• Bourassa (7/5): - Emplacement génial, avec pleins de petits restaurant interessant et des terrasses vivantes. Facile de se déplacer pour visiter la ville, à pied et en transport en commun. L’endroit est bien, c’est beau. Les gens de la réception sont tous vraiment gentil et content d’échanger avec nous. Ils sont très utiles et reste très disponible. La cuisine est bien et utile. Les toilettes étaient propre une majorité du séjour, mais pendant les deux derniers jours il n’y avait pas de savon dans une salle de bain, et la toilettes est restée sale pendant au moins 24h, comme si elle n’avais pas été lavé. De plus, ce n’est vraiment pas insonorisé, les portes font beaucoup bruit, mais c’est aussi que les gens, vers 6h du matin, parlent vraiment fort et c’était impossible de dormir. Je pense cependant que notre chambre était peut être pas la meilleure pour le bruit, à cause qu’elle était à côté de la cage d’escalier et que notre fenêtre donnait sur la petite cours intérieur où les gens parlent, et le son nous parvient fort.

• Black (3/5): Bed comfortable but facilities lacking - The bathroom on my floor shower wasn’t operational and the only other shower room had only one hook to hang stuff , no mirror and was mostly dirty and drenched. I had food stolen from the fridge. One night was woken up at 4am with a knock on my door which I got up to answer.Not for me . • Daniel (6/5): Pokud by zde byl větší klid, na krátké přespání dostačující. - Ubytování se nachází blízko centra a v docházkové vzdálenosti několik stanic metra. Na každém patře se nachází 2 koupelny a je možnost využít i koupelny v jiných patrech. Je zde velká sdílená kuchyň s troubou a automat na nápoje. Na ubytování je velký hluk a člověk se zde pořádně nevyspí. V ubytování vržou podlahy a dřevěné schodiště, navíc dveře do pokojů se nadají zavřít tiše. Pokud stejně jako my narazíte na neohleduplné hosty, kteří uprostřed noci chodí po chodbě, hlučí, vozí kufry, chodí se pozdě mýt a pouštějí si ve 3 ráno videa nahlas na celé patro, tak se zde nevyspíte. Náš pokoj byl hodně malý, bylo zde jen trochu místa kolem postele, proto je toto ubytování na delší pobyt stísněné a nedostačující z hlediska úložného prostoru. V koupelně, na druhém patře, se neustále zhasíná světlo, takže při sprchování musíte pořád mávat rukama ven ze sprchového koutu.

• S (9/5): Está muy bien - El hostel está cerca de una parada de autobús, está en muy buena zona. Una zona tranquila. La habitación individual es muy grande. Solo son detalles. Estaría muy bien, si en las dichas hubiera dispensador de jabón. Y la puerta de entrada cierra con un ruido muy fuerte. Y algo que vi, pero que estaría bien recordarles a los huéspedes, que por la noche y también se incluye la mañana, la gente duerme y hay que ser respetuos@.

• Michela (9/5): - Lo staff é stato super gentile ad accoglierci e anche ad esaudire alcune richieste extra. La camera molto carina, intima, accogliente e pulita. Unico punto da rivedere é l'acqua calda nella doccia che non si riusciva a gestire. Per il resto tutto perfetto, anche la posizione ottima.

L’équipe nous a permis d’arriver après minuit et de laisser nos affaires dans l’établissement le lendemain afin que nous puissions nous promener sans les bagages. Bon rapport qualité prix Les sanitaires sont un peu vieillots et l’endroit est très mal insonorisé donc à partir de 7h30 du matin vous entendez toutes les personnes quitter leur chambres, utiliser les escaliers etc.

• Kerem (5/5): Not a great place to stay , wouldn’t recommend - Not much to say but only stay here if it’s your last option. The location is ok. Staff are nice not much to say The hygiene was poor. Damp smell in my room made the stay uncomfortable, the broken tiles in the bathroom, and to state the very loud ventilator and also dirty and ripped mats outside the bathroom. There was also a foul smell in the hostel which was concerning + and there was dirt stains where I slept which I found very poor. And also to state due to the lack of air, it was very stuffy in the room. I know I don’t have much to complain as it is get what you paid for essentially but I have stayed in better hostels for much cheaper which makes this hostel not worth it. And also the fact that there were flys where I was sleeping made the stay even more uncomfortable, I can understand it’s the season, coming up to summer, but they should have measures in place to make sure it’s limited. The way they have made the bed layout is also dangerous in my opinion, the ladders to get up to the top bunk is inconveniently placed and sometimes struggled to get down, causing me to fall a couple times. To end, I won’t be returning here myself ; I don’t want to say don’t go here, but think twice, or go here for a night if you really have to.

• Yoann (4/5): L’auberge est top, évitez simplement côté rue ! - Le personnel etait super sympathique et l’auberge est très propre. La cuisine est pratique et l’accès à l’auberge permet de vite rayonner dans la ville. La circulation dans la rue est très dense et bruyante à toute heure du jour et de la nuit (il y a un hôpital en face). La baie vitrée de la chambre ne fermait pas correctement, nous avions l’impression d’avoir les camions et bus qui passaient juste à côté de nous. On pouvait écouter et comprendre les discussions des personnes en terrasse 4 étages plus bas.

• Bittar (10/5): Súper cómodo y amigable - El lugar para dormir era súper cómodo!! La cama y las sábanas estaban súper limpias y era calentita. Me hospedé en una habitación mixta de seis personas y las camas tenían cortina, luz, estante y enchufe. Y cada una con candado y cajón amplio como para guardar dos carry on. Las toallas que compré también estaban limpias, y lo mejor es que la ducha tenía baño completo y privado. La chica que nos recibió era súper amable y el ambiente del hostel era súper tranquilo y amigable. Nos encantó estar ahí y volvería seguro por la comodidad y privacidad! :)

Fiquei 7 noites, sendo que as primeiras 5 noites eram em quarto compartilhado, mas recebi upgrade e fiquei as 7 noites em quarto individual, o que foi maravilhoso. A localização é excelente, próximo da estação de metrô do marquês do pombal, com restaurantes, mercados, lojas e lavanderia próximo. A limpeza é muito boa, com a equipe limpando os banheiros mais de uma vez ao dia. O barulho é constante, mas não me incomodou. Por ser um imóvel antigo, podemos escutar todos os barulhos de chuveiro e descarga da privada. Os banheiros são poucos. As escadas são muitas e não tem elevador. A equipe é excelente, apoiando a todos os hóspedes.

• Sharon (7/5): Vriendelijke, toffe hostel op een top locatie! - Locatie Top en super vriendelijk personeel. Alles wat je nodig hebt. Ook zeer goedkoop dus wel een aanrader als je low budget wil reizen. Harde bedden, precies of je sliep op een houten plank. Alsook heel veel lawaai, elke voetstap of smijtende deur kan je enorm goed horen. Dus neem zeker je oordoppen mee! Keuken ook wat aan de kleine kant vonden wij persoonlijk.

Os quartos individuais são minimalistas mas acolhedores e confortáveis, enquanto os dormitórios, embora tendo mais camas, não deixam de ser diferentes. No geral, o Green Heart Hostel é uma excelente opção para quem procura alojamento acessível, com bom ambiente e um staff incrível.
