Heart (6/5): Convenient location - The location is very convenient, however there was a band and loud noise every evening which made difficult to sleep. The food at breakfast had lots of variety of pastries, beautifully arranged though they really didn't taste as they looked, a little disappointed. We had toast with coffee to make it easier as there are lots of restaurants nearby to go to. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The loud noise from El Prado every evening.

Cazon Ramírez (7/5): Aspectos para mejorar. - Los ambientes y ubicación son muy buenos. El personal de recepción del turno noche, creo que no estaba de muy buen humor. Al momento del desayuno, no había mesas libres; todas estaban reservadas y eso que estuve en el comedor a las 8:35 am, porque me dijeron que a las 8:30 servian el desayuno, pero a esa hora ya no habían mesas. Me decepcionó esa parte, ya que la ultima vez que me hospedé pude desayunar tranquilamente y era algo que valoraba mucho.

Deliana (9/5): Very nice hotel that is well situated, central to restaurants and coffee shops, with a lovely staff. - Breakfast was good and the waitstaff attentive. Lots of bread products but the eggs and fruit were very good. The location is on a main blvd and there are plenty of restaurants easily accessible on foot. I stayed here in February and returned when work brought me back to Cochabamba. Food service on the Sunday of elections when EVERYTHING was closed.

Irene (10/5): - It was my first time visiting Bolivia and the hotel made it so easy the ladies in there are amazing as soon as we got there they welcomed us with smile we didn't had to take bags to our room the bell boy took it they both spoke English any question or ask for cab they help right away! Everything is walking distance! It was hard to say goodbye! I recommend this hotel if i ever go again I'm staying here again. We stayed on 9th floor and the view of the christ of peace was amazing! It only serves breakfast evey morning dont know why the website says they serve lunch and dinner! They also make exception to early check-in! They offer slippers to walk in the room and replace it if needed loved staying in hotel diplomat!

James (4/5): Disappointing - The location of the hotel. Staff not welcoming especially at breakfast, we were not informed about sunday brunch which was available. We got charged extra for hand towel being dirty and sheets on bed had stains on them on arrival.

Barr (7/5): Clean and good location. Boring breakfast. - The location is very central and it's easy to get around. The views to the mountains are also nice. Clean rooms and staff helpful. Because of the location, you're right on a noisy street. There are business that are blasting music late at night. At least they provide earplugs. Also breakfast is unremarkable.
