- Enma (10/5): - I like is interesting place need the airport soon
- Ashly (10/5): - My second time in here and all what can I said is I love it
- Jeffrey (10/5): - Beautiful one of a kind experience
- Sugeidy (10/5): - I loved it, a wonderful place to be in peace.

Lo recomiendo.
S/E
- Nadia (6/5): - They don't have refreshments without pay they should at least have water available for free in the room for guest.
- JOSE (8/5): - Everything in overall great, but with breakfast included they have to be more open to this , because they have too limited options and for the money pay , they will are more open to offer better breakfast, aster that is a great place
- Yenifer (4/5): - No much variety on food and the faucet water was salty. Despite the roaches and mosquitoes and No AC nor electricity overnight…. It could be a very nice DAY trip where no accommodations are expected; but I would not recommend spending the night if you have any heart condition.
- Sabrina (10/5): - Very friendly staff, enjoy my stay there!! Would highly recommend
- Stephen (8/5): - On a scale 1-10—8. Our place was great we liked so much we would probably visit again. One of our friends in Punta Cana recommended this place. We have also recommended to others. I liked or we liked this place as it was camping but had so many nice things that we enjoyed our time in Eco Del Mar that I’m sure we will be back again. Thanks so much Peggy & Steve Cook. We also brought with us Steve Sister and brother in law and they also enjoyed Eco Del Mar. it was a very nice experience. Thank you!
- CORAL (10/5): - Beautiful place to stay! The food and view was amazing. Would highly recommend.
- Valerio (8/5): Worth the long journey - Paradise on earth. Spotless clean. Overpriced. No Wi-Fi. Hotel manager really unfriendly. The rooms are from a movie. Pity for the total lack of smiling . Friendly local staff, very grumpy manager
- Ely (2/5): - The beach is definitely beautiful but the one thing I didn’t like was the bar and the food menu. Half of the things they have in the menu they didn’t have and the bar didn’t have a lot of the ingredients to make drinks. The only juice they had was passion fruit. They had vodka but nothing to mix it with. They need better food selections and have them in stock not on the menu and when you ask for it, they don’t have it. I recommend to bring your own food and drinks because it’s really bad. Breakfast portion was maybe good for a toddler. So like I said before, take food because you will be hungry. Also tips are included on everything you order at the lodge which they never mentioned and here I was tipping everyone. Also I was there for two night and the first night we didn’t have any light from about 12am to about 0630am. So that means no fan and no type of air which made it a very hot night with no sleep. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
- Maiah (10/5): - Amazingg
- Wilmary (2/5): Double check your reservation - After i made my reservation i received an email saying that they no longer had a cabin for us that for 130.00 would give me a tent instead with no lights, imagine driving 6 hrs to be told you dont have a place to stay, this is a very rustic/virgin place so the places to stay are super limited, double and triple check before starting to drive there, took 8 calls to get the reservation cancelled so we would not be charged, we finally found a place and continue our journey, bahia de las aguilas is amazing even with what happened we enjoyed the 2 days there, just beware, we made it ok because we spanish speaking and are knowledgeable, but it is not good for someone that is new at traveling to any country. You must visit bahia de las aguilas it is a bucket list kinda trip ❤️
- Verified traveler (6/5): - The service was not very good, there were not many food options (and it was overpriced). The excursion to Bahia de las Aguilas is totally NOT worth it.
- Julia (6/5): - Its the paradise, the perfect view and so near to Bahia de las Águilas, but they need to
Improve the tends, could be in better conditions, its so de hot, could be better if they put fans in the tends or have other option, also put cámaras or more security, we “lost” a iphone and one wallet (its was in a backpack at the tend).
They have a good service and good food.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The eco hotel is amazing, the beach is pretty beautiful and theynoffer you all you need to spend nice days there.
They can improve the breakfast including fruits, hot chocolate, as a part of the meal.
The showers had bad odor. That can be simple resolve watching every day with an antibacterial.
After that everything was pretty good
- Adriana (10/5): - It is truly Paradise, peaceful and beautiful beyond imagination. They have a pack of kittens that made our stay very joyful.
The staff is incredible nice, and the Food is awesome, everything was delicious>
Will come back!
- Andrea (10/5): Ein Paradies!
- Mr C (2/5): - They had an incorrect booking and so not enough beds for us - didn't seem unusual to them to expect a 28 and 29 year old brother and sister to sleep in the same bed! So we were unable to stay as they had nothing else to offer us. Then had a 5 hour journey home in the dark after an 8 hour journey to get there. No customer service ("booking sites never tell us what's needed"). Great location right on a beautiful beach but all camping (think tents for a music festival) and no glamour. Bar and basic tents on beach - mattress on the floor and no furniture for the ones we looked at. But Bahia de las Aguilas is stunning so if they can move from a white board reservation system to something that works then (I would suggest phone and speak direct to them to book) then it could be wonderful as there is no competition (yet) in the area.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Nice tents on the beach - Nice tents on the beach, have bathroom, water And electricity all the basic facilities even though is a tent on a beach. In front of the beacheone can take an small boats to get in 20 minutes to Bahia de las agilas one of the best beach of Dominican Republic. Also I have to write and write write Because there is a 50 mínimum carácter ok ok ok ok ok ooooooolooiooooo
- Verified traveler (6/5): great common area; tents & service to be improved - Common space (restaurant/bar area) directly on the beach is very beautiful. And the cocktails are awesome!
The tents themselves only come with an airmatress and do not have lights, which is fine, but one should know beforehand. We were a bit cold at night.
Unfortunately, it rained heavily when we were there (which apparently almost never happens in that region) and our tent was soaking wet because it had lots of holes on the top.
Asking for a solution took several hours and finally we came up with one ourselves.
Overall, the information policy is rather bad. We had asked for an extra matress which at our arrival was confirmed again. Several hours later and only after asking 3 more times it turned out they had no extra one left.
- MEYBOL (6/5): Family getaway - The place is beautiful, I had a great time with my family, the food was good but a little high on price , the beach is beautiful!!!overall I really enjoyed my stay at Eco Del mar !!!
- Nata (6/5): At the beach but service should be better. - We stood there for couple nights. All tents located at the beach with lots of trees and shade. Not hot water at the shower, also water is some salty. Food at restaurant is overpriced (1100 pesos which is 3 times more than in Santo Domingo, plus service fee is 30%), credit cards accepted. Last night it was only two of us at Eco del Mar, so all staff left home right after 6pm. We had no drinking water, no light at restroom. . Also Eco del Mar do not provide any towels. Price for boat to Playa Bahia de Las Aguilas is overpriced, 2500 pesos round trip. Sand at the beach is not clean, has lots of dust from dry leafs.
