Un hôte attentionné, une cuisine très bien équipée, une belle chambre, une grande salle de bain, Netflix gratuit!, un environnement extérieur magnifique. Une île offrant de superbes possibilités pour la randonnée... À faire absolument, la montée jusqu'au mirador de Agulo! Rien du tout.

• Thomas (10/5): Schöner Aufenthalt im Tal von Hermigua - Wir fanden genau das vor, was wir erwartet hatten. Ein liebevoll restauriertes Haus in ruhiger Gegend mit überaus freundlichen Gastgebern. Komfortabel, perfekt ausgestattet und es fehlte an nichts. Es gibt einige wenige Wanderziele die man zu Fuß erreichen kann, aber ein Auto sollte man dabei haben.

• Robert (9/5): Beautiful place to stay. Hiking in the area is spectacular. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming - Beautiful location. Amazing views. Owner kindly left us some gifts and brought a bunch of bananas from his field outside the house. Easy to walk up the steps to the main road where there’s a grocer and a handful of bars and restaurants in walking distance. It is quite dark inside, but if it’s hot that is probably very nice.
• Kerensa (10/5): Heerlijk huis en fijne uitvalsbasis - Authentiek en compleet landhuisje met fijne terrasjes. Helaas was het weer ons niet gunstig gezind dus hebben we weinig buiten kunnen zitten. Supermarkt en restaurants op loopafstand, en goede basis om het eiland te bezichtigen. Prima verzorging door de gastheer! Het was erg fris in het noorden en dan is het huisje wat koud.
• Dragan (10/5): Wonderful house in a tranquil setting - We stayed for 5 days and absolutely loved everything about this place. The house is a beautifully renovated traditional house, peaceful and incredibly well equipped - you can really feel that the hosts put a lot of care and attention into every detail. Everything you might need during your stay is provided, which made us feel at home right away. There was also a lot of helpful information about the island, nature and things to explore, which made it even more special. The location is tranquil with stunning views, perfect for relaxing while still being a great base to discover the island. The host was amazing, very welcoming and thoughtful. We couldn’t recommend this place more and would definitely love to come back. Everything was perfect

Carlos - niepowtarzalnie życzliwy i pomocny gospodarz, witający gości owocami z własnej uprawy i kanaryjskim winem. Pobyt oceniam na 15 !, ponieważ 10 to za mało.

• alicia (9/5): Everything a Casa Rural should be and more, in a spectacular convenient and tranquil location. - The house and the area are very authentically Gomeran located in the spectacular valley of Hermigua about 20mins walk to the sea but with views of the gorge and local bars, shops and restaurants all in easy driving or active walking distance. That said, it's peaceful and green with a lovely small private garden and good facilities. There is lots of local information and beautiful books about Gomera and for us being so near the tranquil banana grove was a plus. The hosts were superhelpful and on hand without being ever present. The welcome gifts were an unexpected treat too! Cooking facilities are great but using the oven at the same time as the stove top put the electricity system at a stretch.

Muy recomendable, si volvemos ya sabemos donde nos alojaremos de nuevo. Todo ha estado perfecto

• Yvonne (9/5): - Geweldig warm welkom en fijn huisje met voldoende ruimte en goed uitgeruste keuken! Fijn als er een afwasmachine was geweest, alhoewel zelf afwassen en afdrogen ook iets heeft.
• Michael (10/5): Traumhaft schön, weil man sich sehr willkommen gefühlt hat. - Es ist wirklich traumhaft. Das Haus ist wunderschön, authentisch und top ausgestattet. Carlos ist ein wunderbarer Gastgeber, das Wohl seiner Gäste ist ihm äußerst wichtig. Leider haben wir seine Frau während unseres Aufenthalts nicht kennen lernen dürfen, aber die Erzählungen von Carlos über die Geschichte des Hauses und die Verbindung der Beiden zum Haus ist berührend. Wir haben die Ruhe und auch das Krähen der Hähne am frühen Morgen sehr genossen. Da gibt es wirklich gar nichts.
• Fweinq (9/5): Prachtig gelegen locatie met uitstekende prijs kwaliteitsverhouding - De locatie en de accomodatie is zeer goede prijs kwaliteit. Carlos is een voortreffelijke gastheer. Hij voorzag een attentie bij aankomst en extra heerlijke papayas. Het huis is zeer geriefelijk en mooi ingericht. Leuk dat er boeken en tips zijn om de buurt te verkennen. We konden ook gebruik maken van netflix om de donkere avonden door te komen. Keuken zeet goed uitgerust en tuintje heel gezellig en rustig. Toffe barretjes in de buurt. Misschien wat meer uitleg over hoe juist afval te sorteren.
• Jean-Robert (10/5): Un Séjour exceptionnel dans une île exceptionnelle - Qu’est ce que nous avons aimé ? Absolument tout !! La propreté est exceptionnelle. La maison est propice au repos. Chaque chambre possède sa salle de bain, l’équipement est complet, les plafonds sont boisés comme dans les maisons canariennes que j’ai pu voir. Bref, tout invite au relâchement et à la détente. Certes, il n’y a pas de vue mer mais la vue sur le flanc de la montagne avec la ville est encore plus intéressante. La maison est bordée par une bananeraie, un espace repas ou détente y est aménagé au milieu des bananiers et pour aller à l’océan à pieds, il faut 15 mn d’un bon pas et 10 mn de plus pour la piscine naturelle. Pour couronner le tout, Carlos est sympathique et accueillant. Si nous revenons à la Gomera, nous savons où poser nos valises. Merci pour ce séjour.

