• Patrycja (3/5): horrible bed - The apartment was cute and well equipped The bed is the main reason for the low rating, I didn't sleep the whole first night of my stay because of how hard the mattress was, for sure the noises coming from the busy road aside made it even harder to fall asleep. The following night I slept on the couch, rock-hard as well, only thanks to a lot of melatonin and chamomille after a whole day of walking and lack of sleep, otherwise I wouldn't sleep either. Another reason for the low rating is the mezzanine where the bed is situated. All the heat goes up where people sleep and the air-conditioner is right above the bed so you either feel the hot wave or the costantly blowing cold air on you, the room never reaches a balanced temperature because of how its made. The stairs are very steep, noisy and kinda dangerous at night: while my boyfriend was sleeping I wanted to go down without waking him up and couldn't do it with the lights on since the are no switches downstairs for the lights upstair and viceversa, so I would have had to leave the lights for him to switch off, instead I went down the stairs in the dark and almost fell. + the are some minor defects and stained sheets I don't recommend this stay.

• Stefan (10/5): Locație bună! Cazare bună! - Locație bună. Aproape de Castel Wawel și Râul Vistula, cu un peisaj minunat. Până în centru poți merge pe jos 10-15 min . Camerele curate și nou mobilate. La baie foarte curat. Totul a fost foarte bine! Nu am nimic de reproșat. Totul a fost ok.

• Glenville (10/5): Great stay in a clean well-equipped apartment - Great stay, clean property and friendly staff. Good to have a toaster! Location is superb right next to a bus stop and near to tram stops. Second time I have stayed at this location I’ll def be back. All was good.

Apartament jest bardzo duży, ale jego potencjał nie został wykorzystany. Nie było czysto jak być powinno. Zakurzony był nawet grzejnik w łazience. W nocnej szafce jakieś skarpetki po poprzednich wynajmujących.. - nie wiem.

Apartamentul a avut vedere spre o strada linistita. Patul si salteaua nu au fost deloc confortabile. Vasele din bucatarie nu erau spalate corespunzator.

• Glenville (9/5): Excellent apartment - The apartment was very clean and well-equipped. Communication was good. The extra facilities like the pool room and basement lounge were really good. There was a bus-stop right around the corner and the main centre was a short walk over the bridge. Shower was excellent. There was a lot of road noise but it was mentioned that some of the windows faced a busy road - I missed that! Light sleepers should bring ear plugs.
