 되어 있고요. 덕분에 정말 좋은 여행이 되었습니다. 다음번에 또 오사카에 갈 일이 생긴다면 반드시 또 이용하고 싶어요.

• Verified traveler (4/5): bargain stay - Stayed for 2 nights - Its a love hotel but if you can get over that, bargain priced room (size for cost) - hotel a bit rundown, breakfast is basic (bento, skipped it the second day) however for price/location/size of room its hard to beat when compared to normal hotels - particularly if you get sick of the typical small japanese hotel room sizes Some additional notes - you need to hand key in every time you leave - relatively painless process - closest station exit is B1(50-100m away)

• j.l (2/5): Not a recommended stay for travelers - This "hotel" was not necessarily a hotel for foreign people staying in the area and traveling to Osaka the sign directly outside the hotel eluded to idea of unwarranted and explicit acts that do not pertain to the enjoyment of visiting another city. Did not actually stay here upon arrival found and spent additional money on another hotel. Would not recommend or revisit this establishment.

• JISANG (8/5): Love Motel but perfect to stay for traveller - This booking is for my girlfriend. So I heard from her. Even it is love motel but she felt it was very comfortable. Thank you for giving room the top floor and larger space. The bath was clean and big.The location is perfect to Namba. Breakfast bento were also very nice, but only menu is varied once. Just one thing, is the window zone linked to the other room?
• ナオさん (2/5): ラブホテル - Expedeiaのアダルト オンリーという表示の意味が判っておらず、子供連れお断りくらいに理解していたため、住所を頼りについたところが、純然たるラブホテルであったことに大変驚いた。部屋はビジネスホテルに比べると遥かに広く、また、風呂場は自宅の風呂場よりも広いので、その意味では快適に過ごすことができた。奇妙なのは、服等の収納スペースがまったくないこと。収納スペースどころか、部屋全体にハンガーがまったくない。そのため、脱いだコートや背広を掛けることができず、畳んでソファの上に投げ出すしかない点は、不自由であった。スタッフの接客態度は非常に良く、朝食も部屋まで届けて呉れてえ、その意味でも好感が持てた。
• Lee (6/5): Hard to locate hotel - Big room. A 8 min walk brings you to main Namba city centre. Difficult to locate the hotel. Its located on the main street, but signboard not easily visible. There are about 30 exits at Namba station. Exit B5 at Namba Walk is the nearest. Tip: Print out a Japanese language map. Hotel is hard to find if you bring an English map. Nobody knows where the hotel is. Managed to find a young office man who brought me to the hotel after typing the hotel's name in Japanese on google map.

• Verified traveler (6/5): 不算很便宜也不算很乾淨，大小住兩人還算不錯 - Hotel離難波地鐵站走路約3~5分鐘，位在巷子內，一開始不好找； 房間不是很乾淨，灰塵不少； 浴缸感覺只是把前人的水放掉(或那是客人自己放的？)然後稍微沖一下而已，我自己是先自己刷過、把熱水開到最熱、讓它按摩浴缸的功能循環一下才敢用； 電視....打開都是免費的有料頻道，你懂的.... 總的算起來，其實不便宜。

• Verified traveler (4/5): 地點方便但不會再去第二次 - 此次四人同行住宿2間房，各住宿5晚與7晚。 飯店為love hotel。地點佳，可步行至道頓掘心齋橋，到各大車站也非常便利。但整體住宿經驗非常不佳，不會再考慮去住，原因如下： ‧房間官網照片與實際房間大小與新穎度落差大，一進房我們都感到非常失望。 ‧櫃台服務人員與客房清潔人員素質不佳，應加強教育訓練。 例1：當初訂房載明有迎賓飲料，但櫃台人員未主動提供，連詢問都沒有(我們日文精通，非語言隔閡問題)，是我們之後主動詢問，才在幾天後拿到"迎賓"飲料。 例2：因每日7點多出門，請櫃檯幫忙提早送早餐。 第一天值班的櫃台人員有協助，但第二天值班的櫃檯人員卻說不符合公司送餐規定(8-9點之類)，以後不提早送早餐。 →一下可以一下不行，飯店本身教育訓練與政策宣導是有問題的。 例3：同樣是早餐問題，同行2位友人提早2天check out，在前一晚，之前告知我們以後不能提早送早餐的櫃台人員竟主動說最後一天可以幫忙提早送早餐。我們提出希望順便送的要求(房間一層僅2間,對櫃檯來說只差在要從友人住的9樓搭電梯到我們住的10樓)，卻被拒絕，櫃檯人員說只有check out的客人可以。 →一下可以一下不行讓人困惑，且我們是一起住宿的客人，應該要一視同仁，多住宿2天的我們卻被拒絕，給人觀感不佳。 例4：客房清潔人員應加強訓練。 有時放在浴室的個人物品會被移動，但有時又不會；湯匙不補；電視櫃下方灰塵7天一直都未確實清潔等等。 例5：住宿最後一晚回飯店，剛好瞄到櫃台放有隔壁房房卡，表示剛被使用過退房。在我們到達住宿樓層時，看到隔壁房間燈還是亮的，而就在我們開了房間燈沒幾秒，燈卻自己熄了。 原因很明顯，是櫃台人員在切斷電源時錯切成我們房間的電源，但打電話去反應，除了恢復電源，櫃台人員卻連一句抱歉都沒有，在服務業水準高的日本，我認為這是讓人很不可思議的地方。 短短7天住宿中，發生了以上這些問題，整體綜合起來，讓人非常失望，不管是房間或者服務人員素質，都沒有一晚NTD2,400/人的價值，不會再去住宿，也不推薦去住宿。
