Need a pancake machine at breakfast it would be nice Thank you for putting us near the side door for our dogs very considerate. I think the previous dogs may have urinated on the bed skirt. I dogs seemed very interested in the smell.

• Ann (10/5): - Check in was smooth. Nadia at the desk was so friendly and helpful - my husband couldn’t climb the stairs easily and she offered to carry luggage. But that wasn’t good enough. She was out of rooms on the first floor (no elevator) but offered a pets-allowed room. She let me examine it and it was perfectly fine, and on the first floor. Perfect! She recommended two places for dinner and gave great directions to both. We went to The Den and had a great meal, again with sweet, friendly staff. Back at the room we needed to do laundry and it was just a few doors from our room. Nadia supplied quarters for our bills and GAVE US laundry soap and dryer sheets! WOW. SO, a great experience. Right off I 15 and close to gas stations and good restaurants. We are happy.

• BRANDEE (2/5): Key cards dont work. - The card readers dont work properly. No, we did not have them anywhere near magnets. You would try over and over and it might work after 10+ tries...or never. We went to the front desk MANY times and had new key cards made....still didnt work. We also witnessed SEVERAL other people having the same problem. The air-conditioning really didnt work...our room was hot! All that being said, the room was exceptionally clean!

• Verified traveler (8/5): Nice place - Clean, comfortable hotel, nice breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff. The only thing that was a bit of a hassle was that the room key cards frequently stopped working. We had to go to have them reprogrammed several times during our stay.

We will definitely stay here again in the future. The only minor complaint I have is the bed pillows as they are small (12x12) and not comfortable. This, however, seems to be a trend at other hotels as well. I would prefer standard size pillows.

• Debra (10/5): Clean clean clean - This hotel was very clean, and the refrigerator was very nice sized. The bedding was crisp snd clean. Bed was comfortable. The staff was awesome. A younger group of staff but extremely friendly, courteous and respectful. A refreshing change to what we have experienced elsewhere. They had a nice continental breakfast. If I were to list an item thst could be improved it would be to update the on/off for the shower. It was so nice to have a modern/ current vent fan in the bathroom to keep condensation off of everything.

Rooms were clean, mini fridge was bigger than O was use to seeing, didn't get a chance to use the pool, hot tub or exercise room but the looked inviting. The only thing I would recommend is bring your own pillow.

• Amy (6/5): - THE FILTER IN THE AIR CONDITIONER HAD A MOLDY OR A DOG PEE SMELL TO IT EVERY TIME IT CAME ON. THE SHOWER HEAD WAS VERY LOW AND I AM SHORT AND STILL FELT IT WAS LOW. THE HEART SHAPE ON THE BED MADE BY THE WASHCLOTHS WAS FUN. I WAS DISAPPOINTED THAT THERE WAS NO ELEVATOR AND THE ONLY ROOM THEY HAD FOR US WAS UPSTAIRS. I HAVE A MEDICAL CONDITION THAT MAKES STAIRS HARD AT TIMES. LUCKLY I HAD MY HUSBAND AND SON TO MAKE SURE I DIDN'T TUMBLE. THE BREAKFAST WAS GOOD, NICE TO SEE SOME HOT FOOD THAT WAS A GOOD PROTEIN SOURCE. VERY CLEAN AND THE LADY WHO WAS MANAGING IT DID A VERY GOOD JOB. I WOULD STAY AGAIN, IF THE PRICE IS RIGHT.