• Krzysztof (10/5): Lovely house in a peaceful and beautiful location! - If you are looking for tranquility, being close to nature and staying in a traditional house - this place is the match. We absolutely loved everything about it. The hosts are extremely friendly and fruits from their garden were the best we had in the Canary Islands. The views from the apartment are great, you are surrounded by banana plantations and Hermigua is lovely. We absolutely recommend it. The bed moves very easily so even when you read and support your back on the wall behind it moves away 😅 Still, absolutely recommend it!

• Federico (10/5): Buena opción para moverse por La Gomera - Todos los detalles y posibles necesidades muy cuidados aunque no tuvimos necesidad de usarlo todo (bicicletas, palos de montaña, toallas de playa, elementos de cocina…). La atención fue también excelente. En la cocina-salón había que ser especialmente cuidadoso con el almacenaje de la comida, porque aparecían hormigas con facilidad

Location is fantastic- 20 minutes drive to Garajonay National Park, 10 minutes walk to the beach and 20 to 30 minutes drive to Agulo/ Vallehermoso/ San Sebastian. The area itself is beautiful with mountain view and very peaceful. Carlos, the owner was amazing and attentive. We were very happy and much appreciated being welcomed by him. • Nermin (10/5): Exceptional - Literaly,we liked everything in the place. It was the best place we ever stayed. It is an old stone house with almost 1 meter thick walls, realyy realy authentic. Everything in the house is perfect, and exceptionaly clean. Even the chandeliers are authentic. The place has two gardens, one in front of the house, which is a small banana plantage. The other garden is behind the house and is perfect for relaxing. The owner left us a welcoming gift, fresh fruits (bananas, papaya, mango and one i don't know the name but we loved everything). Thank you for everything and we recomend the place with all our heart.
• Duncan (10/5): Exceptional - Very well finished house. Surprisingly spacious. Plenty of outside space. Lots of books and info regarding La Gomera. Well equipped kitchen with some very thoughtful extras; great coffee, fruit, olive oil and a bottle of wine. Definitely not complaining, but the bikes (which are an additional bonus) do need a good service. However, they will still get you to the beach and back.
• Natalia (10/5): Quiet paradise surrounded by bananas - Our expectations were exceeded from all aspects! Extremely friendly hosts. Kitchen is very well equipped - you have everything for a comfortable stay, including oil, salt, sugar, tee bags, bottled water, coffee machine with pads, dish liquid, towels, washcloths, trash bags, etc. etc., really everything! We were met with welcome fruits and wine, and during our stay got some more fresh fruits. Large bathroom with spacious shower. We traveled with a 2,5 year-old child - so we got everything we needed - a cot, potty, high-chair and a safety fence for stairs. The house is located amidst banana plantation and it is quiet. The furniture is of high-quality and made of real wood or leather. We had a washing machine with detergent provided. The banana-garden had table and chairs, so we could eat outside; there were also sun loungers in the patio. Several nice restaurants, cafes and supermarkets in the walking distance (you need to climb up a little). Nothing negative, everything was very good! One should know that although the ocean is in a walking distance, but there is no beach there. There is a natural pool (ex-banana-washing pool) where you can bath if the sea is calm or the tide is low. We also liked the beach in front of the port in San Sebastian (app. 25 km driving). Also note that the roads on la Gomera are very curvy and it could be very dizzy driving there.

• Jane (8/5): House in the banana plantation - A lovely 2 bedroom house with great bathrooms and a comfy sofa. Kitchen well equipped. Good showers. Good lighting. Quality furniture, good TV. Sitting area too small for 4. Sofa for 3 only. Garden now very overgrown, and watered in the morning, so grass and seats were wet. No sun in the side garden. Access is via a dirt track. Took us 8 minutes each time.
